The gym is always clean and machines are well kept! The locker room is nice and always clean! It has showers, steam, sauna and jacuzzi! Staff is super friendly and helpful! If you’re looking for a personal trainer Erin C. is your person! She is so well educated on the body and all of its muscles! She has said names of muscles I’ve never heard of and I was premed! She knows just how far to push you to help you reach your potential! Love working out with her! Thanks, Forma!

The entire organization do their level best to provide an excellent spa experience to all it’s members. I actually use the outdoor pool & the maintenance staff is excellent. The facilities are not state of the art, But either am I, and neither are the monthly due’s. Faro, the manager has got an excellent staff & he does an excellent job of expanding & updating as best he can. I have been a member there for 15 plus years off & on. Best club for the money 💰 in the South bay thanks to the staff at Forma. Great value & a fantastic staff. You can absolutely get a state of the art gym experience for twice what your paying at Forma & you still not have the excellent staff or management.

I would like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of your employees, Dylan. He is, without question, one of the most welcoming, kind-hearted, and professional individuals I’ve ever encountered at any gym. From the moment you walk in, Dylan‘s warm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a positive experience. Dylan has an incredible ability to connect with people. Whether assisting with equipment, answering questions, or sparking a friendly conversation, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every member feels valued and comfortable. His patience, attentiveness, and uplifting attitude make him a true asset to the team and a standout in customer service. I also always see him walk onto the gym floor to clean up weights left out by other gym members. This helps facilitate a clean and organized gym appearance and it goes a long way. Additionally, I want to take this opportunity to commend the gym as a whole. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the care and professionalism of your team. The atmosphere is welcoming, and there is a strong sense of community that keeps members coming back. Dylan, in particular, embodies these values and plays a significant role in fostering this environment. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space for fitness and connection, and for having exceptional employees like Dylan who make every visit a pleasure.

Could be better. Good stuff first, feels clean and has a lot of equipment. Now the other stuff the water fountains will have filters that won’t be replaced for like a week after being all used up which sucks, I get super thirsty and my workout is burdened by my reduced stamina from no water. A few pieces of equipment outside are just broken? They have been this way for like 5 months now. Overall pretty good gym and they offer classes.

I love this gym. I joined it at the beginning of summer so I could enjoy their outdoor pool. It's lovely outside, the pool is clean, and the other swimmers are so friendly and welcoming. The staff has been friendly as well. The only aspect I would change is much of the staff seem to be on their phones, when they could be actively supporting customers. When I walk by the front desk, the two people usually have their heads down, distracted and on their phones. I'm giving 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.

Update!!! 1/7/24 I cancelled my membership, the GM Mimi Nguyen took my money for a fitness challenge that she never updated me on, completely ignored all my messages and texts and I never even got to participate. Then today I get an email saying I owe $840. Excuse me. But now I see why so many people had left negative reviews about this place. They definitely are scamming and refuse to take any accountability when they are called out. Absolutely avoid this place unless you got coin and time to waste because they will not correct their mistakes. I love this place. I’ve been coming since March. The facility itself is nice and clean and new. The machines are all state of the art, the staff is friendly and it’s never so busy that you have to wait for machines. My only feedback is that the women’s bathrooms are not cleaned as thoroughly or as frequently as they should. I shower here 3-5 times a week after my workout before work and there’s been many times certain splatters or hair or scrunchies have been left in the same spot which leads me to believe that they haven’t deep cleaned. Aside from that, they offer meal preps and smoothies which is super helpful when you’re on the run. UPDATE: I had to part ways with this gym because I moved out of the area. Upon that I had decided to join a challenge that they were having and paid to do this challenge. The GM Mimi, assured me that there would days and times that would work to fit my schedule for the days of training. Well she never communicated with me , took my money and then when I messaged her multiple times to dispute and figure out a work around she completely ghosted me and didn’t respond to me. I had one more payment of $135 for the last month of my contract and somehow they’re now trying to take $310. Mimi never contacted me back and I am completely disappointed at the professionalism of the staff. The gym itself is absolutely amazing however the management has a lot of work to do with their professionalism and communication.

On 11/18, I bought membership in UFC San Jose Oakridge and also purchased a private coaching package for $ 900, totally I spent $1097. Unfortunately, my experience with the private coaching sessions has been extremely unsatisfactory. My initial coach frequently arrived late for sessions, ended classes early, and delayed providing the dietary plan that was part of the package. After expressing my concerns to Mimi and requesting a change of coach, it took her four days to respond. On 12/4, I was given a new coach, but my experience did not improve. Out of the two sessions we had, he arrived 15 minutes late for one and completely forgot about the third session. I feel that there are serious management issues within your team and a lack of customer service awareness, the same day, I requested for refund. I also sent a complaint letter to UFC headquarter on the same day. So far, I haven’t received any feedback from them! I joined your facility with high expectations, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability I have encountered. I trusted your brand and services, but my experience has left me feeling let down and undervalued as a customer. I believe it is only fair to refund the unused portion of my private coaching package and membership fees as compensation for the poor service I received, you guys keep ghosting me. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

I love this gym! it is way better than the other UFCs in the bay area. Clean equipment and things get fixed pretty quickly. I would rate this as a upper tier gym at mid tier prices! The manager and staff are friendly and welcoming. The coaches are great. Shoutout to Miles for his functional training and boxing!

If I could give UFC Fit zero stars, I would. My experience with this gym has been nothing short of appalling due to their complete disregard for customer service. After putting my membership on pause for medical reasons, I was surprised to find that I had been charged upon attempting to cancel. Multiple attempts to resolve this by phone were ignored, forcing me to come in person—a major inconvenience while recovering from surgery. Upon arrival, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and shockingly indifferent to my situation. Despite explaining my circumstances, I was denied a refund for services I am unable to use. This response, hidden behind rigid policies, showed a profound lack of empathy and professionalism. UFC Fit appears far more interested in maximizing revenue than in offering genuine support or customer care. I would strongly advise against this gym for anyone seeking a membership with a company that values and respects its clients

Fantastic gym, great classes and workout machines. Grace at the front desk is lovely, knowledgeable and helpful about the gym, especially about the red light therapy!! Up Date: The gym is an excellent bargain, it's always clean and neat. Health and fitness is as important as food. I really enjoy my workout, also one more thing, Devin at the front desk is professional and helpful. Thank you Devin for doing a fantastic job!!

I don’t understand what’s going on with the person responsible for opening the gym at the specified time. This has become a very frequent issue. I pay my membership to come exclusively at this time, and I can’t do it. Are you stealing from me?

Spacious gym with a higher variety of machines compared to similarly priced gyms. Machines are spaced out, and the patrons are courteous. What really makes this gym stand out are the accommodating staff. I am happy I found this place.

Clean, lots of exercise equipment, and attentive staffs. Inside, it’s a spacious area that makes the place not too crowded. There’re many boxes of alcohol wipes for members to clean equipment after using each times. It’s very good idea since hygiene is very important due to the pandemic and another contagion. And, you can use hydro massage tables, tanning and red light therapy treatment rooms, if you are their premium memberships. All in all this place has good facilities for working out. Staffs are friendly and attentive. And it’s easy for parking.

5 stars to 2 stars after 10 months: Original: So far so good. Class of four children for 25$ per class of 30 minutes which seem to be in the range of you compare to water aquatic or YMCA. Nice facilities, parents are not in the class but you can pay 5$ or 7$ depending of the time to have free time in the pool (which is very limited in their schedule). Free wifi, hot water, 25$ yearly admission fee. After 10 months: My daughter received 2 ribbons in the first 3 months and for the next 7 nothing. My 3 years old might not be the best but she listens. However, the teachers (we tried 3 different) keep being stubborn about "gliding". My daughter got better but she wants to swim (move her feet). So, she is stuck at that level. Also, they need to go in deep water for the next level but the kid can practice deep water only 1/5 time, hence almost only one every two months. The program is NOT adapted for young kid and the teachers do not know how to change the routine to spark progress. The staff is way too young. The supervisor decks are total douche bag. Sun glasses, big attitude, talk loudly. When I asked a question, their answer was very respectful like if the question was dumb while they had done a mistake (give twice the same level to my daughter). The pool is DANGEROUS. I saw a boy that almost drowned because in the deep water the two teachers were not supervising the kid waiting in line. The boy went in the deep and couldn't get up. It took more than 3 seconds to the teachers to move toward the boy. I almost had the time to jump to rescue him myself... Very dangerous. Supervisor decks are not checking, they just walk around with weird attitude. About supervisor decks, they also distract teachers with ridiculous riddle on the whiteboard and chitchat. I know, I stay on the side of the pool. Also, do NOT take the 3h30pm class because teachers are tidy up stuff 10 minutes before the end of the class to get ready for their "teachers huddle". In short, the staff is way too young, all around 21 years old. They have "fun" there, and it looks to be a great place to "chill" as a first job, but for your own children safety and progression, I do not recommend.

If you are looking for a friendly, safe family owned club to work out on your own or with a private trainer give AVAC a try. There is an outdoor pool for lap swim and aqua aerobics along with an indoor swim school. There are many group fitness classes for all ages or take on a private trainer. Optional palates, bungee and fit classes, play tennis or pickle ball or relax at the Cafe for a bite to eat or a smoothie. Full showers, sauna and jacuzzi with towels provided. I've been a member for 20+ years and have no plans to leave.

The ambience is soothing and makes you feel warm and cozy the minute you walk in. I received a free mat and towel to use, since it was my first time. That was sweet :). The Hot Fusion class I took is challenging but I felt grounded, calm, and happy by the end. The music particularly resonated with me. As a delicate final touch, I enjoyed using the locker room and taking a relaxing shower. Toiletries are provided.

I took a HPF class with Tracy and feel like my inner peace is disturbed. This teacher opened the door to the parking lot and called someone, distracted the class and disrespected everyone. There was no background music. This teacher gave simple stretching exercises instead of yoga poses. So many gaps between each pose that people got bored. This teacher yells and shouts while no background music, causing disturbance to peaceful environment. She touched my butt and bare back and rubbed it without my permission in a creepy way. Hope corporate people see my comment and find a better teacher. Not only waste of time, but also feel like I’ve gotten PTSD from this class. Have been attending core power yoga for years and it was my first bad experience.

Class with Sanghi K today was top 5 of the best classes in my 10+ years of yoga experience. I’m so glad I took her class and learned so much from her knowledge about little critiques how to make the posture better for you, whatever you are going through. Thank you Sanghi!! I can’t wait to continue at this studio and especially taking her class

I attended a 6:30am class at CP2 Studio in Winchester and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the studio. Midway through the class, I noticed what I thought was a dead cockroach on the side wall, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be alive. Thankfully, I was the only one on that side of the room, but it was still unsettling. This wasn’t the first time I’ve noticed cleanliness issues here. I've seen mold and debris on surfaces before, which raises serious concerns about the studio's overall hygiene. I understand that keeping a busy studio spotless is challenging, but these issues really affect the experience for everyone. I chose CP2 Winchester because of the great instructors, convenient schedule, and location. I’ve been using ClassPass to try out the studio, hoping things would improve, but the current state of cleanliness is making me hesitant to commit to a full-time membership. A clean, hygienic environment is crucial for a comfortable and focused practice. It also reflects on the CP2 brand and shows a commitment to quality. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for the health and safety of everyone who uses the studio. Until then, I can't fully recommend this location to others. I sincerely hope to see improvements soon.

This is hands down one of the best studios in the bay area in terms of instructors and friendly vibe. The studio is clean. Spacious changing room with shower and lockers. I feel cared for and have a great class every single time. All classes are inclusive, supportive with no competitive vibe. Definitely a good work out, great sequence, with a hint of gratitude and self exploration weaved in their teaching. I really like Alison U.

This is an incredible gym! The atmosphere is always energetic and motivating, with great equipment and facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Coach Adrian is the ultimate personal trainer! His dedication, knowledge, and passion for fitness are truly inspiring. With Adrian's guidance and support, I've seen incredible progress in my workouts and overall fitness level. He's the only trainer I have worked with who is diligent about my lower back issues, and actively incorporates strengthening exercises to facilitate better back mobility and safety. I definitely recommend personal training sessions with Coach Adrian.

I signed up last Thursday, showed up today for a Mobility class three minutes late (they claim to have an app for Android, it doesn't work, i have to call them or book at the front desk?). Yes, I was late, keep in mind there is no late policy posted and if it were in the app, I couldn't access it. The desk person checks me in, we head upstairs and as we enter the class the instructor Megan, doesn't open her mouth to tell us about her late policy or turn us away politely, instead she shook her head "no" and shoo'd us away like vermin. An employee told me I need to speak to Megan about it, he is the Director of Instruction, she was the one shooing me.I walked back to the Member Services desk and cancelled all 3 of my families memberships. If this is how leadership operates, there is bound to be a trickle down effect. Lack of professionalism and he general distain she showed is what did it. I'll never spend another dollar with ClubSport. P.S. This all occurred prior to ever touching a weight in this gym, sad.

Awesome gym! Very new and clean! Offers tons of classes everyday from weight classes to stretching classes to kickboxing. They also offer a swimming pool, smoothie&snack bar, sitting area to watch tv and chill, big and clean locker rooms offering lockers that don’t require you to bring your own lock, saunas, steamrooms, plenty of towels, massages, and more. Lots of nice equipment too. You definitely pay the price for all of these things but it’s been worth it for me.

Great place to swim indoors (heated) with my kid all year round. Price is reasonable for this nice facility with clean family locker room & shower, even better when you come as often as you like for various activities & equipment. Too bad I only have time to come with my kid for family swimming hours. They provide towels but we bring our own hair dryer because the one in the family locker room is underpowered. We appreciate this place as one of the perks of living nearby.

SJSU’s pool might be one of the best well kept secrets (speaking as someone who is not connected to SJSU in anyway). The facilities are so new that if you look at Google Map’s standard top down view, the building shape is that of the building it had replaced. The hours for drop in are flexible ($5 day pass per person), kids friendly, has olympic sized 50 meter pool, and the showers / lockers are clean. There is a parking garage next door ($1 every 30 minutes).

In A Nutshell: -The brand-new $130 million Spartan Recreation and Aquatic Center is awesome! -The community waited for about 2 years for this place to open & it finally did right before summer 2019. -There are 3 swimming pools, which includes a 15 lane lap pool, plus diving board, a kiddie/lounge pool area & a pool w/ 4 lane lap pool plus open water swim area. -You don't feel cramped & there's a lot of room w/ plenty of outdoor sunshine. -The locker room has lockers, but I think they are reserved for the students, so just use the locker room to change & use the bathroom. -I like the expensive $10 day pass or $60 monthly (plus you need to commit to a year) which weeds out people so it doesn't get crowded. Overall, this will be my new go-to place to swim countless laps, while getting a nice tan since it's all outdoor!

Don't go here after 11th of August! So we wanted to go to the pool for recreational use as we were here as tourists during the summer. The girl at the entrance told us we couldn't get in as the summer entrance ended on the 11th of August (we were here on the 15th of August). Tried to talk to her but no, only way we can get in is if we know someone at the university. Then the entrance fee is 15$
