Training with Russ has been life changing. Who would have thought that we’d be in our 50s and feel stronger than our younger days! We like to tell the story of how, before we started working with Russ, it used to take our whole family a week to spread 5 scoops of mulch and everyone dreaded it. This year, 2 of us got it done in 3.5 hours and going up and down the hills with wheel barrow after wheel barrow of mulch was no problem. I even looked forward to the challenge this year. Thank you Russ and Fortius!

The team here is great. I enjoyed working out with them, and they definitely motivate you to do your best. However,they are a bit more expensive than I can afford right now.
