I have never been a gym rat, but OTF has changed my mind since August 2023. It started with an incredible pitch by Coach Jess, and Coaches Erika and Alyssa continue to be my favorite start of the day. I attend twice a week and it has immensely helped my mental health, as well as physical health. Classes fill quickly because these coaches at this location are the real deal as 100% amazing! Book in advance and don’t wait last minute. Great location! Modern and clean! Wonderful coaches and SA’s! Lots of parking!

Excellent coaches and front desk staff! Love my AM workouts here. So grateful to have an enjoyable way to maintain my fitness in my mid 40s ❤️

Stole my $30 for “free” group session. Never returned money back after politely requesting for a refund. It never explicitly mentioned on the website either while booking. They sends automated messages once you post a low rating to make it look like manager responds and provides an email but never responded back or returns the money. Money minded institute, expect something when you decide to join here.

Not retaliation but wanted to share awful experience with Orange theory fitness. I missed a free group session and they charged me $30 for it. I requested a refund and they said it’s in our policy to charge. I asked them then why wasn’t it made apparent on the website and they send me a screenshot of the hidden clause and basically says this one line among the verbose document. I immediately agreed that it was my fault not reading it and kindly help with a refund (exact words) they turned me down after multiple follow-ups and later ghosted me. I specifically told them I am a student and that this money matters to me, they ignored me. I am absolutely not happy about this money minded institute. I really don’t understand what mentality this organization has and I only wonder if they even care about the people who come in. Heard their pricing is pretty steap too. Moral of the story is they only care about money, not your well being. Beware of this money hungry institution that uses conniving tactics to steal your money. It is apparent that they are unable to earn in an honest way and pay their rent and electricity bill. Posting this after two months worth of follow up and being ghosted. This experience pertains specifically to Orange theory fitness Hayward. Update 10/26/2024. It’s been more than a week since I sent an email to the email recommended below by staff. Never got a reply back. I believe this is just an automated message to make themselves look like they care. End of statement, I would like to believe Orange Theory Fitness at Hayward location stole my money and they fake it like they care.

switch from Hayward hesperian City sports to here- it is such a huge difference. Not only the work out program here is so good, the coach are also very friendly.
