Traverse has an amazing environment and great energy!! It’s inspiring! The coaches are great and I love the variety of workouts in the hiit classes! There are so many “gyms”in Denver. I’m happy to have finally found my home!

Traverse Fitness truly is the best of the best! Amazing HIIT and Altitude workouts that challenge you but make you feel accomplished! The coaches truly do care about everyone and show it with their energy, form corrections, check ins, awesome music and post conversations! The front desk staff and ownership greet you with a smile, know your name and can help with any questions. Love the recovery space to stretch, chat with others and sip on some free coffee or use the cowork space to get some work done. Out side the works the community aspect is tremendous! From free park workouts, happy hours, run clubs, their own Olympic Games, to their mind blowing expedition trips to really get to know some of the amazing people at the club! The expedition trips are a staple on who Traverse is to the core…work hard to play hard while doing it surround by friends and family. Taking the workouts to how they can help you in real life….if that’s hiking, skiiing, snowmobiling, rec sports, to just picking your kids up to play everyday! Traverse Fitness = More than a gym!

My husband and I have been members at Traverse for two years, and without a doubt, it’s the best gym we’ve ever been to! In 2024, they expanded to offer more classes and amenities, which has made the experience even better. Our favorite is Chad's Strength Class. He’s encouraging, hilarious, and also truly badass. Chad pushes everyone to work their hardest. I never thought I'd be able to lift heavy weights until he showed me how. He’s an incredible coach! We also love HIIT with Adam, Altitude with Jeff, and anything with Billy – all of them bring something unique and challenging to each workout. Traverse is the best part about Denver!

From the outside this gym looks like nothing. On the inside it’s world class! They run three types of classes; Strength, HIIT and Altitude. All are very well thought through and push you accordingly. They also run variances of the classes switching focus between lower, upper and full body, which is great. Additionally they vary classes via build, grit and performance. Focusing on strength (build), endurance (grit) and then more of a competition style workout (performance). Ultimately this means you don’t get bored and (more importantly) you’re increasing your athletic performance over time! Worth mentioning the altitude classes. They have a large training room that they can set the oxygen levels to mimic different altitudes. It makes for a much harder work out and is awesome for improving overall fitness. This morning the altitude was set to 13,900ft! All the instructors I’ve met so far are awesome. Shout out to Adam and Julia. The GM, Ashley, is also great. Finally they have Sauna, cold plunge and various recovery devices, and a coworking/social space. Good discount on their couples memberships too! I highly recommend this gym and I’m very happy I found it!

I’ve tried many gyms in Denver and Traverse is my favorite by a long shot. With their different class types you can set up your week based on your goals are or what your body feels good with. You can choose between lifting focused days or include a bit more cardio. You want cardio but stuggle to run? They have a class for that too! Programming in all formats is incredibly well done by someone who understands fitness. Energy levels from coach’s and long time members makes it hard to not get a good workout. The admin staff are welcoming and helpful. If you’re on the fence or tired of the same boring workout give them a shot. I’d be surprised to find anyone who can’t find the type of fitness they enjoy at this place.

Great gym! High quality coaching, diverse classes, and great facilities. I love the cold plunge, Pure Lift classes, and make use of the saunas!

I have never been this committed to a gym and gone this consistently EVER. I have the 8 pack membership and next month I am looking forward to celebrating my 1yr with Fit House. Coaches are actively observing and correcting your form (respectfully lol). They rotate who designs the workouts and before each class they go through what the moves should look like/what we are trying to achieve. It is very intentional from how the workouts are structured to mimic real-life activities to challenging you to push when it's time. Personally, I feel like there is no pressure on how we show up - just that we do. I'm so glad I found something that works for me.

I have been going to Fit House for a few months. It has to be the most welcoming gym I’ve ever joined and I’ve tried many. I was nervous to try the strength based workouts because they’re not as familiar to me, but every coach is so helpful and provides individual training and corrections throughout the whole class. The classes are accommodating for all levels training. I’ve learned so much in a short amount of time. The recovery and stretch facilities are part of the reason I joined and they do not disappoint.

After years at another gym, I was looking for a change. I was burned out with the style of workout I had been doing and found myself not wanting to go any longer. It was at a really nice gym full of wonderful people and coaches, but I wanted something different and wanted to know my community better. A few of my friends told me about Fit House Denver and I couldn't be happier with the result. Its a one stop shop for all things fitness, recovery, and wellness. The Coaches are awesome, the community is great, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. A few weeks ago I went on a community hike with the owner and people from the gym. It was awesome. What are you waiting for? Do it.

Fit House is a fantastic place for anyone at any level, a one stop shop for strength, wellness, and recovery. I was just getting started in my fitness journey and they helped me with all the needed modifications and now that my foundation is set and form is where it needs to be (thank you coaches) I can lift heavier and feel stronger than I have ever been. For anyone who's a member - you now get OPEN GYM for various times of the day. I love using the cold plunge, gym, then sauna on my own time. It's the cherry on top such a top tier facility in Denver! It's the first gym I joined when I moved and I have never looked back.

I’ve been working out for 15 years, and without a doubt, this is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The variety of equipment is unmatched, with something for every type of workout—from strength training to cardio and everything in between. Whether you're into free weights, machines, or functional training, they've got it all! The staff is incredible too—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a positive and supportive environment.

Stacey is the best instructor at this location. She gives the clearest instructions and her classes are consistent and professional. She also presents information and her expert knowledge about the body clearly and incorporates it all seamlessly into the class. She is very aware of safety and always adds instructions and insights to prevent injury and to help her students strengthen their whole bodies. She is an excellent teacher all the way around.

A Stellar Trainer, but Room for Improvement at the Gym I’ve been working with Rick Allman as my personal trainer for over two months, and he has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only is Rick incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but he’s also an outstanding motivator. On two occasions, I considered backing out of my commitment, and both times, Rick gave me the encouragement I needed to stay on track. Without his guidance, I’d likely still be sitting on the couch, watching life pass me by. Instead, I’m on a path to both physical and mental success. As long as Rick is training, I’ll follow him wherever he goes. He’s truly that good. However, I do have some concerns regarding the gym’s management and policies. When I signed up, I was told that personal training clients had access to “the cage” anytime without having to wait or compete for equipment. Yet, every time I’ve tried to use it without a trainer present, a staff member has approached me and asked me to leave. This has happened at least seven times, all with different staff members, which makes me question whether they’re unaware of the rules or if I was misled during the sign-up process. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the gym has banned my trainer from using certain equipment he brought in to enhance training sessions. These tools were designed to improve range of motion, reduce injury risk, and speed up recovery—all essential aspects of a well-rounded training program. Considering the cost of these tools is minimal (less than $100), it’s surprising the gym doesn’t provide them for trainers and clients. While Rick Allman’s expertise and dedication are the highlights of my experience, the inconsistent communication, unhelpful staff interactions, and questionable management decisions detract from the overall experience. The high turnover rate among staff also suggests issues with leadership. I hope the gym can address these concerns and align its policies to better support both its trainers and clients.

Not sure what DOES work here. It definitely isn’t the machines, TVs, and definitely not the staff. Regularly out of sanitizing wipes, staff are always chatting and doing nothing besides trying to sell you a personal trainer. The gym for you if you like spending money without seeing the value.

Way too crowded and the locker room/sauna is absolutely filthy. Lifting area is clean and equipment is good. However, there is wait for every machine unless you come when everyone is at work. Good prices though.
