I love that it’s 24 hours. The price is amazing. The equipment and facilities are clean and readily available. It’s overall a great value and a near perfect environment for getting in shape.

The staff works really hard to keep this gym clean. Perhaps too hard lol. Suggest planet fitness to any gym seeker. This might be the best one in the area after they finally updated most of their equipment.

The staff here sucks don't greet or even acknowledge you they will keep talking amongst themselves. Bathroom tissue is out and paper towels if you tell them they are empty they say oh OK then don't move.

Why post holiday hours and not honor them? Not even an email but will send spam and surveys? You posted about the water being off 3 days ago but still had the gym open so what’s the difference?

Had a very first workout here at this Gold's Gym location next to the Walmart. The manager Natalie was very informative and professional. She answered all my questions. The gym facility was very well kept up and clean. The men's bathroom was also very clean. I will definitely be coming back to sign up for a membership with my wife.

Plenty of equipment. Lots of weights and tons of people not re racking their weights, ESPECIALLY the same people over and over again. What happens when someone wants to use a machine and its loaded with 45s?? RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS OR STAY HOME!

Its improving so much throughout this year 2020! I've been getting stronger despite the pandemic. The only flaw is I wish members would stop using their phones while sitting on equipment! But overall 2 stars added back for improvement! But reopening the sauna and pool would be lovely... For all you mask supporters and lovers you will barely see people wearing masks, so no childlike complaints allowed either! Update as of July 2024: They opened up the sauna. Superb!!!!! A+++++++++

I just love how the people there are like family. I talk to Natalie (GM) as if I've known her for years and Darren ( personal trainer) takes care of my husband who is a stroke victim and going through recovery. They are encouraging, personal, and accommodating. I'm so happy my husband met Natalie and wanted to go to the gym. He loves it there!

My daughter had a great time working out at the open studio time. The staff was super welcoming and even messaged her later saying what a joy it was having her. It's always a bit difficult coming to a new studio while traveling, but they made it so easy. The studio is bright and stylish and super clean. We'll definitely be back next time we're in San Antonio.

Dara and Claudia, the owners, are also very friendly and truly know their craft! Everyone is welcome and it’s a safe place to learn all things circus and more! Can’t recommend it highly enough!!!

I’ve been going here for a few months now and I love it! The facility is clean and pretty and the instructors are wonderfully supportive. I started with zero experience and no upper body/core strength but the instructors adapt everything so that everyone in class is able to participate at their own level.

Was a good gym. i liked the setup. OK, staff, nothing special and ok cleanliness, but I did like the gym. Until my car got broken into outside in the parking lot after my gym sesh. Not necessarily the gyms fault, but when I asked to get footage from staff, they weren't very helpful and couldn't provide me footage. Won't be coming back to this gym :/

Walked in at 5am, multiple cardio machines have dried up sweat on them. Every single machine in also rusted and I just noticed that as I cleaned the machine. Now I understand at the end of the day they would be like that, but 5:15 am? Hmmm So then I take it upon myself clean it (gross) only to find that ALL of the sanitizer dispensers upstairs are completely empty.

I used to love this barre company to relax and unwind, but unfortunately management changed with the new person named Morgan. Everything was awesome with the prior manager named ,Natalie. she was understanding and helpful when I had questions or concerns. To me a manager helps you strategize and collaborate, but this manager just refers to policy. The owner just replied to my review and is quick to reiterate what the manager just informed me. Again the owner is no where to be found ever and was not even there when the situation occurred so I’m like confused as to her reply to my review, acting like she was there. Also she did not even give me a chance to explain the situation which entailed Morgan the manager rolling her eyes and being very unprofessional with her tone in communicating with a customer. ITS THE COMMUNICATION AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT IS THE ISSUE. It seems like the owner is unaware and never available to see what the studio needs improvement in which is management.

SSgt Lopez was an amazing recruiter. He helped me get the two waivers that I needed to join, he was upfront & honest with me, & his response time was always quick. I've recommended some of my family members to go talk to him about joining, & I recommend that if you're on the fence about joining, you should go see him as well. The Air Force offers a lot of great opportunities & I don't think that you will regret your decision to join!

TSgt Lueck was my recruiter and the experience was beyond amazing because of her. She really made me feel comfortable through the entire process even though for some it may be scary. She really has the best interest in her recruits and always tries her best in any need that I had. If it wasn’t for her I may not have been so motivated through the process. She was a game changer and one of the best in her fields. I can’t thank her enough

I had never stepped foot inside an Orange Theory until April 2024 and from the minute I walked in the door of the Sonterra location I felt apart of the family. Everyone there, both employees and members, are friendly, encouraging and create an atmosphere where everyone is welcome and pushed to do whatever their personal limits are. I can’t say enough about this location and look forward to being a member for a long time to come.

I have been a member of Orangetheory for approximately a year and a half, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly staff, and enthusiastic and motivating coaches. The members are encouraging and hearing their OTF results and journeys has been inspiring as well. The multiple challenges throughout the year are physically demanding but fun and rewarding. I have not only noticed increased muscle tone and strength but also increased energy levels. The workouts consistently challenge me, and I have been pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of achieving. In short, OTF has been life changing!

This place needs a lot of work! 1.) SOA allowed a 14U team to play in the 12U beginners league. The kids were huge and beat several teams by 40+. The team finally got moved after teams questioned SOA and the age group. 2.). Game times/schedules change constantly! The schedule will change the day before your game. So you always have to check. They have an app, but it doesn’t work so you have to go to the website each week to find out your game time. 3.) The refs are very inconsistent. 4.) Your team has to supply a scoreboard operator or a stats person per game. In addition you have to correct your teams roster at each game. 5.) The seating is extremely tight, especially when you have a game finishing up and the other two teams are coming in. It causes people to walk on the court during the game. 6.) The fact that you have to pay an additional $5 per person to come and watch your child play, after paying the registration fee. The good news is that they tell you that on their website, but why charge? 7.) Also, they guarantee you 7 games, but this year we noticed some of our opponents played at least 10 games while others only got 7 before the tournament weekend. Why is it so lopsided? Hopefully they can figure all this out, but our team has played with SOA for 3 seasons, and this season has been the worse. Luckily we are done playing with SOA. Hopefully they can figure out all the kinks and make it better, but just wanted to give anyone who’s thinking about joining SOA a heads up.

I initially gave them one star review on 4/23/23 and stated the following: Very poor officiating/reffing. So far the 3 games we have played have been really inconsistent. I don’t care if we lose the game or win as long as we are playing BASKETBALL. Last season a team got out of hand and a large fight broke out because they don’t call fouls. Is this street Ball? I will say only two individuals at SOA seem to care. Danielle and the other women there helping. I can’t wait for the season to be over. Not coming back to this league. We play tournaments and never have issues. Losing is not the issue cause we get beat in those tournaments. (LOL) Its the inconsistency of refs and the league. What is a foul one game is not the next. And the ridiculous HS division rules! Wow, running clock in OT. (Only two minutes) and the refs holds the ball for 20 seconds and lets the shooters take 15 seconds. Get it together! Not calling 3 seconds, carries, travels, over the back, and 10 seconds consistently. They also don’t call an offensive foul when the player uses his off arm to create space or hold defenders. I don’t think they know what a blocking foul is. This is supposed to be a league where the kids learn correctly but that is not the case. But today’s game(4-28-23) was called very different. Very consistent on both ends. So I changed my one star review to 3 stars. The same lady (not Danielle) even came up to me after the game and asked if I thought the refs did better. And honestly, they did great today. Only reason its 3 stars is because we have had issues in the past and this is only one game that they were awesome. But if they spoke to the refs, and are asking for my opinion (a coach) then it makes me think that these two ladies running the show actually care.

This Babcock location is great! It's always super clean, employees are all nice & helpful. It gets a bit busy in the evenings, when people get out of work of course, but there's always enough equipment to get a workout. The hours they're open are perfect, if you wanna go in super early or late, they're open! So if you wanna avoid people, you can. Not many people use the pool so if you like to swim laps it's perfect. The water aerobics class looks pretty good too. The locker rooms & showers are very nice as well, big & clean. The sauna isn't huge, but it's never too full, so you can always use it. They have an entire room with over 40 bikes for spin classes or personal use when there are no classes. The GM Tito is super nice & went the extra mile to accommodate my family that's visiting so we can all work out together. I 100% recommend LA fitness, especially this location! They even have a shop with healthy snacks & smoothies. It might be a little more $ than other gyms, but it's honestly worth it, just do it!

This gym likes to make you sweat. They keep the air alway hot. Even in the winter. If you need detox, then come here to lose water. I’ve asked them multiple times to lower the temp by 2 degrees and they lie about corporate controlling the air every time. Other La Fitness gyms in the area are always cold. When they fix the air, I will fix this review. Update: they’ve turned up the humidity and now the whole gym is a sauna.

The management and staff of this LA Fitness location are incompetent, or dishonest. Neither of which should be qualities of people running a business. I joined this gym to swim… and the pool has been broken for the last 3 weeks. No big deal.. it happens. But when the front desk staff (at the direction of management, I’m sure) continues to tell me it will be fixed “the next day”, “by end of the week”, and then finally “it’s fixed!”.. it gets increasingly frustrating as a customer. Because none of those statements were true. It takes some prep to get all your swim stuff ready and over to the gym. Swimming is what keeps my body (and mind) going. When the front desk staff told me the pool was finally fixed, I got my stuff together and over to the gym this morning.. to find the pool still broken. I’m beyond disgusted with the management of this gym.

I'm getting myself to go 3 times a week, some on the equipment and some in the pool. There's been a few days the pool was a little cool for this old lady, but all over, everything is great! I've put on some pounds and got flabby under my arms, but I don't feel uncomfortable at all. I appreciate that because in my past, it would have bothered me. I say thanks to all the employees for keeping it clean and comfortable! I just wish the pool would get fixed!
