Bad customer service and poor communication. I sent an email requesting to place an immediate hold on my account. I followed up on this request multiple times and even called the studio, but received no response. They ignored me for a week. And then they tried to come up with unnecessary solutions that I hadn’t requested for and ended up wasting more of my time. Also, pls be careful. I discovered that they sign you into classes that you haven’t attended. Their class structure is very confusing. I have prior yoga experience from India. Also, the basic classes don’t really prepare you for advance asanas that the moderate classes need. Over all, it’s been a bad experience.

Loved this place! I went for a few months for prenatal/gentle yoga and absolutely loved each class, schedule was convenient, teachers very nice, they'd practice various poses a lot so it never got boring. Thank you Angela and Coleen, I've had a great experience at you classes! I lived within walking distance, but for those who drove there, only a few parking spots available right by the entrance, but they have an additional lot nearby. Pricing might be somewhat of an issue, but I started off with a great deal from Groupon and signed up for monthly membership afterwards. Attending 3 classes a week it was really worth it, especially since they let you go to the Milpitas location as well. Also management is indeed very attentive and flexible.

Funny that I see a review where someone mentions coming in on a Groupon deal and that management was friendly and flexible even allowing her to go not only to the Fremont location but also the Milpitas location. Well my experience was the complete opposite. My girlfriend got a Groupon deal for the both of us in which we were to enjoy 20 classes over a 3 month period of time for $73. It was a gift given to me, that I was not aware that the fine print says if youve been to any other Worlds Yoga you would not be able to redeem after it was given. Most establishments will work with you and your Groupon but Roya refused to be anything but accommodating. When my girlfriend and I went to our first class she not only didnt acknowledge us for the first 5 to 10 minutes just standing there as she walked past several times without a greeting, a smile, or simple hello, that when we finally got her attention she ended up being rude in her interaction with me. We explained the situation of how my girlfriend didnt know Ive been to Worlds Yoga before in Union City, Roya looked directly at me and scolded me with “dont you read the fine print!” You need to read your Groupon! Like I was a child. Hmmm not a great first impression. She then said well we can allow you the introductory rate at $25 unlimited classes within a 2 week period of time, but said I wouldnt be held to the 2 weeks period of time. Unfortunately she went back on her word via email after confirming what we discussed prior in person. I then asked about the remaining credit I had of $48 she said I could apply it to a pkg but she then tried to discourage me by saying “most people like you come in wanting to take a lot of classes but then will just drop off, so you dont want to sign up for many classes.. “ Seriously thats how you sell on your memberships, by insulting your potential customers by saying “you people” not sure what that was supposed to mean, but I was highly offended. Its really disappointing when Yoga is supposed to be about good vibes, community, healing, and overall respect. Ive recently been diagnosed with moderate to severe arthritis in my 30’s. Im here to try to feel better for pain and Roya being the front of House of Worlds Yoga in Fremont really ruined my experience. Im going to do with what I can with the credit I have, but I will not continue my practice there thereafter. I write this review not as a person scorned, but an individual who is deeply saddened and very disappointed by the lack of customer service received for something that is supposed to improve quality of life...

This place gives me what I NEED! Excellent teachers give great instruction that always includes modifications to intensify or to accommodate special needs (sensitive knees, stiff back, etc.), willingness to correct/help students, and an atmosphere of acceptance. Thank you!!!
