I joined as a member as soon as they announced their opening date and have loved it since the beginning. I love being able to workout in your own separate spaces and how much the sauna pushes me. The staff is also very supportive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions.

I love this studio! As a recent college graduate, it’s affordable and effective. I can come in after work, do a 15 minute session, and burn more calories in less time. I will always be a HOTWORX member. This studio is beyond clean and the staff is so kind.

I’ve been going to HOTWORX since February & I recommend it to everyone I know. I have tried a lot of different types of workouts & this one is by far my favorite. My favorites are Yoga & ISO, but honestly it’s all good. I have lost 40 lbs since going & pushing toward my goal with the help of Tonya, HOTWORX & the amazing people who push me daily. Check out Beyond Athletics ! 24 hr open gym access but Group coaching ! Same as personal training but way cheaper. Have someone else do the work of planning and just make a goal of showing up. You do not need to be in shape before you come. There goal is not to kill you but meet you where you are no matter your age or physical need!

I found this hidden gem on ClassPass and was shocked to learn how close it was to me. It is a little hard to find but if you see the organic coffee shop from Mason, it is right next door. Absolutely LOVED the class. Felt like a personal training workout but the focus wasn’t solely on me as there was one other person in the class. The time Flies by and I could not believe how sore I was the next day 😳 Two brothers own this gym and one is a Veteran, so I am always looking to support veteran owned businesses. If you are looking for a gym where you don’t have to wait for a machine and don’t have the same, boring workouts every day, Beyond Athletics is the gym for you. I plan on being “summer ready” very soon 🤩

My favorite place, a lot of machines that I can use for all my body, very clean and safety place. Also not busy which is good so you can use your favorite machines. I like it. Really good price and he always open to help you with anything.

This gym is great! Way more privacy which I love, and you dont have to deal with an insane amount of people all around you. Gym is always clean and organized and the set up is great. Brandon, the owner, is great. He's always making improvements to the gym and he's also a great trainer. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

I’ve been a member here for two years. Over the last six months it has gone completely downhill. Management has changed and not for the better. There’s always something. Trainers not showing up for group classes. Group HIIT classes have pretty much disappeared. The cleanliness should honestly be inspected by the health department. This is the most unsanitary gym I’ve been a member of. This morning, I show up to lift after 6am on a Monday. No one is here. No sign on the door. No notification on email or social media that they’ll be closed. The number listed on Google does not work so you can’t call. This is just poor business operation and customer service. Staff is friendly. That might be their most redeeming quality, but I’ll be cancelling soon if corporate doesn’t step in and make some changes.

Do not come here!!! I would give it a 0 star if possible!! Been coming here for almost two years and it was great at first but now it’s getting worse by the day. Today was my last straw. All of the bathrooms do not work! And all the water fountains do not work either! It’s been like this for weeks!!! First time ever complaining to the front desk and that person said it’s a plumbing issue and will be like this for the next two weeks if they’re lucky… What if I had to use the restroom? Or take a sip of water? On top of that, I left my shaker at home so it’s incredibly hard to workout without drinking liquids in between my sets. I even asked the front desk surely they’ll reimburse me for any water bottles I grab from their fridge and they said no! Frankly, I’m embarrassed for the whole facility. Whoever owns this franchise at this location should be ashamed. I’m going to cancel my membership ASAP and go to EOS - which is a way nicer gym and is the same price!!! Take a look at the pics below and decide for yourself if this is the type of environment you want to workout at. I know this was an incredibly long rant but I just couldn’t take it anymore. What i don’t understand is why have that your open at 5am and it is now 7am no one is at the gym to open it. I have only been a member for about a month & this is my first time having this problem. This is very much an inconvenience for me considering the fact i can only really work out before my shift in the morning. So after today, i will be cancelling my membership cause this is extremely inexcusable. I have seen one person say they been sitting outside since 6am this is crazy. Management needs to do better before everybody cancels their memberships. Update: i came back at 8:30 they are still close!!!

Initially the facility was great, but now it's just a severely over crowded space with about half the equipment working. It takes forever for machines to be fixed. About half of the treadmills don't work correctly. They'll turn on and you can't increase the speed. I noticed since what seems like the manager(light skinned lady, short curly hair, tattoos) left, the whole place sucks. My workout times have doubled from the equipment and crowding.

UPDATE August 2024: I have been going to this Crunch gym since it opened. Initially it was a great gym. The management was responsive and proactive, staff friendly and enthusiastic. Equipment was good. Fast forward to August 2024. The gym is no longer fit for purpose. Bathroom facilities have been out of order for over two months. Imagine needing to go to the bathroom mid workout and there being nowhere to go? They have mobile toilets outside the gym....but imagine the conditions in the heat in the sun! Machines have missing clips and people leave weights all over the gym floor. The only time.the gym is useable is between 10am and 12pm. After this time it's filled with teenagers taking selfies, crowding equipment for ages on their mobiles, wandering aimlessly in front of and between machines and the inappropriate gym attire boggles the mind. You do get what you pay for I guess. _______________________________________ Crunch has really good equipment. A good free weights area. Many machines (the good kind) as well as a few power lifting platforms. Large changing area with lockers and showers. Did I mention the price? Totally affordable. Sign up you won't regret it.

Came here for a quick workout and man, I wish I had more time to workout here. They had a great array of machines. Gym was laid out incredibly well with equipment that you typically don't see at any times. Which is a great thing. My only need, only one bike and it was recumbent and constantly had folks on it. Get rid of a elliptical machine for just one more bike. Gym was clean. Organized. Everything I used seemed to be in great condition. Honestly, wish my anytime had a lot of this equipment. Alas, they don't. If I'm in Katy again, I'll workout here for sure!

I travel full time for work and I’ve been to a lot of different locations. This is by far the coolest and cleanest location I’ve ever been to! The floor plan and dedicated cardio areas are awesome and I way prefer it over the open floor plan they usually have. The equipment is well maintained and they have every machine you could want. The bathrooms are big and there are a lot of accommodations when it comes to towels and drinks. I’m super jealous of Katy locals that get to come here everyday. You can tell the owner for this anytime fitness really cares!

I really like this place. It's a friendly and safe environment- quite literally too, there are plenty of safety features in place. The equipment has a large variety for all your needs. I personally stick to cardio and the machines are very great. They're modern and in great condition. I've never seen any cleanliness issues. They have a bathroom and 2 showers which are always in great condition. They also have plenty of towels and paper dispensers with cleaning spray available to allow you to disinfect a device before hand and clean up afterwards. 10/10

Do your due diligence and research, but this place is safe and a good optionfor daycare. I don’t use the gym (I prefer to run), but I can drop my 8 and 10 YO off and go for a jog from the parking lot and come back and know they’re safe and have had a good time. The teachers and attendants always have activities and the space is really big and the kids can make friends while I workout.

While my initial visit presented some challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to share a balanced perspective on Villa Sport's facilities and customer service: everyone was really nice, but they didn’t seem to know the policies, which is OK, but having a placard ready would be good for all. The payment process didn’t go smoothly because I was worried about what I was paying for and the staff noticed and gave me a day pass. When I went back the next day, a different front-desk admin helped me. Definitely love this place, but I feel bad for the staff who aren’t trained.

Reasonable pricing and staff is staff. Folks need to remember that it’s a gym and turnover is high and you come to workout and relax—not get hassled. I really like coming here because it’s in-out-on-with-life. If you want one-on-one attention they have personal trainers and they’re affordable and good. This place is great IMHO

It seems there are many management issues here. The swimming pool has a lot of bugs and dirt. On Saturday evening, a staff member told me the pool closes at 8:00 PM, but on Sunday, someone else said it closes at 7:30 PM, which is different from the posted times. When I went to the shower area, I found that there were no towels at all in the designated spots. More than half of the shower controls are broken, providing either scalding hot water or cold water, with no way to adjust to a suitable temperature. The dryers are also not working. I have reported these issues to the staff before, but there has been no improvement. It's a shame that such a great location and environment are managed so poorly.

If you plan to purchase membership here, and plan to cancel it some point, they make it incredibly hard for you to cancel it or even add another person to the membership. To cancel a membership, you have to fill out a form and legitimately mail it to them and wait for 30 days for the cancellation. To add someone to the membership, they won’t help you out either. You have to log in online and add someone by yourself. Basically once they get you in the system, you’re on your own to do anything. I have never been to a gym that provides such horrible and unethical customer service. LA, 24h, lifetime, Houstonian are all better. And check your bill statements, because they do raise price periodically on existing customers.

I moved over an hour away, as well as had surgery, and they refused to cancel my membership. There are not many Anytime Fitness locations even in my new area. I was told I need to cancel in person and make the long distance trip. Not even an option to cancel via MAIL or anything was presented to me. Precious time has been wasted, and my membership is still ongoing. It’s all part of the plan. They have limited staffed hours with staff present at their location to cancel the membership. How does this work for people that have jobs throughout the week? Terrible. I have given this company hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the last few years and I can’t even get help with my membership being canceled.

Been going to AF on and off for a while now and all of his locations are always well taken care of! The equipment is always clean and staff really care about the members here. Will always be a fan of AF!

Super clean establishment. Love the privacy aspect as it’s a much more intimate space than your usual fitness center. They no longer accept class pass, but they do offer a free day trial to try out their facilities.

I’ve been to a few different AF locations in the last years due to a couple of relocations and this one in Katy is by far my favorite. It’s super clean, the equipment is maintained well and the staff is nice and friendly. Everybody is busy working out and even when more people are present it’s never overcrowded despite being on the smaller side. The trainers are wonderful, they work hard and truly care. I can’t say enough good things about this gym!

I've been to about 50 anytime fitness locations as I've traveled across the country and this one is definitely top 5. Extremely clean and organized, they clearly care about the equipment and their members and guests. Not the biggest location, but has everything I've ever used and nothing is falling apart or clunky. The shower rooms (1 each for men/women) are clean and stocked with anything you could need. I'm just passing through, but 10/10 would recommend and will be back if I'm around the area

Outdoor pool is my favorite! they have underwater robot cleaner that cleans the bottom and I often see their staff cleaning the fallen leaves which I love about autumn, but not in the water. Equipments are new and up to date. Towels are sometimes folded into elephants and pup, little touch like that often makes my day. However, yoga rooms can use some air circulation before and after the previous class. Anytime I step in the women’s shower and locker room is always organized & clean, the cleaning lady is awesome! Probably the reason why I enjoy this location than Sugar land, never too overly crowded. InBody machine has a printer so you can be old fashioned and keep a paper copy to compare your rates! Oh and did I mention, their açaí bowl, is amazing! Perfect snack or a meal after training.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of security at this gym. It doesn’t matter the time of day—cars are constantly getting broken into, and clearly, nothing is being done about it. This is now the second time in just six months that my truck has been broken into while parked here. It’s clear that the management does not take the safety and security of its members seriously. If they cared, there would be proper surveillance, security patrols, or at the very least some visible deterrents to prevent this from happening over and over again. Instead, we’re left vulnerable every time we show up. I’m officially done with this place. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business somewhere that actually prioritizes the safety of its members. If you value your property or your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid this gym at all costs.

25 years ago I was a member, and the club is still just as nice! It's a country club atmosphere, with a great gym. The lockers are nice, big changing rooms, towels, etc... they have a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The weight rooms have everything, with enough for groups. There are lots of classes available as well. You could spend a while day there.

I went in today and although there was some minor issues with setting up my membership, Jordan, Maria & Carmen helped me through the whole process and made it easy and painless. They all have excellent customer service and are very friendly! I recommend this location to anybody needing a new gym or place to workout at.

I got to come here for the first time as my friend invited me here for pickle ball! I’ve never played pickle ball neither but I had a really fun and nice time there! The facility is nice and big and have many awesome amenities like swimming pools, gyms, work out/stretching space, rock climbing, basketball and pickle ball space! So much varieties and probably I didn’t mention everything anyways 😅 There’s a nice little cafe in the facility so you can grab something if you are hungry! I’d love to visit again! Come for those who are able 😆 Cheers 🥂

My favorite neighborhood gym (gem) that is open 24/7- they have all the equipment I need for a fantastic workout! Owners, trainers and other members are super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a clean, close and inviting place to workout- give CincoFit a try!

Very well maintained gym everything is clean and pristine even the water fountain has amazing pressure possibly best water fountain I’ve ever used. Is also open 24 hours with key card access and has all the equipment to get a full body workout. Great place.

Like that or is not a mega gym where people are filming themselves and equipment is not available. The hours make it easy to find a time to go.
