From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional staff. A big shoutout to Noir at the front desk, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and Fio, who brings such a positive energy that instantly puts you in the mood to crush your workout. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and packed with all the equipment you need, whether you’re into weights, cardio, or classes. They also have plenty of space, so you never feel crowded even during peak hours. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great facilities with amazing customer service, EōS Fitness is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The gym does get a little packed but it's not horrible. The staff is really amazing. I was able to train with April for a couple of months and she was great. I have a bunch of old football and military injuries and she taught me several stretches and exercises to address those. She customized my plan for me and didn't just put me through a basic routine. I 1000% recommend training with April if you need a trainer

I really enjoy coming to this fitness club. The ambiance is impeccable, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My kids love it here!! They particularly love Jaide and they are constantly raving about her wondering when they can play with her next. She is attentive, kind, friendly, and patient I have even stayed a little while after dropping my kids off to see if the rumors are true (that she is amazing) and well… the rumors are true!!! She is the best. I will be coming here as long as she is here to make sure my kids are safe.

This is an absolute perfect example of leadership! The Fitness Manager Eric Figueroa was actually outside cleaning up the parking lot. Kudos to him and the entire staff for making my experience here a great one.

This gym is pretty modern and the associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. The 6ft 3’in handsome sales associate, Trace was very knowledgeable and really helped me with the process of my body scan. Brandon was funny and nonchalant and helped me with any questions I had. Adele was very sweet during my check in!

Exercise benefits everyone and with so many fitness clubs available, there is really no excuse to not make fitness part of your weekly routine. One of the many fitness centers available nationally is Planet Fitness and the one I know best is this one, Planet Fitness Katy, located close to interstate 10. Planet Fitness Katy is clean and well maintained, offering a large amount of exercise equipment, with special machines to assist with different muscle development, cardio, etc. They have free weights, too, if that is your preference. There are so many machines that finding one available is almost certain. Besides the exercise equipment, there are massage chairs, tanning beds, and more. And if you forget to bring a beverage, there are drinks available for purchase in the front. The exercise equipment Planet Fitness Katy is top- notch and I like how the machines have a digital readout that counts your total repetitions and the time elapsed when you finish a set. This latter feature makes it easy to time a rest break, if you need one. You don’t need to pull out your phone and access the timer. The machines do this for you. The machines are safe, too, and I like the cleaning spray and paper towels that are so readily available, making it easy to disinfect your machine after use. Depending on where you are exercising, you do have the option of enjoying a little entertainment from the long row of flat screen televisions. They are visible mostly from the treadmills, bicycles, and step machines, as you would expect because these are the types of exercise equipment that people tend to spend the most time on. There is no sound, just the screens with a variety of programming. It does help the time go faster, and I like that Planet Fitness Katy offers this. Working out is important and Planet Fitness Katy is ready to help you meet your health and body improvement needs. The staff is very helpful, the membership price is low, and the facility is open around the clock. It’s a great way to get fit and a fitness center I recommend.

You walk into Planet Fitness and are greeted with a smile, instantly feeling welcome. The gym is clean, spacious, and filled with people of all fitness levels. After a quick warm-up on a treadmill, you try the easy-to-use strength machines, guided by clear instructions. Friendly staff check in, offering encouragement along the way. You finish your session with a stretch and relax in the hydromassage chair, leaving refreshed and motivated. On your way out, you grab a Tootsie Roll, already looking forward to your next visit in the Judgment Free Zone. I absolutely love my workout days💕

I had been a member of this gym for two years and I enjoyed it. They did a recent update and took away all hip abduction machines replacing them with smith machines. Because of the new renovation I cancelled my membership

Water fountain is broken every few weeks! This has been going on for well over a year if not longer. It's bad enough the gym does not replace the water fountain but then they charge you for a bottle of water when the water fountain is out of service. I will bet these gym managers are bonused off of controllable expenses and this is why the water fountain has not been replaced! Keep going through the comments & you will see similar complaints.

I have had a membership before. I was less serious about working out at the time but serious now. I like Planet Fitness because there are multiple locations near my house and throughout the country. I also like that they are affordable. Yeah, they don't have a pool or jacuzzi or sauna and such, but I can get that elsewhere. I like the budget friendly with a few perks version...and it is clean, convenient and open 24 hours.

I love the YMCA! The Child Watch program has been amazing—huge shoutout to Thelma and the team for making it such a safe, fun space where I feel at ease leaving my little one while I work out. I also appreciate the variety the Y offers, from sports and aquatics to Kids’ Night Out. It’s a great place that keeps my family active while giving me the perfect space to focus on my fitness goals. Highly recommend for any family looking for a welcoming and supportive environment!

I am so happy here and my kids have soooo much fun at the kids club. They take care of them so well and they end up telling me they want to go to the gym everyday!!! Haha I tell them I need a rest day but man talk about motivation.

This YMCA is great. I really like the open space on the second floor with a variety of workout machines and free weights. Lots of natural lighting all around and always clean. The staff is very friendly.

BE CAREFUL!! , someone opened my locker and stole money from my bag. I'm pretty sure it was the lady that cleans cause she's been very suspicious lately. The lock was broken and all my stuff was messed up, don't leave your belongings there! So sad cause this was one of my favorite locations to work out.

Do your due diligence and research, but this place is safe and a good optionfor daycare. I don’t use the gym (I prefer to run), but I can drop my 8 and 10 YO off and go for a jog from the parking lot and come back and know they’re safe and have had a good time. The teachers and attendants always have activities and the space is really big and the kids can make friends while I workout.

While my initial visit presented some challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to share a balanced perspective on Villa Sport's facilities and customer service: everyone was really nice, but they didn’t seem to know the policies, which is OK, but having a placard ready would be good for all. The payment process didn’t go smoothly because I was worried about what I was paying for and the staff noticed and gave me a day pass. When I went back the next day, a different front-desk admin helped me. Definitely love this place, but I feel bad for the staff who aren’t trained.

Reasonable pricing and staff is staff. Folks need to remember that it’s a gym and turnover is high and you come to workout and relax—not get hassled. I really like coming here because it’s in-out-on-with-life. If you want one-on-one attention they have personal trainers and they’re affordable and good. This place is great IMHO

It seems there are many management issues here. The swimming pool has a lot of bugs and dirt. On Saturday evening, a staff member told me the pool closes at 8:00 PM, but on Sunday, someone else said it closes at 7:30 PM, which is different from the posted times. When I went to the shower area, I found that there were no towels at all in the designated spots. More than half of the shower controls are broken, providing either scalding hot water or cold water, with no way to adjust to a suitable temperature. The dryers are also not working. I have reported these issues to the staff before, but there has been no improvement. It's a shame that such a great location and environment are managed so poorly.

If you plan to purchase membership here, and plan to cancel it some point, they make it incredibly hard for you to cancel it or even add another person to the membership. To cancel a membership, you have to fill out a form and legitimately mail it to them and wait for 30 days for the cancellation. To add someone to the membership, they won’t help you out either. You have to log in online and add someone by yourself. Basically once they get you in the system, you’re on your own to do anything. I have never been to a gym that provides such horrible and unethical customer service. LA, 24h, lifetime, Houstonian are all better. And check your bill statements, because they do raise price periodically on existing customers.

I have gone to this location for over five years. The coaches, staff, and members are friendly and excellent. There are many self pacing options for all levels of fitness, but the atmosphere definitely encourages you to push yourself. I have also appreciated that I can go to any location when traveling using my one membership.

My reason for not asking through the door was my daughter’s upcoming wedding in Mexico. Couldn’t imagine a week at the beach at the weight and condition I was in. My first class walking at 3.5 -3.8 was a challenge. Fast forward to a year later I now run at 5-5.5 and my fastest is 8.0 mph. I’m 57. I feel amazing. I’ve lost 45 pounds on the scale but that doesn’t include the changeover from fat to muscle. OTF helped me get back into the best shape of my life!

I love Orange Theory Cinco Ranch! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The coaches push me to be better and stronger every time I attend. I love that the workouts vary from day to day! Orange Theory has also allowed me to make some of the best friends I could ask for! I 10/10 recommend Orange Theory!

Had a very good experience at this Orangetheory location. It has been a long time since I have done Orangetheory but signed up for a class here while visiting friends just to get my workout in. This is a very nice space and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The class just flew by, the vibe was very laid back and Coach Mike was excellent. Will check them out next time I'm in town.

The coaches at OTF Cinco Ranch make going to class worth it, they’re always really friendly and encouraging. I think what stands out most to me is that I recently had an injury that I felt would keep me from working out and they were really supportive and encouraged me to stick to my goals by helping me modify moves whenever I’m in class and checking in to make sure things are improving!

These guys and gals are great. My little guys somethin else and they are great with him. I wish I had the patients they have with my guy. Classes are fun and parents night out are awesome. When picking him up he’s ready to come home but I can tell he had a great time. Always leaving with a smile on his face. Would recommend to anyone .

My experience here with my 6month old was amazing. We took the morning class. Great /small Class size, teacher energy on point, activity engaged my 6month old well, toys and mats were clean and inviting! My baby had fun and slept like a rock after!

As a new mom during COVID, I was nervous about how my little one would make friends and socialize. We started out at Romp n Roll Katy when my son was about 8 months old. It was such a blessing!!! Everything was sanitized and so clean! In an environment that sees so many kids, you’d think it would be full of germs. But we felt very comfortable attending. The babies class was just the best thing ever!! Miss Lydia was fantastic and it was such a fun class. I met my best friend and my now 2.5 year old met his best friend in that very first class! We now attend an art/ gym combo class with Miss Carrie and we absolutely love her!!! Such a special person, she genuinely cares for all the kiddos and they just adore her! Because we have been so happy and comfortable with the Romp n Roll family, we took the leap to do our first ever drop off with them as well! We tried the PMO (Parents morning out) program recently and it was a total success! So much so that my guy didn’t want to leave even one minute early and asks each week about getting to go back. He looks forward to his 3 hr independent class and our weekly mommy and me class. And so do I! We have both made true friendships at Romp n Roll, and it’s a fun safe environment that we both enjoy!! We love their holiday parties and will be attending a birthday party there tomorrow! They really do it all and I can’t recommend them enough! I can’t even imagine not having the friend group I have because of Romp n Roll, and I’m so grateful for how amazing they are with my son! I have only had wonderful experiences at Romp n Roll Katy and can confidently recommend it to any parent looking for a fun, clean and safe experience for their littles!

Really enjoyed Romp'n Roll. It helped tremendously on my kid's social aspects as well as independence. It's super clean, always photo 📸 ready . And my 3 year old kid loves going here. We also occasionally signed up for classes for my 5 years old(almost 6) as well and it created unforgettable sibling moments!! The teachers, as well as the owner and everyone else are super nice and friendly as well!

Absolutely amazing place for littles. I’ve been taking my daughter to Romp n Roll since she was 2 (she’s 4.5 yo) and she has always loved it here. The place is always clean, the teachers amazing and their birthdays and kids night out are wonderful. Highly recommended!

My kids went for the 30-minute trial with Master Jin and they liked it, and decided to join right away. Master Jin was doing a great job during the trial and made it really fun. This is my son's second week at Master Lee and he looks forward to his class every week.

Master Lee and all Masters are the absolute best Taekwondo instructors ever. They really care about our children and give them personalized encouragement and good instruction. They are very talented, very well organized, and create a great atmosphere for students and families. The office manager is the best, very knowledgeable and welcoming. We can see our children's growth, and they both love attending classes! Highly recommend it! This is the real deal!!!

We are so pleased with our experience at the Cinco Ranch location. Ms. Sherry was a friendly face at the front door and went through all information needed to sign up our four year old son. Master Lee was so kind and patient with our son and we feel so comfortable enrolling our son in the little tigers class. We are so thankful for their kindness!

Went with some friends on a free promo and was not disappointed. Nice equipment, more variety than the gym we usually go to. The owner was really nice, very chill. Gave us posing tips and also was walking around organizing stuff. You can also play your music or turn some of the lights on or off for a different vibe. Only complaint is that some of the plates were really scattered though thats something I see a lot in these smaller gyms so its okay. Would recommend and would get a membership if I lived closer.

The equipment is almost always broken, and the gym is filthy. Members leave weights scattered everywhere, and canceling a membership is a nightmare. The owner pressures everyone into leaving a 5-star review, so don’t believe the fake reviews here—they don't reflect the reality at all. Edit to reply: Never said I was a member. Didn’t become one due to reasons listed as well as being informed how much of a hassle it is to cancel. I can attach proof if needed. Thanks.

I just wanted to get on here and say that this gym is Super chill. Alan, the owner is super down to earth and relatable. The fact that it is open For 24 hours is a huge upside for me. Cool vibes once you walk in LEDs and music and just overall the aesthetic I love it. No BS contracts reasonable pricing for the basic membership it’s the best gym in Katy Texas.

I moved over an hour away, as well as had surgery, and they refused to cancel my membership. There are not many Anytime Fitness locations even in my new area. I was told I need to cancel in person and make the long distance trip. Not even an option to cancel via MAIL or anything was presented to me. Precious time has been wasted, and my membership is still ongoing. It’s all part of the plan. They have limited staffed hours with staff present at their location to cancel the membership. How does this work for people that have jobs throughout the week? Terrible. I have given this company hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the last few years and I can’t even get help with my membership being canceled.

Super clean establishment. Love the privacy aspect as it’s a much more intimate space than your usual fitness center. They no longer accept class pass, but they do offer a free day trial to try out their facilities.

I’ve been to a few different AF locations in the last years due to a couple of relocations and this one in Katy is by far my favorite. It’s super clean, the equipment is maintained well and the staff is nice and friendly. Everybody is busy working out and even when more people are present it’s never overcrowded despite being on the smaller side. The trainers are wonderful, they work hard and truly care. I can’t say enough good things about this gym!

I've been to about 50 anytime fitness locations as I've traveled across the country and this one is definitely top 5. Extremely clean and organized, they clearly care about the equipment and their members and guests. Not the biggest location, but has everything I've ever used and nothing is falling apart or clunky. The shower rooms (1 each for men/women) are clean and stocked with anything you could need. I'm just passing through, but 10/10 would recommend and will be back if I'm around the area

I recently enrolled my two kids at Master Lee's World Champion Tae Kwon Do and was impressed by the exceptional service and professionalism. My kids just love Master Lee Tae kwon Do , they are attending classes since quite long time and they don't want to miss even a single class. I appreciate all the skilled and energetic Masters who train the kids by keeping track of their minute mistakes and make it perfect .Kids are being engaged with lot of activities and they don't only learn the technique but they learn balance, focus, discipline and respecting each other. All the masters are exceptionally talented and inspiring kids to reach to their higher belts. I definitely recommend it !

My two kids love going to the lessons in this locations. The way the masters work with little kids is amazing. They have a natural ability to keep the younger students engaged and excited while still instilling important values like discipline, respect, and focus. The classes are structured in a way that makes learning fun, but also challenging. Our family is excited to see the kids to continue advance in martial art skills and learning good disciplines from this school.

My son started Taekwondo this September and He has been very much interested in attending the class with Master Lees Firethorne. He enjoys the classes and it has made him more confident. The two sensei(Masters) who worked with him are very much fun and they make every class more interesting. Even we as parents love to watch the children being very confident and happy. My son was very proud when he passed the test today and he was confidently telling us that he wants to be a black belt just like his masters. They even have many seasonal and festive activities and events. Thanks Master Lee for this!

My wife was trying to cancel the subscription, and they gave her a lot of excuses to not cancel it, she even blocked her card and ordered a new one so they wouldn’t keep charging her due to the cancellation. Somehow they keep charging, also she never received her price for winning 2nd place a 100$ gift card from Lulu melon . So be aware if you’re trying to go to this place . They will take your money even if you don’t go anymore .

CycleBar Katy has been such a dream! I’ve found a community who loves to cycle but also the instructors are SO encouraging! I’ve never really had a negative experience at all and don’t ever think I will! Come to the Bar! You will NOT be disappointed!!
