Intensity Athletics

We started cheer at Intensity when my daughter was 4 years old. She just turned 6 and this is her third season and she LOVES cheer - she has grown 3 levels in her tumbling skills in just 2 years! Her team the “Sparks” are like family and she is excited everyday to go to the gym;) The coaches, (especially Coach Janelle) are all wonderful. If you are looking to really grow your athletes tumbling skills and become part of a true team - this is your gym!

We have been with the gym going on our 3rd season of elite cheer and absolutely love it! We love the growth our daughter has had and the confidence she’s built throughout the process. We would recommend everyone we know to come take tumbling or even join a cheer team at intensity!! We also love how involved the coaches/staff are with the parents and the athletes as well.

My daughter has been on a competitive team at Intensity for 4 years. Her growth! Blows my mind. What a testament of having great coaches and a growth mindset environment can do. To say my child has only gained cheer skills here is an understatement. She has learned about commitment, work ethic, team work, and perseverance all while doing what she loves.
