Warrior 1 Yoga

5/5 on this gem! Warrior 1 was recommended to me by a friend who is a member. I was able to join her in a class, and as a beginner (who’s never done yoga a day in my life, not to mention; HOT yoga!!) I found it incredibly easy to follow along and modify as needed and made it through the entire class! The cold towel and cool down at the end was the perfect way to end it for me and a really nice touch. The cherry on top though has to be their pricing! Can’t beat it!!

I’ve taken a few classes here and have absolutely loved them. Such sweet instructors that make you feel so welcomed, even the new YOGIs! Looking forward to my next class.

I started going to Warrior 1 Yoga about 6 weeks ago for their hot yoga classes. I love the ambiance and look of the yoga room. What I love even more is that I am able to take my glasses off during the sunday session because the instructor guides verbally. As someone who struggles with the heat fogging up my glasses(and sweat), this really makes the class so much more enjoyable as I don't have to watch everything and I can just flow. The heated floors are super amazing as is the level of heat. I feel I will be coming to this yoga studio for a long time. Great place!

I've been taking classes at Warrior 1 for years now and I always leave with a great feeling after each course. I've gone with my whole family several times, and have taken the beginner's and even HIIT with my two elementary age daughters. We always feel welcome and there are no judgements made on people's yoga journey. This is the best hot yoga studio in town!

My favorite yoga studio! Offers a wide variety of fun and challenging classes and the studio is completely inclusive & welcoming. The low lighting is great, flooring is padded, instructors give clear instructions and offer modifications. I have brought many friends to classes who all love it, including my dad, sisters, and boyfriend, who now go regularly.
