I joined early and was it a bit frustrating in the beginning? Yes. It was. So I see all these low rated reviews and I totally empathize because it was a rough start. But as with grand openings, sometimes growing pains ensue. It definitely was a challenge in the beginning to book classes because there was more demand than classes/instructors. It took a good conversation with Celeste, the studio manager. She took the time, despite all the customer service questions and complaints she was fielding, to have a conversation with me. She didn't rush through anything. She heard out my frustrations and she answered every single one of my questions. She promised it would get better and it totally has. Classes can be booked, but the standby lists works 90% of the time. There are cancellations and no-shows at times, and you get into classes. I'm glad I stuck through it. it's been 5 months of consistently going to Pilates. The instructors are great. They have different styles but all do a great job of guiding you through the movements. There seemed to be a shortage of instructors in the beginning but they were great with temps filling in from other studios while they get ramped up. The only regret I have is that these temporary instructors will eventually leave us! Amy has been great! The front desk ladies are always friendly and make you feel like part of the community every time you enter the studio. I'm glad I stuck it through!

Joining Club Pilates has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The studio has such a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress. They tailor the classes to suit all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there’s something for everyone. The variety of classes keeps things exciting—from Cardio Sculpt to Reformer Flow, I always leave feeling challenged and accomplished. Plus, the equipment is top-notch, and the studio is always clean and well-maintained. Not only has Pilates improved my physical strength, balance, and flexibility, but it’s also been a mental game-changer. I leave each class feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, I can’t recommend Club Pilates enough—it’s worth every penny. You won’t just get a workout; you’ll join a community that truly motivates you to be your best self! Let me know if you’d like to tweak it to make it more personal!

I’ve been trying to take my first class for the past 4 months. They’re always full then nobody gets back to me when I go on the waitlist. They keep sending me texts to join but I think it’s just a robot. Maybe calm down with the marketing when you can’t meet the demands.

The best decision I’ve made this whole decade is joining Club Pilates. I am a gym quitter, I am super intolerant to lots of cardio and extreme workouts, I’ve done it all and have quit it all. I joined Club Pilates when it opened. The first month was a little challenging but I’ve been consistent knowing it’s helping my overall strength and my body feels so much better. I’m more toned in areas I thought I had no hope. My goal is 3 classes per week, but I try to shoot for up to 5. I do wish more cardio classes were available, but once they are more staffed I’m sure they will open up the second space in the back. I love the instructors, I feel like they really are engaged and care about your wellbeing. No issues, when I’m waitlisted I usually get in. And yes you’re capped at 15 but once you take one class you can book another ☺️

I’m loving the Pilates classes! I had never tried Pilates before and I’m enjoying the slower pace exercises. Keep in mind this is a new studio and I can tell they are working hard to get new teachers trained. I know it’s not ideal considering that we do pay a lot for the classes but let’s also be considerate that it’s a new studio and not everything is perfect at the beginning.
