My kiddos had fun but my littlest one already runs hot, so 78 degrees for a play space is not ideal as me and my little one felt too hot. Seems like a cool/ fun place for the open play, but I'd probably send someone else to take the kids as the temperature was just unpleasant for me.

This place is amazing! We hosted our 3yr old’s birthday here and it was the best possible experience, far exceeding our hopes. We went to check them out a few weeks ago to understand the spot, and really liked the team and the space (it’s massive). #protip prebook only for their activities because it was sold out when we showed up so we’re grateful to have done so. Party was excellent, they have a fridge and freezer. The eating and lobby space is huge and they encouraged us to decorate. Our party had 3 coaches and so kids were engaged if they needs it. The lobby also had Lego and quiet space for those that needed a break. The rooms had various awesome activities and with 12 total kiddos it was wonderful. Coaches helped with anything we asked. I cannot thank the team enough for making a special day extra special with their attention to detail and care in execution.

Pretty cool place! Went to a birthday party here, and they were all about making sure the kids had fun with playing. The premise is based on a parkour-style indoor playground or gym. For the party, the kids were pretty much given free-rein of the gym. I could definitely see how some kids could be easily hurt if they weren’t playing attention to their surroundings. But my daughter had a lot of fun. They tried to play hide-n-seek as a group, but that quickly fizzled out to kids just running amuck. The facility is in a neat downtown brick building and parking was relatively easy, with a designated lot.

This place rocks! We recently signed our daughter up for a half-day parkour competition. She was not part of their classes or leagues but she was welcomed like she was family. The coaches were phenomenal. They are encouraging, passionate, and dedicated to ensuring a fun and successful experience for kids. We will be back!

Loved having our kiddo’s birthday here! The staff was engaged and directed the whole thing. A thrill for the kids and relaxing for the parents as they gently guided the entire event. FYI it can get toasty inside during the Tucson summer, but we were content in the lobby and the time flies!

Lets Sweat is the BEST! Most efficient and effective all around workout in 1 hour. 30min spin and 30min strength is my favorite. Every class allows me to challenge myself based on how I feel that day. The community is so warm full of energy. Each teacher brings their own personality to the class and I love them all.

I have loved Let's Sweat for all of college! It has always been such a warm and welcoming community. Let's Sweat also provided me with a way to stay active throughout my busy years at UofA. I would recommend everyone try a few classes here, truly my favorite Spin Studio I've ever been to!

Let’s Sweat is a great place to workout. Everybody who works there is really nice and welcoming. All of the instructors are well trained and will motivate you to do your best. Their Spin and Strength class is as good of a workout you can get. I was doing CrossFit before becoming a member at Let’s Sweat two years ago and I have no plans to return.

Such a fun place to workout! The staff and instructors are all so welcoming and create a friendly environment. Classes are challenging, but the instructors always motivate you at the moments you feel like giving up. Always leave feeling like I got a great sweat session and wanting to come back again!

Very clean gym with a great friendly staff. The gym can be very busy, but it's so big and well equipped I've never had a problem finding a space or equipment I wanted to use. I take advantage of the free senior classes. Cristine is the facilitator and does a wonderful job. She pushes us (in a good way) to be our best fit self. She plans classes that works on cardio, muscle and balance.

One of my favorites gym in Tucson. It’s been busier than usual if you want a good workout you have to be there at opening otherwise it’s packed. There’s no GHD machine and the college kids like to hang out. For these reasons alone I’m considering looking into another gym. But I will always love VASA.

Very amazing gym. The staff are always friendly and out going. Trainers are always available to help. Have had issues before and front desk was quick to fix or provide numbers to call, or the General manager was very friendly and quick to call and fix issues if needed. The revive section is always filled and easy to find the drinks or snacks you need. Gym is clean if things break maintenance tech is always quick at fixing the problem. Just wish they’d open a new gym in Vail, Az for all us that make the drive our towns growing please consider a new gym out there would help in crowd this gym in the afternoons. Would highly recommend this gym.

Love this gym, probably the best for the price in Tucson. But this little machine and anyone who is shorter than 5’4” might as well have zero ribs… I’ve been to plenty of gyms and never had a problem with the shortest setting… here, I leave with bruises on my stomach every time. If it’s one thing they could invest in was this hyperextension machine

Warning: Deceptive Practices at Orange Theory on Grant I’m sharing my experience to warn others about the shady practices at the Orange Theory location on Grant. On December 29, 2024, I signed up for a free trial class scheduled for the next day, December 30, with hopes of starting a new fitness routine for the new year. After registering, I was prompted to enter my billing information, which seemed reasonable at the time as there was no mention of any penalties for not signing up after the free trial. However, the day of my scheduled class, I began reading the Google reviews about this location, several negative reviews stood out — mentioning poor management, unauthorized charges after cancellations, and unresponsiveness to complaints — based on the reviews, I decided to skip the class and not attend. I thought my decision would be respected. Since then, I’ve received relentless phone calls and voicemails almost daily, asking me to reschedule. I didn’t respond, assuming they would understand I was no longer interested. To my surprise, today I found a charge of $12.31 from this location on my bank statement. This charge makes no sense, as the class was advertised as free, and there were no disclaimers about cancellation fees or charges for missed free trial classes, and I have never even stepped foot in the building! Despite the numerous messages left for me, none of them mentioned any charges for missing the class. This feels like a scam — deceptive and unjustified. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and it’s worth noting that Orange Theory on Grant currently has an F rating with the BBB. This location is giving a bad reputation to the entire Orange Theory brand. I’m requesting a full refund of the $12.31 charge and the immediate removal of my billing information from their system. I also expect a clear explanation for this charge, as there were no disclosures about fees tied to the free trial class. I hope that by sharing this review, I can help others avoid dealing with this business and the headache.

Is management aware of the legal call hours? Their telemarketer called me today, Monday, at 7:24 a.m., which is illegal. They also called shortly after 8 a.m. and on both Saturday & Sunday. This needs to be addressed. Update: I received a call back from the manager, as requested. Instead of offering an apology for poor management, she attempted to shift the blame onto a new employee, as if that person hadn’t been hired and trained by management. When I brought up the early morning calls on the weekend, she insisted that they were compliant with the 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. rule, which is ridiculous. The management is not only ineffective but also rude.

This branch has some issues compared to others. 1) no one picks up the phone 2) after transferring here from a different studio I provided credit card info and they couldn’t figure out how permit me to book classes online via the app. 3) buy your packages elsewhere because they were charging more than my home studio. 4) coming to OTF for 5 years and this was the first and only studio to not let someone in at 6 minutes late. ‘Safety’ reasons. Management would not refund the session. Was not helpful in providing additional contacts within OTF corporate. Simply told to look it up online. Inconsistently applying policy is not okay. 5) They are lucky to have David. He is a great coach.

I do not recommend orange theory. It is a corporate business run by people who are crooks. I absolutely loved workouts and it was very hard to leave because of the quality. However these people will steal your money. I canceled my membership and they build me for 6 months after I had canceled. They then refuse to give back the entire 6 months only returned three of them I finally went to my credit card company and got those additional 3 months back. These people still email and call me personally on a regular basis trying to get membership back. Stay away is my advice!

Overall please with my experience. My children have Kennedy middle school aftercare program and seem to like it. My only complaint is the gym hours could be extended. The Jacuzzi needs a good sanitation and needs to be a lot hotter. The sauna should be much more hot in temperature. The steam room needs to be sanitized and rules need to be enforced. People need to shower and not wear stinky gym clothes into the steam room And believe that for the cost of the membership these changes should be easy to fix.

Scheduled an appointment with the ECE to enroll my daughter. We showed up, granted a couple minutes late because the parking lot is confusing, and no one knew we were coming. It almost seemed as if I was bothering them with showing up- the two ladies in the office weren’t warm by any means, there was no greeting, no getting to know us, no welcoming, just “someone will be by.” Took the tour. It was incredibly rushed because there was a meeting at 9:45 that our guide had to attend (our appointment was for 9 am). She often times came off as impatient as I worked to navigate my 3yo around a new environment. I made it a point to ask about spot availability and made it clear that I needed to have my daughter enrolled in a program in two weeks. She assured me that they had several open spots. At the end of the tour, an application was basically tossed my way as she rushed off to her meeting and we were left in the lobby. Several staff members passed us by while we sat there and there was no hi, hello, welcome. I tried to turn in the application the following Monday (tour was Thursday). I Didn’t really know where to go or who to drop it off to- no guidance was provided when I was tossed the application, so I went into the JCC. The guy at the counter was confused… had never seen the application before. Called the ECE and I was told to schedule an appointment for a tour. I had already mentioned that we had already done the tour and I just needed to turn the application in. He didn’t know what to do with it, so again called back and one of the unfriendly ladies from the office on our tour day came and grabbed it. Again… not welcoming or friendly. But hey, I liked the facility and program… so maybe she was having an off day…again. I asked when I could expect to hear anything and she said “maybe Friday.” I called in Wednesday to follow up on the application and to make sure that there was still an opening for my daughter. I was told that it would be looked at Friday and that they didn’t know if there was availability. I explained that during the tour I was told that there were spots open, and I again stressed that I needed my daughter to start 1st week In September. Again, told I would get a call Friday. Friday at 1630 (today) I call for an update. Left a message and received a call back shortly after. There was a part time spot, M-W but no full time option available. This is not what I was told when I toured, and I was pretty upset that this wasn’t communicated sooner. There needs to be good communication- when it comes to children especially. The fact that NO ONE knew what was going on- from the tour guide who assured me there was FT spots available and I would be able to start my daughter when needed, the 1st week In September, to the unwelcoming office staff, to the JCC front desk, through no fault of his own, was completely clueless as far as the ECE, to the way applications were evaluated once a week on Fridays, to the program director who was unapologetic to the fact that her staff told me there were FT spots open while she communicated only PT spots were available. AND it took a week to tell me that they didn’t have the availability I needed. You can’t run a good organization on broken communication. Processes need to be streamlined, and the staff could benefit from being more outgoing and warm.

It is a wonderful place. My only issue is that fitness class providers are way too forceful. Some attendees are very fit, I am fit as well but I got hurt in every class I went, they start hard and no stretching, some of them actually go pretty crazy with the speed. I resorted to go to acqua fit, but the lady that was on Tuesday was the very same one that does another class where I got injured. Although many were happy with the acqua fit class, most did not follow, her routine was not apt for the pool. The other two acqua instructors on Sunday and Thursday do get it right. Too bad I will have to skip Tuesdays from now on

Unsanitary facility. My child was eating small crumbs off the ground as he was a week prior when i abruptly stopped by to pick him up early. For them to allow toddlers to eat left over food particles off the ground in the first place raises red flags! Your child can be eating anything whether edible or not and they could care less ! I love this gym and the people who come to exercise. More importantly the staff is fabulous and fun. My personal trainer, Travis, is awesome and the very best personal trainer (very skilled and knowledgeable not to mention he has a wicked sense of humor since it’s Halloween soon). I’ve been coming here for several years and think they should rethink a few things. Find a club manager who is as helpful and friendly as Eric. Recently when the sauna shut off for the umpteenth time and I had to go out to the front desk wrapped in a towel the manager came back and fixed it. It’s a simple fix. However when I asked her to show me how to do it so we’d both be saved the inconvenience, she refused, If there’s ever a problem, like excessive chlorine in the pool, “corporate “ is blamed. She gives you their email and no one ever responds. It’s a lovely facility kept fairly clean and I purposely go when it’s not crowded. Yesterday as I was taking a shower, a woman in another stall began talking loudly and crazily about “killing the police and all the spies who were watching “ her shower and “stabbing them till they die.” We were the only people in the women’s room. She was completely raving. I left immediately and went to the front desk. They knew exactly who I meant and seemed to think this was nothing out of the ordinary. Really??

I am not one who writes many reviews; however, I feel this one is important to share. I created and have been running Tucson Business Networking for nearly eight years. With each event, there’s lots of planning. Stacy Pinkus stands out as one of the best event coordinators I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Stacy responds quickly, she is organized, on top of everything and at the end of the day, I know I can count on her to make events perfect…you can, too. Thank you, Stacy, for your work and always doing amazing work!
