This week is my last week training with Olga as I prepare to relocate out of the Bay Area, and I’m filled with gratitude and bittersweet emotions. Over the past two years, Olga has been more than a trainer—she’s been my guide, motivator, and friend. Her customized plans and unwavering support helped me achieve results I never thought possible: a leaner physique, lower body fat, and defined muscles. She pushed me beyond my limits, turned my doubts into confidence, and helped me embrace a healthy, strong lifestyle. What I’ll miss most is the warmth she brings to every session, making the gym feel like a second home. I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned from her and will carry those lessons with me always. Thank you, Olga, for changing my life. ❤️

Joining was one of the best investments I have ever made. Olga and Andrei know how to bring out the best from their clients by working closely to set realistic, achievable goals. Didn’t think it was possible to look forward to Mondays but here we are, thank you Olga! She is very patient and understanding but also loves to give a good challenge. It’s one of the best feelings to know that I am in good hands because I feel stronger physically and mentally. Except lots of laughs and sweat! Thank you for all that you do for your clients!!

I started FBC Fitness personal training with Olga to make my core muscles strong after back injury and so far my experience has been transformative. I have built the good strength just in few sessions, i already started feeling less pain and more strength. Olga is very professional, she has been incredibly motivating and supportive to loose weight and maintaining mental health with physical fitness. The environment is always welcoming and supportive. There is plenty of space to workout. Olga is a fantastic trainer, she come up with plan for each individual, I start out with stretches that seem like exercises. Then we go into multiple movement exercises that help strengthen the body's core muscles.
