The owner/teacher Monica is very experienced and knowledgeable. Super responsive and nice as well! My fav class is the stretching session with straps/ribbons (?) from the ceiling. Highly recommended girlies interested in Pilates try ForMe Pilates. ❤️

I’ve done Pilates here and there in Irvine, and I can say this place is the best one yet! Teacher Monica is quick and direct with her instructions and the flow of her exercises are seamless and easy to follow. She pays great attention to all of her students and I have to say I always leave her classes excited to come back for the next! Not a dull moment in her class - highly recommend!

Forme Pilates is the BEST pilates place that I ever tried. This place is very organized and the instructor Monica's classes are really helpful. I highly recommend this place and her for your healthy lifestyle!
