Gold's Gym

Thank you for a great couple of days! We were welcomed into the gym, shown around, and really enjoyed our workouts. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town. Thank you to Miguel for welcoming us in and being available for questions. Great gym, great equipment!

I walked around this gym as a guest for an hour and joined today. It has everything I need for my workouts, the people are friendly but efficient with their use of the machines and also have good situational awareness, the changing room is clean. I love how much space there is, how many options there are for exercise, this is great. The photos I'm showing you are just a glimpse the gym is much bigger and has more options than even that. That's just a general idea of the feel of the place. Look forward to working out there tomorrow.

I think it's one of the top gyms in town with all their promises. I do my own workouts at night, so I don't really know about the personal trainers or group classes. My only issue is with the brown paper towel dispensers since they often run out, so a heads-up to keep checking would be great. Thanks!

I had a really disappointing experience at Gold’s Gym. First, I encountered rude employees who seemed uninterested in assisting me or answering questions. The equipment wasn’t well-maintained, and several machines appeared to be in need of service or repairs. To top it off, the check-in scanner wasn’t working properly, causing unnecessary delays and confusion at the front desk. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I expected better from such a well-known gym. I hope they address these issues soon.

VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Signed up for a gym membership back in February of 2023 under some promotion they were doing under my brother, fast forward to December 4th of that year which was the last time I went to golds gym I spoke with someone from the sales department regarding canceling my gym membership because I was signing up for mma and no longer wished to continue coming to golds. Not sure if the employee I spoke with still works there but he lied to me about canceling my gym membership because apparently they were still charging my brother under his account and was not made aware about this until today. Honestly that's my fault for assuming that their employees were honest but I can see why now California passed a law saying that any membership that you can sign-up for online, must be able to be cancelled online. The sales employee who lied to met about canceling my membership is a dishonest clown.
