Denis is an awesome trainer!!! I'm so glad I met him. My son was diagnosed as a special needs child at the age of three. In 2016, at the age of 19 my son contracted Encephalitis. After being in ICU for one week and another 4 weeks in rehab we brought him home in a wheelchair. After several weeks of in home therapy Denis reached out to me about helping to rehabilitate my son. I'm so happy I accepted. My son is now walking without any assistance! The Lord and Denis did an awesome job!!! My son is still training three times per week with Denis and he loves it! My son never turns down a work out with Denis. He really looks forward to it. He’s stronger now and no longer needs anything for his blood pressure. My son’ teachers are complimenting the results and changes they've seen him make. I’m grateful to the Lord for sending us the help we needed. Denis you've willingly and very patiently helped my son to Get Fit and to Stay Active as he recovered. We're thankful to God for you!
