True You Hot Yoga

10/5 stars for this lovely place. Was visiting home last year for xmas from the East coast and was so excited to see a hot yoga studio. The teachers are incredible, so welcoming, and I could tell Lisa has really built up a strong and dedicated community. If I stil lived in CA I would be here every day. Incredible studio and incredible people!!

Love this place, people is amazing, instructors always encourage me to keep going and I just try and keep trying, however I feel better and planning to keep going, best investment on myself

Honestly was a really nice place but I had an awful first experience. Never really participated in hot yoga but bought a pass for newbies thinking I would love to come. Maybe just my experience but the teachers were kind of rude to me. Helped my friend that I had come with every step of the way but myself they didn't. Maybe not a place for people trying to start yoga or maybe an off day, but left me with a bad first impression. Went to another studio after with my friend and they were very helpful. As I said, maybe an off day for True hot yoga but was not a great experience. Gave a 2 star because the place is cute just not for beginners or getting into yoga.

Lisa is awesome! Very professional and encouraging as well. All the instructors are good, but she's my favorite. Anyone can participate in yoga and this place shows you how. Highly recommend True You!

My second time at True You Hot Yoga, with my sister Dora who's been a member for a long time. It's an incredible feeling powering through the hot room, drench in sweat, feeling & hearing ur ❤ beat and completing the class. Incredible instructors and GREAT VIBES here. Big fan and i will continue for my best self.
