I’ve been training with coach Vaughn since 2017 and immediately made the change to his new gym as soon as it opened. Not only is he an amazing coach, but also a great mentor to all his staff and customers. Being part of the VC boxing gym really feels like family and home. The workouts are for people who are serious about losing weight. You will get the results if you put in the work as all the tools are provided to you. Chris is also very knowledgeable with boxing and teaching new beginners the techniques needed to be successful

Walking into VC boxing was the BEST decision I have ever made! Working with coach JAMES on the privates and semi privates has been a GAME changer! Down 30 pounds in 3 1/2 months! He has helped me work on my posture to ensure I do all the workouts correctly for the best results. He is on point with all his exercises! I love that he listens to you as a client working on all areas especially areas you would like to focus on. If you’re still questioning STOP!! And just do it! Hit up coach JAMES and let the magic happen!

I would give this gym 10+ stars if I could! This place has an amazing team of coaches led by the owner himself, coach Vaughan. They have so much to offer from group workouts to semis, boxing sessions, and even out door work outs at different locations. The coaches here will literally add value to your health and fitness. It is not your typical gym, to say the least. VC Boxing & Fitness will show you that getting out of your comfort zone is essential for growth and change. Their workouts are different all the time for every level of athleticism, making it fun and challenging at the same time. The level of accountability, growth, and results you get out of if this gym is absolutely priceless. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to level up in life!

Joining VC boxing has been the best decision I have ever made! I joined back in January 2023 and have been going ever since! All the coaches here really care about your fitness goals. I want to give a huge shout out to my trainer Coach James! He really pushes you doing your workouts! If you don’t know how to track your macros he is your guy he will teach you step by step! I have done semi privates with him but recently become a private client and have learned so much more in just two weeks and have seen results! Thank you James!!! 🙏🏻

VC BoxingFitness is the best gym in Orange County. I’ve been a member for two years now and would never change gym’s. VC BoxingFitness is my forever home.
