This gym is fantastic! Carla’s yoga and Leticia’s cycling classes are the best—they keep me motivated every time. The machines are always clean and up-to-date, and the staff at the front desk is super friendly. I also love the two guest passes I get each month. After a tough workout, nothing beats relaxing in the steam room and on the massage beds. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member for more than 3 years, the coaches are great and love the classes, to me, the installations are the best El Paso, the maintenance crew always have clean towels and clean showers, I really enjoyed going to the gym because of all this and that’s why I wanted to share this experience with my daughters, so I brought them with me; unfortunately, management harass them by asking them multiple times their age specifically my oldest (she had a medical treatment that cause her development to slow down and she looks younger than she is), she gets asked this question very often, what makes her to be insecure about herself. This isn't her first time at Kinective, however, management continued to question HER and me after already told them multiple times her age, even to proof her age with a birth certificate; she felt so bad that she doesn’t want to come back to the gym and affecting her self-esteem in the process. Very disappointed in how the gym is changing. I appreciate your response to my review and I understand you have protocols to ensure the safety of all your members. Thank you for helping us work on my family's health and self esteem, I'm looking forward to taking them with me to share what I love about the gym and all the options it has to work on your well being.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! From the moment you step inside, you can tell it’s a cut above the rest. The equipment is state-of-the-art, with modern machines and tools that cater to every fitness goal, from strength training to cardio and functional fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find everything you need to challenge yourself. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The team here clearly takes hygiene seriously, with staff constantly sanitizing equipment and keeping the space spotless. The locker rooms are also pristine, with high-end amenities that make you feel like you’re in a spa. The atmosphere is simply wonderful. The layout is open and inviting, with great lighting and plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the other members are respectful and motivated—it’s such an inspiring environment to work out in. And OMG the classes are phenomenal! There’s a wide variety to choose from, from reformer Pilates to hit yoga - all led by professional and motivating instructors who truly care about your progress. Whether it’s yoga, HIIT, spin, or strength training, every class is engaging, fun, and challenging. My favorite class for all body is definitely the body pump on Saturdays at 8 am. The instructor is OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME. If you’re looking for a gym that combines modern equipment, a clean space, and an amazing vibe, this is the place to be! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to invest in their fitness journey.

The absolute best gym in town!!! No complaints whatsoever, don't even know how someone can give this gym less than 5 stars lol. Jorge Martinez, Vanessa Masser and all instructors are AMAZING!!! There is a meditation room as well for when you need to wind down.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Kinective Fitness, especially with the lack of accountability from the manager, Shawn. I went on Monday for a tour and was told—after asking three times to confirm—that I had until Saturday to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. Based on that, I waited to sign up. But when I called yesterday, I was told the sale had already ended. For a gym that’s this expensive, you’d think they’d honor what they say or at least fix their mistakes. When I spoke to Shawn, he made it clear that nothing could be done, and there was no effort to make things right. This lack of responsibility and mismanagement is unacceptable. I was excited to join, but this experience has completely turned me off. If this is how they treat potential members, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be once you’re locked into a contract. Update: I had some initial frustrations with Kinective Fitness due to miscommunication about the Black Friday sale, but the issue was resolved thanks to the general manager, Brandee. She honored the sale and made the process smooth. I really appreciate her professionalism and effort to make things right. Excited to start my fitness journey here!

I’ve had a great experience at this gym, and the front desk staff is always amazing—especially Chris! He’s always been super helpful and friendly. One time, I forgot my headphones, and he made sure to save them for me. It’s the little things like this that make the gym feel welcoming and well-run. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Tru Fit! The yoga classes are incredibly well-structured, with skilled instructors who create a calming and supportive environment for all levels. The personal training sessions are top-notch—my trainer is highly knowledgeable, tailoring each session to my fitness goals and ensuring I’m progressing safely and effectively. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for group classes, personal attention, or a mix of both, this gym is an excellent choice!

The gym is not bad, installations are good and the trainings and classes are good but the managers constantly try to push you into purchasing more expensive packages. I come from using local gyms and I decided to give a try to a chain but it was not pleasant. The cancellation process its extremely inconvenient and I had to pay an extra monthly fee and an annual fee due to their 30day cancellation policy which is ridiculously, now I have extra time access to a gym I didn’t wanted to attend anymore

This gym has been trapped in time since it was EP fitness, Chuze came to add a small room with Squat racks and doubled the prize in membership. Lacks of Ventilation/AC EVERY time you enter you get this Musky smell due to lack of ventilation, Horrible gym tbh Will cancel my membership as soon I get a chance to visit because they don't do it by phone.

I used to go the the Paragon location , which they closed down, and that location was much better than this one. It was cleaner, bigger and had more equipment and the energy and vibe was better. The staff was friendlier, especially Bella. I can tell Resler location never mops the floors because I see the same stains on the floor all the time. At Paragon, I would always see the ladies mop, here never. They should’ve closed down the Resler location and kept the Paragon location.

I've gone to dozens of gyms, and Chuze has exactly what you need. You have the cardio equipment, machine weights, and free weights. This doesn't include all the extra equipment Chuze brought in the past few months. Under new management, I have seen cleaning is a top priority. Give this place a try and you might be surprised.

First of all, the facility is super cool and very versatile. The staff is welcoming and nice overall. My gripe lies with the fact that the facility could do with a little more attention as it sometimes feels dirty; and not to say that is all on the gym itself but people lack etiquette with re-racking weights correctly and cleaning up the equipment they’ve used- including yoga mats:( If that could be a little more regulated this would be a 5/5 for me.

Just lost a customer, I've been in and out of hospitals and haven't been able to make money and so crunch has been charging my empty bank account over and over, it doesn't get through and my bank charges a fee for failed payments, they apparently cant stop charging me until I pay my late fees, I'm gonna just work with my bank to reject their charges but thats ridiculous, I asked the lady who answered, "so you'll be charging me over and over until I pay, even though I'm not going to the gym and put my bank account more and more in the negative?" To which she replied a confident yes, that's ridiculous, what an awful customer service, deliberately screwing over your customers isn't cool 👎

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1...unfortunately, this gym has progressively gone downhill. It went from friendly trainers and staff to poorly managed and lazy staff. Broken water fountain, which supposedly is fixed frequently. Missing equipment, broken machines, glad I'm not the owner. One of the staff informed me that the gym has no intention of replacing missing equipment. Do better.

I went to cancel my membership, that I had not utilized for the past 6 plus months and asked to cancel before my yearly fee charged off. The guy told me that I had to pay the monthly fee and the yearly fee before I cancelled which was $98. I asked why and he said that was their “30 day policy” he then said let me talk to my manager to see if he can help. Greg the manager right away said you have a $98 balance that needs to get paid. I understand if I have to pay the monthly payment but the yearly is ridiculous. I then said what’s your corporate number? Greg said he didn’t know and even if I called them they would just direct me straight to their gym. Meaning there’s no hope. This is an embarrassment to an establishment like this. Not worth the money horrible customer service. I’m not one to rate places negatively but this was a prime example of a 1 star rating. Update!!! I E-mailed them like they said, explaining the situation, and didn’t even get a reply saying they would look at the situation. Kurt was very short and didn’t say anything until I pointed out that no reply was going to happen. He replied by saying that 24hrs have not passed yet. A little while later he replied with saying that everything Greg did was right and did a very poor apology for how his manager Greg handled the situation. I would have left the review at that if there was no response, but they wanna act slick by responding and having no solutions afterwards. That’s BS just take the rating and don’t say a word. This may or may not make difference but if you want to join a gym, I recommend you stay away from this one specifically. Kurt and his crew are very unprofessional, the money is the last thing I wanted, all I wanted was a more professional and apologetic outcome. It’s unfortunate but I guess you can’t teach manners.

I came from another gym that I had bad experience with … so when I walked into this gym I was scared and not sure what to think…just the first week I was there the staff made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me along the way ..a lot of smiles and how are you ? Words of encouragement also …the woman there are so empowering and sweet! Compliment each other it was something I needed .. I didn’t feel judged for going heavy or going a long time…people don’t rush you or pressure you on machines they allow you to take your time…I loved that I could stay in one area as long as I needed and no one says you need to move …the cleaning lady Mrs . Cleo is the most sweetest woman I ever met! She greets everyone hugs you loves you and cleans so good!!! I’m telling you I never ever been to such a humble gym in my life …I came from a pricy gym and I’m telling you right now this gym is way more better then the pricy one .. it’s the environment you need to feel good in your environment your in and I feel so blessed to have walked into this place !!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is kept clean and best of all it’s not overly packed to the point of waiting in line. The only draw back is the pricy contracts. Otherwise one of the BEST gyms for weightlifting, plenty of workout machines and treadmills. There are bathrooms with showers and I like the safety features.

I love this gym! They offer free weights, machines, cardio room, fitness classes, and tanning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that at nights it gets crazy busy. Most of the free weights will be gone etc. So just make sure to go at good times if you want more space. Also, sometimes it's a little dirty. I try to wipe down the machines before I use them as well. Overall a great place to workout.

Machines always broken there’s only like 1 leg extension because one or the other always broken construction makes it 10x more irritable and frustrating there’s only 3 adjustable benches and there’s always broccoli heads hogging up the machine for an hour just sitting on there phone or just talking not even using it not enough equipment or always broken.

CLEAN. CLEAN. CLEAN! Why do you have to be so far from me? If you were closer, I’ll wake up at 5 am during weekdays, just to go to the gym. It is a small location but not small enough to get all your work out done. Love their infrared individual sauna and I don’t think I ever waited too long during my free trial. There is enough treadmills for everybody and all equipment are working properly. I’ve tried many gyms and Chuze fitness is the best for me.

Chuzr has been one of my go-to gyms for quite some time. With the numerous locations in Southern California along with the amenities...you can't beat this place. I opt for the premium package which includes the tanning, infra red saunas, and hydro massage beds.. almost forgot the guest privileges as well at no added cost. I do have memberships at LA and 24 hr as well, but you seriously can't beat this place. I used to go to 24 hr for the steam rooms but with COVID, there's no reason to anymore. If you need a good local gym, with great classes, this is the place to go. I hope you all enjoy this place as much as I do.

I recently joined and I’ve had a great experience so far! I am new to having a gym routine and the amenities like the lift lab, sauna room, and the movie theater make it fun to go to the gym! I love it. They also have a smoothie bar and it’s convenient and reasonably priced. Only downside I’ve noticed is that the AC should be turned a little higher in the lift lab and main area.
Mark Spencer (Google User)

The AC never works or they’re keeping it off it’s way too hot in the gym at all times There are not enough, wipe down stations in close proximity to most of the equipment. I always have to go and look for one I can only imagine how many people don’t wipe their equipment down because they can’t find a wipe down station and I guess the gym decided to remove the heavy bags and the curl machines which really pisses me off, considering the price that I’m paying to use that equipment this top management don’t know how to run a gym seems to me there just try to cut back on things we pay to use and why can’t they stay open till 10pm or 9:00pm on the weekend and the workout equipment is unorganized and what happened to the hot tub?!

Moved over from Crunch to Chuze, but when I went in, the woman helping up front was no help. I wanted to get their special I was emailed about and she was making me get the most expensive plan for the special to be applied although that’s not what the advertisement says. I politely said, thank you and walked away and just hopped online to receive the promotion with the plan of my choosing. Maybe she was ignorant to the promotion, but she really did not care to check for me which I did not appreciate. The variety of equipment offered is the only reason I continued to sign up, but I know to expect less than helpful service in the future.

Chuze Fitness on Lee Trevino: A Mixed Bag Chuze Fitness on Lee Trevino in El Paso, TX, presents a conflicting experience that leaves much to be desired, especially for those considering anything beyond the basic membership. ### The Good - Basic membership offers essential gym equipment and facilities - Convenient location on Lee Trevino ### The Not-So-Good #### Membership Tiers The upgraded memberships, which promise additional amenities, fall short of expectations. The extra cost does not seem to justify the added features, making the basic membership the only truly worthwhile option. #### Massage Chair Limitations One of the most frustrating aspects is the arbitrary 10-minute limit on the massage chairs. This is particularly disappointing when: - The machines themselves indicate a full massage takes 30 minutes - Users must sign up for multiple 10-minute sessions to get a complete massage - Empty chairs are often visible, even during busy times This system seems unnecessarily restrictive, especially when compared to the Pellicano location, which apparently had no such limitations and rarely faced availability issues. #### Value for Money The discrepancy between the promised amenities and the actual experience makes it difficult to justify the cost of higher-tier memberships. For those looking to maximize their fitness dollar, sticking to the basic membership appears to be the wisest choice. ### Conclusion While Chuze Fitness on Lee Trevino may serve its purpose for those seeking a no-frills gym experience, it falls short for members expecting more from their upgraded memberships. The arbitrary restrictions on amenities like massage chairs and the questionable value of premium features make it hard to recommend anything beyond the basic tier. For potential members, the advice is clear: opt for the basic membership and save your money. The extra amenities, as they currently stand, are not worth the additional cost.

They only get one star because they will not allow me to assign zero. I am here to cancel my membership because I moved out of town. I was told that I could not cancel over the phone (this is not true you can cancel by letter) and I would have to come in in person. And now I was told that they are requiring me to pay more before they will cancel. I will never have a membership with Planet Fitness again. For a new gym, nothing ever works, there’s not enough machines or equipment for the amount of people that go, it’s always way too packed. There is one smith machine in the entire gym…ONE! Crunch needs to focus on capacity issues entirely and enforce it when clearly the facility is way passed capacity limits. Also, whoever chose the layout of equipment needs to be fired, y’all have way too much room, and there is absolutely no structure or order in where you have equipment and machines located. It’s a mess. Employees also are always too busy talking and aren’t ever welcoming or attentive. Very unprofessional. The paper towels are always running out, and nobody to fill them. And why are people working out next to trash cans… please, redo trash can locations! It’s a joke. All the perks you get with the premium membership is pointless because hydromassage chairs, red light therapy, etc is never functioning. There is never any parking either, and if you try to park somewhere close by, they will announce that they are towing vehicles. Overall, this gym is a disaster. Hire a new GM or facility manager because dang guys… horrible.

This gym is trash. Whoever designed it was probably hired off craigslist or something. As big as it looks on the outside it feels small from the inside. Way too busy to get a full workout in, the locker room is WAY too small, same with the sauna. My middle school locker room was bigger than this. To find parking is just a disaster, there's a high chance of getting into an accident with how small and crowded it gets. The personal trainers either just stand there or are sitting half the time. I asked for a water because I forgot mine and they didn't have any. How do you not have water at a gym? It feels like they just got all the equipment they had and stuffed it inside, everything is so cramped up you're literally bumping into people adding plates to your machine. Very disappointing to say the least especially with how much they hyped up this gym.

Awesome gym. Good equipment. Now I remember why I didn't like the big gyms. There's always a couple of people that reserve some machines by putting their stuff and claiming it for 20 to 30 minutes. I have a routine to finish like every one else. There's a lot of classes that they offer. Very complex place. New equipment i never used before. Staff is awesome. Trainers are awesome too.

I'm reviewing this gym for what I use it for -- treadmills and yoga and pilates classes. I never worry that there won't be any open treadmills when I show up. Also, this is the best deal on yoga and Pilates classes in town. You do have to be very very quick to book, but people inevitably don't show up for the class so I've never had a problem with getting into the classes I like. The yoga and pilates coach Ale is AMAZING. I love taking her classes. Selene is awesome too. Honestly all the coaches are quality and put a lot of effort into leading the classes. The free weights and machine area is quite large but since this is a popular gym, during peak hours it seems quite crowded. I prefer to do my lifting at another gym I have a membership at. I would like to see some sort of policy that discourages people booking and no-showing, though. Also, the locker room is tiny and it's impossible to change by your locker without feeling super weird/exposed. Those are the main issues I have with this gym.
