This is my personal experience and I can say a lot of other parent have a very different experience. My son attended this league for around 6 months maybe more. So I spend close to $1000 not including the uniforms. We attended all the practices twice a week. If my son wasn’t good enough for tournaments I wish I would’ve been informed upfront and not told to purchase a uniform less than a month within signing up. We attended a tournament and afterwards we were removed from the chat. We asked if there were any more tournaments and they said not for a few months. This didn’t bother us since my son is also in a soccer league and he had tournaments. Few months later we checked in and found out they had quiet a bit of tournaments. My son had just been forgotten. This is hard for me because my son will put in the effort as long as he knows what to improve on. I was given no feedback from the many coaches there at the practices. After they found out they forgot about my son they apologized and added us back onto the chat. Attended a tournament. The team he was on had 12 kids all are very good. I will say my son was the least skilled. They were leading all the teams by over 30+ points. They only allowed my son to play at max 5 mins. How is that developing your players? Even if they are your weakest players? After that tournament they posted another tournament and quickly removed us from the chat. This hurt my son. If at anytime I was given feedback about areas my son needed improvement on I would’ve taken my son to get supplemental practice on that area. My son is a soccer league and they tell us where he needs improvement and what he needs additional practices on. So I’ve had my son go to different conditioning camps. I guess they didn’t see potential in my son and thus they allowed him to fall through the cracks. We are now looking for another league as my son wants to continue to play the game.

DBA has helped my son become a better player ..he started the program in February and has came far from what he started at...he told me he truly has found a brother hood amongst his peers and likes each and every coach that has guided him ...I know everyone may have they own opinions but I have no complaints about coach docs program

I love this gym and it’s amazing for its equipment. My account got terminated but that’s on me no matter what . The Gym is good and awesome for any athlete . I’m sorry to anyone I trespassed against there.. I know I could be very extra ;). But I want to live an extraordinary life... But people shouldn’t have to be hurt in the process so that is what this taught me. . Nevertheless It was fun while it lasted. I’ll miss the gym. The staff where very kind and also very approachable and when I was injured with cuts they had everything to keep the mission going . Ive worked out all around the world at different gyms in Africa and in Germany . If This gym it had a pool and a hot tub would be the best thing you could pay for when it comes to the physical pillar of your life . I pray that fitness connection is successful and everyone accomplishes their fitness goal…

Wanted to see how this gym compared to planet fitness and I can genuinely say that I’m impressed. It was very clean and had a wide variety of equipment. The employees had a great attitude and answered any questions I had, Brandon especially. His attitude could shift a bad into a great one. He offered great fitness and personal advice on how I can achieve and improve my health goals. If I could give this place more stars because of him, I definitely would. Check this gym out! You won’t regret it.

I want to share a disappointing experience I had at the Fitness Connection Gym in Westover Hills, specifically with Jocelyn, who claims to be the manager. The interaction was riddled with rude and condescending behavior, and it left me questioning the gym’s commitment to customer service. The issue began with the gym’s promotion of a “free 5-day pass,” which they use to attract potential members. However, when it was time to redeem the pass to bring a guest, Jocelyn claimed it had expired a week ago. This was surprising since the coupon made no mention of any expiration date. When I pointed this out, she stood firm, offering no explanation or compromise, and instead seemed intent on proving a point. To make matters worse, my guest explained they had traveled a considerable distance to visit the gym and, since they were already there, requested to use the pass for just that day. Jocelyn still rudely refused, showing no flexibility or understanding. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and condescending, with zero effort to provide a reasonable solution. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. As a business, Fitness Connection should prioritize treating customers with respect and fostering a welcoming environment. Jocelyn’s behavior was the opposite, unprofessional and unnecessarily combative. If this is how the gym handles potential customers, I can’t imagine the experience for long-term members. I strongly urge Fitness Connection to reevaluate how they train staff, particularly those in managerial roles, to ensure they reflect the values of good customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a positive gym experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience thanks to Brandon and Sergio! They were both incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to show me around the gym. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel confident that this was the right gym for me. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and informed. Highly recommend!

Grrrrrreat gym! I used to go to a gym 4 minutes away from my home, this one its 14 minutes away and even like that I decided to change, so I think its says something; about the environment, the equipments, the staff Ashley on the reception, Jake the guy with piercings, Brandon with his hype always, for real, very friendly and great place to come and train, you can even train at the peak hours 5-6 pm and its never crowded to the point you can use the equipments, cheap as hell compared to the 45 a month I was paying, all good in here, try it out 👍🏼

If you were thinking about signing up to this overpriced gym thinking it will offer something exclusive and be “worth it” think again. I’ve been a member since 2014 and the way they treat members has just continued to go downhill. Especially after COVID changing their hours from 24//7 which it used to be, to treating guest with attitude and showing no consideration for its members. Firstly they have group training all throughout the day and week and take up most of the squat racks you thought you were signing up to take as Amat and not have to wait for like every other gym. They blast loud music on a Portable speaker and now today say they’re closing the sauna early but didn’t send out an email or any kind of notice that it would be closing early, for someone who liked to have a set schedule and routine why am I paying such a high dollar amount if you guys aren’t going to be accommodating in these situations and leave the sauna on for 30 more minutes before you close? All I was told was a very insincere “sorry”. There are some great staff here however there are days such as today where it’s a complete 180 usually amongst the younger staff. Terrible service from used to be a premium gym and experience.

Great gym. Very very busy and a little crowded. The machines are somewhat dated for a luxury gym but the staff is amazing and have had no bad experiences as far as gym culture. Showers/locker rooms/pickleball/recovery equipment/pool/sauna/classes really make this gym worth it so only sign up if you see yourself using those. The actual workout equipment is mediocre at best.

I just looked through negative reviews about cleanliness and staff, and I have to say that I completely disagree with these. I was looking for a change in my lifestyle and wanted to go to a gym that made me feel good to be there and this place delivers. I've been going since early this year and have been satisfied with everything I've used aside from a couple of hiccups with childcare. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I'm greeted with a smile every day by anyone I pass by. They have such an awesome variety of machines, classes, and workout equipment for any level of exercise. It does get crowded sometimes, but it's never caused me an issue. I'm constantly seeing people walking around keeping things clean, which is great to see. I also want to give a HUGE shout out to my trainer, Alan, who has been the source of my motivation for months. He's super friendly, extremely helpful, very flexible, and does an amazing job with not scaring you off with too much at once. I wouldn't still be coming if I hadn't met him, so THANK YOU. If you are looking for a trainer, I'd suggest Alan or Emma, who I've also worked with and is awesome! I won't be changing gyms any time soon, so thank you Lifetime!

The customer service is on point. Recently, the manager and two other staff members helped me with a very confusing issue with my membership (not their fault, but mine) over the course of several days. Helping me work that out deserves five stars alone. I have encountered some prickly staff members in other areas of the gym, but overall, the experience my family and I have had since we joined has been incredible for our overall wellbeing and our relationships with each other.

I've been to a few Life Time gyms lately and this one is definitely towards the top of the list. Clean, have a lot activities for families and kids, the pickelball court is great and indoor/outdoor pool is nice as well.
