The ambience is soothing and makes you feel warm and cozy the minute you walk in. I received a free mat and towel to use, since it was my first time. That was sweet :). The Hot Fusion class I took is challenging but I felt grounded, calm, and happy by the end. The music particularly resonated with me. As a delicate final touch, I enjoyed using the locker room and taking a relaxing shower. Toiletries are provided.

I took a HPF class with Tracy and feel like my inner peace is disturbed. This teacher opened the door to the parking lot and called someone, distracted the class and disrespected everyone. There was no background music. This teacher gave simple stretching exercises instead of yoga poses. So many gaps between each pose that people got bored. This teacher yells and shouts while no background music, causing disturbance to peaceful environment. She touched my butt and bare back and rubbed it without my permission in a creepy way. Hope corporate people see my comment and find a better teacher. Not only waste of time, but also feel like I’ve gotten PTSD from this class. Have been attending core power yoga for years and it was my first bad experience.

Class with Sanghi K today was top 5 of the best classes in my 10+ years of yoga experience. I’m so glad I took her class and learned so much from her knowledge about little critiques how to make the posture better for you, whatever you are going through. Thank you Sanghi!! I can’t wait to continue at this studio and especially taking her class

I attended a 6:30am class at CP2 Studio in Winchester and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the studio. Midway through the class, I noticed what I thought was a dead cockroach on the side wall, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be alive. Thankfully, I was the only one on that side of the room, but it was still unsettling. This wasn’t the first time I’ve noticed cleanliness issues here. I've seen mold and debris on surfaces before, which raises serious concerns about the studio's overall hygiene. I understand that keeping a busy studio spotless is challenging, but these issues really affect the experience for everyone. I chose CP2 Winchester because of the great instructors, convenient schedule, and location. I’ve been using ClassPass to try out the studio, hoping things would improve, but the current state of cleanliness is making me hesitant to commit to a full-time membership. A clean, hygienic environment is crucial for a comfortable and focused practice. It also reflects on the CP2 brand and shows a commitment to quality. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for the health and safety of everyone who uses the studio. Until then, I can't fully recommend this location to others. I sincerely hope to see improvements soon.

This is hands down one of the best studios in the bay area in terms of instructors and friendly vibe. The studio is clean. Spacious changing room with shower and lockers. I feel cared for and have a great class every single time. All classes are inclusive, supportive with no competitive vibe. Definitely a good work out, great sequence, with a hint of gratitude and self exploration weaved in their teaching. I really like Alison U.
