Compete Sports Performance and Rehab

I recently had the pleasure of working with Complete Sports for some physical therapy.. Following a knee injury I contacted Chris. I couldn't be more impressed with his expertise and care. He quickly diagnosed my issue and provided an effective treatment plan. He gave me a set of exercise to do at home which has made a huge difference in my recovery. His attention to detail and personalized approach made me fee confident that i was in good hands. I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone in need of rehab and physical therapy. Thanks Chris!

Came back to Chris at Compete AGAIN! Used Chris years ago to prep for a semi pro league after 15 years of retirement, had an excellent season with short amount of prep and extraordinary recovery thanks to Chris. Came back just recently after having a lot of SI pain to hopefully play again….played 5 games in 2 days with very minimal pain again thanks to Chris. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my rehab! ~Linz

Chris & the Compete staff are absolutely incredible. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, & care specially for the athlete & their individual needs. Coming off from my second hip surgery, I reached out to Chris to help me get back to a high level. Coming from a D1 environment & in hopes to play professionally, their programming was top notch. They worked with me 4 days a week, put time & energy into me as an athlete & person, & allowed me to get back to playing the sport I love again.
