Loved Coach Stephon's strength training class!! I was having some neck stiffness that day and he showed me some stretches to do once I got home, he's so great! Loved the cool down stretches as well, it's so needed. Coach Steph is so knowledgeable and patient, with the most genuine spirit! Gotta love him - go take his class, you won't regret it!!

I tried this place out for the first time for a service I’ve received elsewhere and my experience was OK. The establishment is very nice, but the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly and came off rude and snobby. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also not friendly and seemed like she could care less to be there. However, the nurse who performed my treatment was the best part of my visit. She was super bubbly, thorough, and sweet. I also had good results from my treatment so no complaints there. I just don’t know if I’d pay money to go back and deal with crappy attitudes.
