24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been going to 24 Hour Fitness in Buena Park for a long time, and it’s a hidden gem. The staff is really nice and friendly, making it a welcoming environment. While the equipment is a bit dated and it seems like corporate isn’t investing much in it, everything works as it should. The gym doesn’t get too busy, unlike other 24 Hour Fitness locations I’ve visited, which is a big plus. I appreciate the friendly community and personnel. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spaces available, although there have been some break-ins. Overall, I give it 5 stars for their efforts to maintain the place and create a positive atmosphere.

First of all the gym is gross and lacks cleanliness, not to mention that so many machines are broken. So there is no excuse why the customer service sucks as bad as it did today . Chris the guy working the front needs to be re trained on how to talk to customers, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m so upset actually that I have decided to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere because in this economy there is no space for waisted money , and that’s exactly what you’ll do if you choose to workout here !

Chris at the front desk is unbelievably rude. As someone who used to work for this location, I pride myself on the customer experience I would have with my guests. For someone to speak to you so rude with a smirk on his face, it is so unwarranted. This gym is absolutely beat up, half of the machines don’t work and there are leaks every 2 feet. This is not a desirable gym to go to, so by having rude employees you are not helping your business, let alone your image.

I am very satisfied with the personal trainer George! He has helped me realize the value and importance of having a coach to show me how to better exercise and aleviate many of the pains and struggles I've had working out by myself. I made so much progress and got to my goals with his help, I highly recommended working with George!

The first time I let it slide, but this is the second time the staff was late. Twice in one week. We wake up at 5am to workout and a whole crowd is out side waiting and it interferes with our schedule. This is unacceptable. We have a contract with 24 and pay monthly fees for this?? Unacceptable. Fix it or else we will escalate this further. SMH.
