The Best Gym, I've Ever Been To. They're staff is top notch and their equipment is in great condition. The workout areas are always clean and the gym members are super friendly and respectful. If you're looking for a gym, look no further, this is the best there is in Ventura County.

This gym is exceptional! The clean, well-maintained equipment makes every workout enjoyable and motivating. The outdoor space is a standout feature, allowing me to exercise in fresh air, which enhances my overall experience. There’s something refreshing about working out surrounded by nature. The gym's commitment to cleanliness and upkeep truly creates a comfortable atmosphere, making it easy to focus on fitness. I always leave feeling energized and inspired! Highly recommend!

DENISE CAMARENA NEEDS TO BE FIRED AS A MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!!! I went in on September to cancel my UFC Gym membership and Gabriel (The front desk) gave me a copy of receipt to send it to Denise through e-mail because apparently no one else has access to cancel or refund me the money but the manager herself. Ive called & I went in twice in person to get this situated(waste of my time & gas) UFC charged me $20 November, December & January. It got to the point where today (Jan 19) I had to call the bank for them to close my account because her act of unprofessionalism. Heres proof that I sent her a copy of receipt straight to her work e-mail. Shame on Denise & shame on her for making UFC Gym look BAD!! If anybody wants to cancel their UFC Gym membership; I recommend that y’all are better off calling your bank instead. @Dana White I hope you see this.

First- I’d like to thank all the maintenance workers at this facility. Don is also a respectful managing agent, and the Lead(s) at recovery Ileana and Gabby are great, welcoming energies. Thank you for the service.**Receptionist are terribly rude & unprofessional. Receptionists keep turning up the volume even when paying customers tell them to lower it. Additionally, I furtively encourage serious customer service training for the Manager Denise. Denise was extremely aggressive with her verbiage when a billing clarification was requested due to double charges. I have skimmed through the reviews and I am not the first to highlight this issue. It's disappointing that there isn't a greater emphasis on professionalism and good, welcoming customer service from the managing positions.

Great customer service will be quite difficult to come by here. Moreover, they play BBL Frizzy all day. Hot garbage 🥲
