Lancaster Health Services-Dr ofc is ok, Dr. Ofc staff understaffed...not too knowledgeable about everything in general, some Dr.'s either don't care or slack doing their job to best of their ability, or new Dr./Phy. Assist doesn't have the knowledge and/or experience nor the patient experience and understanding to do their job well, I've been in ofc heard a lot of murmuring, non professional attitude!! Great location, price is ok, 1st fl reception area staff r friendly, & know their routine role. Customer Service in whole bldg needs to be upgraded & she more professionalism. If staff doesn't like their job then move on. Don't make patients & atmosphere more miserable. Same scenario with lots of clients. NOT happy with my current Family Dr. situation..&^$@!

Love going to the V Connection. Tuesdays from 11 am to 2 pm. We have a pot luck type lunch. Anyone who shows up gets to enjoy lunch with us.

Did 10 hours community service, and will be glad to do it again. Friendly people, and had so much fun.
