A bit of background about me so you can have a view into my outlook. I’m 49 years wise. I’m a yoga instructor and have been working out since I was 18. With that said, I DO go off my practices and have gone months without working out or doing yoga. Especially when it comes to strength training, it had been easy to go without doing it because of time, work and life lifeing as it does. With me, customer service is of the highest importance. It sets the tone and gives me an idea of the energy of the business. I’ve tried the big gyms plenty of times throughout my life but I always appreciate these “non commercial” gyms that, for me, give more personal attention, show more caring and make you feel like they want you to succeed. LATITUDE 32 Fitness is ALL OF THAT FOR ME!! I started with a trial and never did they once forget about me! They genuinely want you to succeed and the community of members is pretty awesome! Everyone is welcoming and inclusive. The coaches all make sure you have proper form, are being safe and when they know you’ve done work, they push you to get stronger!! They check in on your goals to make sure you’re on track. They give you meal suggestions and help you make sense of workouts and meals you may be new to. You’ll see different people with varying levels of training all working together, people in their 20’s to 60’s+, athletes, moms, new to the gym or experienced, everyone cheers you on!! It’s so close if you’re in Mission Valley, or North Park as well. Just hop on the 8 and (in the mornings), it’s against traffic too!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!

I absolutely LOVE this gym. Traditional gyms do not give you this kind of personal training and accommodate / modify exercises when needed for each individual! Join Join Join! I recommend it for any and every fitness level. I am in no way, shape, or form an athlete but the coaches push me passed my personal limitations and celebrate every personal win with me! Grateful to be apart of a great place and the community is wonderful! Shout out to Trevor and Coach D for being amazing! 💪🏼

All of the coaches are amazing and genuinely care about your fitness journey. Despite the different descriptions I provided about each of them, they all encapsulate those traits in their own unique way. I believe I finally found my fitness niche. The results definitely don't come overnight, but as cliche as it sounds the hard work, dedication, and discipline to stay consistent are how you can get the most out of Latitude 32. At the same time, the work is made easier by coaches who provide you with the right tools and a welcoming, judgment free community within. I'm proud to be a part of it and look forward to reaching my next fitness goals!

This gym has changed my outlook on health, wellness and exercise! The coaches truly care about your overall journey and goals, they are also friendly and passionate and personable! I came in with zero experience and weightlifting, and feel more confident in my abilities and in my own skin! I love the 50 minute classes that begin as early as 5AM and as late as 7PM, no excuses to take time for yourself

If you are reading the reviews to decide if you should join Latitude 32, YES you absolutely should!! This gym is a hidden gem in east county. My only regret is that I did not join sooner. This gym is for everyone from beginner to advanced. They work with you to achieve your personal goals whether it be strength, speed, mobility, weight loss, muscle gain etc…. Every workout can be modified if you are new to working out or if you have an injury. The workouts are science based which means you will absolutely see results. The coaches are exceptional and teach you the right way to do the exercises to ensure you are working out safely. L32 will push you hard but the workouts will leave you energized. I have seen more gains in strength and performance in 3 months than I saw in 3 years at my last gym. The members also make this gym unique – everyone encourages each other and are friendly. I did their 30-day challenge and the transformation was unbelievable: 14 pound weight loss, blood pressures have decreased from approx. 130/80 to 100/70, good cholesterol raised significantly, bad cholesterol went from high normal to low normal, mood improved and confidence increased....WOW!!!!
