The guy who helped me didn't want to accept my guest pass because he wanted to sell me a membership. I told him I was going to pay him the $20 for the visit and he told me that the card reader didn't work. I know they earn a commission, but it's not fair that he wanted to force me to sign up for the membership.

My favorite place to workout over the weekend. This location opens at 7:00 am rather than the usual 8:00 am like the majority of other LA Fitness. This gives me an hour earlier to start my day, which is huge when your weekend is filled with other activities. Management, keep it up! If you can push for 6:00 am on Saturdays, even better.

It’s my favorite gym in Downey. Staff is very polite and the facility is well lit and clean. Its a great place to work out.

I come to this gym all the time and to see this all the time is not fair for the customers. We pay a good amount of money to come enjoy this place and release our stress. I don’t like that most of the machines are out of service and they take about a month or more to service them. The sauna has been out of service for 3 weeks already, I don’t understand how they let these amenities go out for this long. Something has to be done because the regulars from this gym are over it.

I went to sign up on a Sunday spoke to Giovani he asked me for a post dated check and promised to deposit it next Thursday he lied and deposited on Monday. My bank charged me overdraft fees. The gym is not well managed.
