They pretend to be supportive of people who want to use the pool for aqua exercise instead of lap swimming (which is why I joined there), but then kicked me out of the lane I was using, which was supposed to be set aside for aqua exercise for that time period, just because some spoiled, narcissistic lap swimmer didn't want to wait for a lane to open or to share a lane with another lap swimmer. I was using that lane! Someone else was in the other lane, water walking. Those two lanes were supposed to be for non-lap swimming aqua exercise, most of which is done by seniors or people with disabilities. I am both of those. I was treated like I was less important than the lap swimmer though I pay the same amount in membership dues/fees. This is discrimination and hypocrisy. It is also NOT reflective of the Christian values they claim to be all about. Either enforce the aqua exercise time/lanes you advertise on the website, or be honest about your discrimination of the seniors/disabled people who can't lap swim but still want to use the pool for exercise. There would probably be more of us if we were treated fairly.

I love this place I have been coming to the gym for a little over 9 months and I absolutely love this place! It is always clean and I am picky and they definitely meet my standards lol. I love the pool area and the life guards are great. Im addicted to the pool exercises and go daily. It has changed my life overall. If you been thinking of starting to get healthier this is the place to start! The people are friendly and welcoming and it’s an overall great vibe 💜

Whoever redesigned the weight room needs a mental health day. So much unused space, but then a bunch of equipment and the tiny stretching space are jammed into a tiny corner. Do better, make a safe place for people to exercise.

Love this gym but it gets a little loud. On Thursdays there is a group of women who shout A LOT. The music also gets obnoxious, but wearing headphones is a good fix. They recently also got nice new equipment, the gym also is never to busy. This is for sure a gym I would recommend

I can’t say enough great things about the Millersville/Lancaster Planet Fitness! From the moment I walk through the doors, it feels like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and the equipment is clean and well-maintained. Every time I come here, I have my best workouts—whether I’m lifting, doing cardio, or stretching in the designated areas. The vibe here makes it so easy to stay motivated and focused on my fitness goals. This location truly stands out, and I’m grateful to have such an amazing gym in my community!

Don’t create a subscription here there is no way for you to cancel your subscription only in person not only that but if you have no possible way of getting there your out of luck and in planet fitness debt they charge you over and over again and say you owe money even though you told them you couldn’t get there and also if your not even using they stuff, they have nothing there your better of going to another fitness center this is the worst place to ever go and everything is dirty and they say all that about a subscription but put they gyms in the corner of the the earth that’s untouched (Exaggeration) they don’t make none of that clear on the website not even in person not even when your paying, they don’t even say it in there policies but yet it’s a policy.

Title: “Planet Fitness’ Membership Scam - Feels Like a Mafia!” “I moved 4 hours away and wanted to cancel my Planet Fitness membership, only to be told it can only be done in person. Ridiculous! For the past 3 months, they’ve been taking my money despite knowing I can’t physically visit the gym. It feels like a total scam—how is this even legal? Their policies are outdated, customer service is unhelpful, and this whole experience feels more like dealing with a mafia than a fitness club. I’m done with Planet Fitness and moving to a gym that actually respects its members!”

This is the strangest PF I've ever been too....the architects definitely had their work cut out for them. Multi-level cavernous Halls going to the bathrooms tanning booth tucked into every closet they could make. But the place was clean including the showers with plenty of hot water....once I got to the showers! Very friendly staff. Only 1.6 miles from the convention center so it's convenient if you're work brings you downtown.

We are here for the One World festival, so I can't really comment on the regular use of this facility. It is very nice though, and has a second floor running track. It seems like a very nice place. I *can* comment on this festival, it is top notch and I hope they do ot again.

Large facilities with huge pool, indoor tracks and tennis and basketball courts. Spectators seating for the pool on 2nd floor. The usual uncomfortable aluminum bleacher on top and concrete steps seating just below.

Really nice aquatic facility. Decent amount of seating but view of the pool is pretty far away, especially at the finish end. Bathrooms and water fountains were surprisingly limited for an athletic center.

It is a beautiful facility, definitely worth the drive from Gwynedd Mercy University! My only complaint is the lack of seating for spectators. There are some small bleachers, but for those who don't make it to them first, have to go upstairs on the warm-up balcony, which limits the amount of space for runners to run do their thing... Other than that, compared to other indoor tracks, this one is well-ventilated and maintained!

Lancaster Health Services-Dr ofc is ok, Dr. Ofc staff understaffed...not too knowledgeable about everything in general, some Dr.'s either don't care or slack doing their job to best of their ability, or new Dr./Phy. Assist doesn't have the knowledge and/or experience nor the patient experience and understanding to do their job well, I've been in ofc heard a lot of murmuring, non professional attitude!! Great location, price is ok, 1st fl reception area staff r friendly, & know their routine role. Customer Service in whole bldg needs to be upgraded & she more professionalism. If staff doesn't like their job then move on. Don't make patients & atmosphere more miserable. Same scenario with lots of clients. NOT happy with my current Family Dr. situation..&^$@!

Tread House is the best! I have been going to Tread House for almost two years now and I truly call it my second home. If you know me you know I can never shut up about how much I love going. The environment and community here is so uplifting from not just the coaches, but the members as well. It does not compare to any gym I have been to previously. The coaches make the workouts fun and they are the absolute best hype men and supporters. I love that you get to control your own pace and intensity for each workout. The coach’s will always offer alternatives to suit your needs and are always there to offer any help or tips. Not to mention the fun playlists, events, and run clubs!

This week, I reached a major milestone in my personal fitness journey: my 100th class at Tread House! 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣❗️💪🏃♂️🏋♂️ This is a huge deal for someone like me who was never moved to live a "fitness lifestyle." I can honestly say this health and fitness journey that I've started in 2024 has been life-changing for me. Since January, I’ve lost over 35 pounds, dropped from a size large shirt to a size small, dropped 2 pants sizes, and have begun building lean muscle while reducing my overall body fat percentage and I'm looking more toned. I’m already in the best shape of my life—even better than I was in after U.S. Army basic training more than 20 years ago. The transformation hasn’t just been about fitness; it’s been about eating healthier, staying hydrated, cutting back on alcohol, and walking more. But I truly do owe much of my success to the steady routine I found at Tread House, where I started this past spring. After attending their "Free Week" in May and taking 6 classes in a row, I was hooked. Now, I take 6 classes a week at 6:15am, surrounded by the supportive "6:15 crew" that helps kick-start my day. Each science-based class offers a mix of cardio interval + strength training, guided by incredible and inspirational coaches (shout-out to JoEllyn, Megan, and Asher!) who push me to go further and reach my goals. With each week, my endurance improves, I run faster, and I lift heavier weights. Tread House has been ranked #1 fitness center and #1 boutique gym in Lancaster for the last several years in a row for a reason—it’s truly a game-changer. If you're looking for a life-changing fitness experience, Tread House is where you need to be!

Amazing program with so much to offer. They have boxing, weightlifting, mentoring and barbering just to name a few. This is not a typical in your face program. They work with each individuals comfort level. Staff, mentors, and members were very welcoming and relatable. Would love to volunteer in the future.

This gym has brought out my daughters personality and her tumbling skills! She has met some great friends during the season. The role models these younger girls have with the older girls is amazing. The coaches there not only care for these girls to do well as a team but push them as individuals to do their best. I couldn’t ask for a better gym environment for my daughter!

Great coaches and organization. Competitive Cheer is a crazy world and it’s busy busy busy... Jodi Bard somehow makes it feel a little more normal. Her ability to communicate with girls and parents is first class! I consider my daughter privileged to have coaches and mentors like she has at LA. A win is always awesome but the lifetime friends we have made and now consider family is priceless!💚💙

I personally did not have a very good experience there. The coaches were rude, especially Coach Carly, who should not have been teaching young children And then I had a coach who was 18 who acted like she knew everything, even though she had just graduated from cheer and high school And then i was kicked off the team and the owners of the gym, threatened to kick other teammates off the team and it was a mess. also let’s talk about the uniforms that were so uncomfortable. the body suit had shorts and so did the skirt and it was very unnecessary. one day a girl i was friends with got hit in the face and her neck snapped backwards and she started crying and the coaches didn’t call her mom and just told everyone to get a water break and the girl who was crying had to call her mom and when her mom came in the gym the coaches told her mom that she wasn’t allowed in there and to leave. also all of the kids in that gym were rude. now let’s talk about how the coaches picked favorites. there was this one girl Olivia, who always stepped out in the pyramid, and they never told her to fix it. They said they was the bases fault, and that the flyers could basically do no wrong they also let girls fly who were really bad at it just because they were the favorites so overall i would not recommend at all

This gym is a home away from home for many young athletes. My daughter found a passion in this sport and it’s due to the coaches, directors, and families that make up LA Allstars. Highly recommend every aspect of this organization from the novice clinics to the all in all star level. Everyone is treated the same and that’s an amazing concept in a facility that caters to the hearts and minds of our youth!

Training with Russ has been life changing. Who would have thought that we’d be in our 50s and feel stronger than our younger days! We like to tell the story of how, before we started working with Russ, it used to take our whole family a week to spread 5 scoops of mulch and everyone dreaded it. This year, 2 of us got it done in 3.5 hours and going up and down the hills with wheel barrow after wheel barrow of mulch was no problem. I even looked forward to the challenge this year. Thank you Russ and Fortius!

Coaches Will and David are phenomenal. I have been attending the gym for some years now, despite my busy school and work life. The coaches are very understanding of where you may be physically, but they will also use great motivational interviewing skills to help you push yourself to new limits. Their priorities align with the growth of boxers' skills and confidence. The coaches have done an astounding job at developing young amateur boxers at the national level. They provide their boxer's with as many opportunities to hone their skills, both in and outside the gym. The gym also provides a friendly environment for those coming in that makes them feel like part of the family.

The LCBA delivers comprehensive Boxing Personal Training. Coach Willie has the personal experience, temperament, and knowledge to teach strength and conditioning exercise drills (upper/lower body and core) and boxing techniques in the ring. His recommendations and guidance are useful tools geared toward reaching my fitness goals. The 75 minute variation workouts are strenuous but enjoyable, challenging and worth the sweat.

More than just a boxing gym. The coaches are amazing at teaching and being patient with the kids who attend the gym. This gym provides you with a family who outside the ring will take care of you and do nothing but make sure you’re okay and to pursue what you entered the gym for in the first place. The coaches especially teach you many things in and out of the ring, not only to teach you to be in the ring but to help you grow and strive at success outside of it and to help you in the run later in life. Very good place too go, Strongly recommend.
