Elk Grove Muay Thai Academy

My son started a year and a half ago and his confidence and self esteem has gone through the roof! Kru Rick and the team are supportive and always willing to help any student no matter your level. The experience is so welcoming that I joined shortly afterwards in an attempt to get in shape after a health scare. So far Kru Rick and the team have helped me get in better shape to the point that I've managed to get rid of a couple prescriptions.

Elk Grove Muy Thai Academy is amazing! My older son trained here for over a year to improve his strength and conditioning. He joined the Air Force this last summer and Coach Kru Rick helped guide and prepare him physically and mentally. My youngest son is 10 and just starting at the gym but has already found a passion for the sport due to the environment and support from Kru Rick and his team.

My son just started here in December 2019, but I am so glad we made the decision to enroll him. The entire staff is amazing. They take the time to get to know the kids and greet them BY NAME. My son has made so much progress in the short time since he’s started. Not only is he learning this skill, but he’s become much more confident. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone!

I love the environment and the instruction is top notch. Kru Rick takes pride in each and every student. I recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn to the most advanced Muay Thai fighter.

Trying something new! Enjoying classes. Hard, beneficial, exhilarating & above all mental health is balanced! Mat cleaned after each class, gloves sprayed after classes, wear a mask, temperature checked. Staff patient, knowledgeable & doesn't matter your skill level (no pressure, learn, absorb & try every move at your pace).
