24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 months now. The gym is small for a super sport location. Few thoughts and comments below: - The weights are never placed in order and always all over the place. - The water stations have not been working for week. There seems to be no urgencies for repairs at the gym. - There are not enough cable stations during peak hours. - If the sauna is going to be shared with both men and women, then it needs to be bigger. There is barely any room in there and feels uncomfortable and cramped. - The locker room looks dirty and disgusting. There is a smell of damp mold in there. If this is what the remodel looks like, I’m scared to even ask what the gym looked like before.

I am requesting the management of this club and the general manager responsible for all 24 clubs to pay more attention to keeping this facility clean and maintaining proper hygiene. Additionally, I ask that the issue with the three toilets be resolved as soon as possible. Currently, only one toilet is functional, and people have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for their turn to use it. This situation is causing significant inconvenience for the members. Please address this matter urgently. We pay an annual fee for this club, which includes cleaning and maintenance charges, but the staff is not paying attention to these responsibilities. Sincerely, Ferdaws Dawar

By far one of the nastiest 24hour fitness’s I’ve been to! I’m pretty sure refilling my water bottle from their water fountain has made me sick. Floors are always filthy, women’s bathroom, just disgusting. Sauna doesn’t work and rarely any cleaner and napkins around. Shame on management.

I have an all club membership and have had it for years paid it during the Covid-19 while the gym was closed. The lady at the front desk said oh this is a super sport you can't come in. I will be emailing the corporate office bs you can NOT reach a soul via phone and their reviews on BBB is a 1.18. Have a wonderful day

They always have a new excuse to not all 3 day free pass. The website allows to register free pass for this particular location but the front desk is pretty rude and rejected it right away
