I want to commend the staff at Planet Fitness on Two Notch Road for their exceptional service. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful team, which makes the gym experience truly enjoyable. The facility is always well-maintained, with all the equipment in excellent condition. The cleanliness of the locker room and restrooms is consistently impressive, reflecting the staff’s attention to detail. Their dedication to providing a positive environment is much appreciated!

ZERO STARS!!! I was forced to choose a star!! Polo/two notch location has the most disrespectful, racist manager I have ever encountered. On Jan 6th I entered the PF 360 area to use the low row. I was told by the black female worker with short black hair that class was starting and I had to leave the area. I told her I was going on the low row. she replied the area was closed from 11-12 for a class. I left and went to a treadmill. Minutes later a white lady entered the PF 360 area, and not part of the class. She passed the worker to get some weights and a mat and was allowed to stay in the area to complete her workouts. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager, to be shocked that the worker that discriminated against me is the manager, Lillian! I called corporate the same day, was told due to the nature of my complaint,I would receive a call before the week was over. A WHOLE week went by, I called back as my concern was if the complaint goes to the location manager about her nothing will be done. A couple of days later I received a call from a private number, voicemail was left and she said her name was Debra Wilson, regional manager and she provided a number for me to call.I called the number, no answer, the outgoing message doesn't indicate who owns the number but an automated voices states it's a Google voice subscriber, but I left a voicemail. My call was returned. I told her the situation from 2 weeks prior, she told me what was told to her by the manager, our stories didn't match at all. I told her to pull the video from the date and time and I also had photos to back me up. She said I shouldn't take pics of people in the gym but she would call me back by Friday. That conversation was Jan 15th, I haven't heard from anyone at Planet Fitness! It's clear that that type of behavior is acceptable from management.

I love how I can come in & get a workout in an hour or less. They also do an amazing job on keeping everything sterilized & fully stocked

Staff are friendly. My biggest complaint is the women's locker room, bathrooms, and showers are freezing cold. They really need to invest in another unit or two so there is some heat. I couldn't have taken a shower even if I wanted to, just too cold.

I use the gym very early in the morning. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The gym is clean and there is always plenty of equipment available.

Good place to workout,but i am having to cancel my membership due to simply not having the time to go. They should not make it this hard to cancel! No reason I should have to send a letter or go in. Should be able to do it through the app.

The water fountain was not working. Multiple people told the staff about the issue. The only thing that the staff did was put up a sign to say it wasn't working. They could have at least checked the mechanical/electrical room to see if the breaker was tripped. It clearly had no power. Not having access to water in a gym is unacceptable.

I became a member of this PF recently and so far I like going here. The hydro massage beds are out of order but overall it’s clean, spacious when not crowded, and most of the staff are very nice! I will definitely keep going back!

It’s clean. Staff are kind. My issues is them closing when they have power. They closed this location due to power outages but everyone else in the same plaza had power yesterday and has power today. Pretty upsetting. I travel a lot. This location has a couple missing equipment that I usually get on but I do like this location.

My husband came in for a tour a few days ago. At that time they told him that since he is active duty military he could sign a one year contract, and put me under his membership paying a month to month basis. As someone who prefers Pure Barre classes to traditional workout equipment this sounded like a good plan to me. Before committing to canceling my pure barre membership, I wanted to tour the facility. I feel like that is pretty reasonable. However, they intentionally didn’t tell my husband that he had to put me on his plan the day they signed up. So, fast forward to today when I’m off work and come in with him to see the facility, they tell us I can no longer be signed up under him and will have to sign my own one year contract. They use deceptive marketing and will tell you anything to get you to sign up, and then switch things up later. What ever you do, dont get a membership here. There’s better gyms for the price point that aren’t falling apart and won’t use deceptive tactics to get people to sign up. I would also like to add that they made a response to my initial review. I would like to make it known I have sent two separate emails to the email listed in the review response and I’ve never received a reply. It’s been almost three weeks since I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue. They literally do not care about fixing the situation and only responded to try and save face. This place really is terrible.

I am so delighted that I've joined MUV Fitness Sandhills! My experience with the staff was absolutely fantastic! Great customer service, which is always a plus. The environment was very welcoming and friendly! Definitely a high vibrational atmosphere! They have every piece of workout equipment under the sun, which is exceptional in my book! I'm so happy that I decided to join MUV and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent Management! Brandon Mohtassm is an excellent GM. He is very accommodating, great customer services. He is very attractive to everybody needs. He keeps a clean facility and we just love him. He takes time with all the customers.

This place is a dump. Everything is dirty, broken, or not working properly. The place is crowded, forget about sticking to a plan. The members are rude as hell... cursing, singing along to whatever garbage music they're listening to... loud enough for half the gym to hear. I'm attaching a picture of what the Dumbell rack looks like... the dumbells aren't in use, they're just gone

The manager Brandon Mohtassem is the best! He always have time for you no matter what. If he doesn't know then you best believe he's going to get you a answer to your question. All the other staff is very polite and friendly.
