I've been coming here since this place opened; I think it was initially an 'Ultra Sport' club. Now, I believe it’s classified as a 'Super Sport' club. I heard the company had to recategorize its tiers years ago. I might be mistaken about the tier names, but I do remember that the amenities used to include clean towels. I still like this gym a lot and they started bringing back more classes over time. Pilates started back up again which is great. I also really like the yoga, body pump, and body balance classes. I have noticed the bathrooms have become a lot cleaner. There was a period where the bathrooms and showers were in bad shape. Sometimes the cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment runs out. However, recently I’ve noticed the paper towels and spray bottle is not empty. I hope it stays this way. The parking lot is usually busy until 10:30pm. I remember back then I would come at 10pm and the parking lot would be empty. It gets very busy after right after 5pm on weekdays so be prepared.

Everything takes forever to be fixed. Upstairs bathroom has been this way for 3 weeks now. Machines are in constant disrepair. Sauna and steam room seem to be closed half of the time. When I renew it will be with another gym. Maintenance is a big issue here. Do better

they don’t offer free trials to military who are stationed here if you don’t have a CA id, every single cardio machine downstairs except 4-5 are out of service, and good luck trying to get a workout in from Monday - Wednesday. people often bring their children and nobody picks up their trash or puts their weights back where they belong. the staff are friendly and seem like they’re doing the best they can with the mass amounts of people that come in.

I’ve been a long-time member of 24 Hour Fitness, but over time, the quality of this gym has completely gone downhill. The maintenance is nonexistent, and it shows in every aspect of the facility. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting—urinals reek of urine, toilets are often left unflushed with waste in them, and there’s a constant stench that makes it unbearable. The basketball court is just as neglected; you can literally see the buildup of grime and dirt on the hardwood floors. It’s clear that cleaning is not a priority. The sauna is another disaster, when it is working, the wooden railings are broken, making it unsafe. As for the workout equipment, at least half of the machines are out of service at any given time, and the water fountains don’t even work. To make matters worse, when you bring up these issues to the staff, they just shrug it off like it’s normal. It’s frustrating to see a gym that once had so much potential completely fall apart due to neglect. Unless serious improvements are made, I can’t recommend this gym to anyone. You’re better off finding a gym that actually cares about cleanliness, maintenance, and customer experience.

I do not find this Location to be up to the standard of which I pay. I know that they get a lot of foot traffic. But I have brought to the staff's attention. Multiple times differnet sanitary or cleaning and safety issues that needed to be taking care of and they just brush it off most of the time when I enter the club the staff is more involved with talking to each other that asking me any questions such as how am I or do I need help with anything? They seem like they do not actually enjoy doing their job. Based upon the fact of how the facility is handled, I only go here out of absolute necessity. I prefer going to any other location. It is worth the drive for me to not come here.
