I enrolled my kids at Premier Martial Arts and was initially impressed with the quality of instruction and the positive learning environment. They offer excellent training with skilled instructors who are great with kids. My kids gained valuable skills and confidence during their time here. However, I'm so disappointed to find that I continued to be charged for membership fees even after canceling our membership three months ago. I have tried contacting the business multiple times via phone and text but haven't received any response. This issue needs to be resolved asap to restore my faith in their service.

I signed my daughter up for the program thinking it was going to be amazing. Come to find out it's highly overpriced. They literally threw my 6-year-old daughter in with a bunch of 8-year-olds who were way more advanced and she was so confused. You're paying almost $200 a month for 30 minutes twice a week highly overpriced so I removed her. Haven't been with the program for like 6 months. About a month ago the owner tried to run my card. Beware of this place. I tried to get in contact with somebody about them running my card and nobody got back to me. Luckily it was locked so they didn't get any money but still kind of fishy. I would like to also throw in there that instructors that I did mess with were amazing. I have no bad feelings about them. It was mostly how the business was ran

This school continues to charge my credit card despite canceling my son’s membership since November. The school has been unsafe for my son costing expensive medical expenses r/t frequent damage to his glucometer and insulin pump. He was constantly matched with adult students. He reported that a homeless unsanitary man was allowed to spar with him and that he was wrongly touched. Due to multiple negative experiences, unsafe practices, medical expenses, lack of teachers, last minute cancelation and deterioration of this school, cancellation was submitted to coach Liner via multiple emails. Despite many requests and reminders, PMA continued to charge my credit card.

We recently signed up for martial arts here. My grandson needs to gain more confidence and discipline. I brought him in to meet Coach Phil and they had an introductory session to see if my grand was really going to be interested. It went very well, Coach is engaging and challenging. My grandson learned so much, he really connected with everything and it lit a spark in him. We started our weekly sessions last night, the instructors were awesome, much attention was given to each child. My grandson said he could not wait to go back which is what I wanted to hear. He does go two nights a week. The pricing is very affordable and the instruction is excellent.
