I decided to try this place out due to how packed gyms get and my schedule. I've been a memeber for 4 months now. The best part of this gym is the people that work there. Richard, for example, always greats you with a smile. The coaches put fun workouts on a weekly basis that are challenging and rewarding once you are done. I would highly recommend this place.

Great little gym with friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers. They recently added the 3D fit body scanning machine with the life base app included which I have found highly valuable. This is a great place with great coaching.To help you get the results you want. Definitely worth checking out.

My experience at SUDA has been by far the best boot camp I have attended. The people in there are so nice. The coaches have great routines to meet everyone's goals. I love going to my 5am classes.

I've been an avid gym goer for 3 years. I lost 70lbs through cardio and planet fitness. I then moved to 24hrs where I got serious about weight lifting. After 3 years of weightlifting, I was getting bored. I wanted to a change of pace and visited as well. I loved it! Although most of the exercises are really light weight, the pace of the workouts keep you going and really get your heart pumping. I'm now attending here 3x a week and doing weightlifting 2x a week.
