This club is amazing! Coaches are top notch, they really care about their players. The confidence and skills my daughter has gained here are so valuable. We feel very fortunate to be a part of the ECVBA family. Thank you!

The club before mid 2022/ 2023 was great . On time clear schedule . permanent location expert coaches. This season was really bad, coach that curse and scared the girls. He is not expert and dont mange team participant eqully . The whole team hate him, when the manager and other are not willing to lesson or change anything. I cant tell you how many time he canceled the last min or change location. I am disappointed after 3 season with ECVBA. I difently don’t recommend it to any line anymore.

We paid in advance for the Elite program Cassie15 Team for the Dec2017-Jun2018 season, We spoke to the coaches before the season started stating that our daughter was transitioning to a new position suggested by her previous coaches which they agreed to help her work on the transition and have her play there. Unfortunately Coach Cassie didn't start the transition to the new position until late in the season, when she finally did make the change she admitted to me the owner and Steel Canyon Coach Joe wanted his Steele Canyon player to be groomed in that position and keep my daughter at her old position. Coach Cassie was frustrated herself with Joe's demand, Cassie said clearly your daughter is the best player for the position and that's what I'm going to do regardless of what Joe wants. By then it was too late, only six weeks left of the season so we spent more money and did as many private lessons as possible to try and get her up to speed. Coach Cassie and her assistant coach weren't available 100% of the time that we as a consumer had paid for, she missed several practices that were either made up by scrimmaging other teams, her not being there or just not made up at all. At the last minute Coach Cassie cancelled going to the Vegas tournament, one of the two biggest tournaments of the season.

Our daughter was on the ECVBA Cassie15 Team for the Dec2017-Jun2018 season at ECVBA. We paid in advance for an Elite Coaching program to include two Elite coaches, a head coach and an assistant coach, at all practices and all tournaments. The head coach became unavailable for practices, practices were cancelled and not rescheduled and more often than not practices were run by only one coach The day before our first big tournament in Las Vegas the head coach Cassie cancelled attendance and our team headed to a three day tournament in Vegas minus a head coach. In addition to not receiving the Elite Coaching Program the Director and owner Joe Do of ECVBA is also the Steele Canyon High School Coach and we experienced a conflict of interest and bias in grooming Steele Canyon players. Our daughter came to ECVBA from a San Diego high school to transition positions during her off season, yet the owner of ECVBA directed the head coach to keep her where she was because he wanted his high school player to play the position my daughter was transitioning to. This was finally verbalized to us by the head coach and assistant coach, along with their acknowledgement that they should have transitioned our daughter's position from the beginning of the season, “regardless of what Joe said”, because this was where she had potential for growth and in supporting the team. Unfortunately this transition did not take place until the end of the season with only six weeks left, so in addition to paying the Elite Club fee, I also paid additional fees for a series of private lessons at ECVBA to assist in this late transition. In our experience, ECVBA did not provide the Elite Coaching program we paid for. The head coach was absent and unavailable and more often than not we only had one coach running practices and we were subject to the bias and conflict of interest from the club Owner and Steele Canyon High School coach.

Our son loves playing with this club! It’s been a great experience learning the proper skills from good coaches. He looks forward to every practice
