Cannot say enough good things about this gym!! The workout is planned and set up for you, so all you have to do is show up! The workouts are a blend of cardio and strength components, so I feel like I am able to improve my fitness in both areas. While that is great and important, the best part about this gym is the community. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are fun to chat with in class while I also am able to trust they will correct my form if needed. The members are equally as kind and fun. Every single class no matter the time of day is full of motivating and encouraging people. I am so happy to have found this gym and can’t wait to keep coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ F45 has been a game-changer for me, especially with a busy life juggling kids and all their activities! The workouts are quick, efficient, and so effective—perfect for fitting into a hectic schedule. Since starting at F45, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength and overall fitness. The trainers are incredibly motivating and make each session fun, even on the toughest days. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting, and I always leave feeling accomplished. I also love the supportive community; it’s great to be surrounded by like-minded people who are all striving to be their best. F45 makes it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals, even with a packed schedule. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get stronger, fitter, and healthier!

Love the Cinco Ranch F45 training! I was very skeptical before I tried out F45. But I thoroughly enjoyed the trial workouts and then joined the gym subsequently. It’s equally good for people who might have not worked out before and seasoned people. It’s very motivating and I enjoy every session , fun and some hard work! The coaches are the best you can have! They are highly attentive and motivating all the time. There’s not a dull moment with so many kinds of workout and equipments, not the conventional way to train. It keeps you going the next day!

I love F45 Cinco Ranch West! The coaches are friendly, encouraging, approachable, and positive, They gently correct my form and motivate me when I need a little extra push! One of my favorite things about working out at F45 is the variety of workouts. I enjoy strength training and my friend is a cardio girl, so I love that there's something for everyone It’s nice getting my work out in before work and that I can be done in 45 min! I always leave feeling accomplished! Thank you F45 staff and trainers! You’re all amazing!

I absolutely LOVE F45 Cinco Ranch!!!! The workouts are always changing, so even after 4+ years of working out at F45, I never feel like I'm plateauing! I always feel like I'm able to grow stronger! While the workouts are awesome, the community is what makes F45 CRW so great! The coaches and other members are so welcoming, and they truly create the best gym environment! The coaches are always pushing me to do my best, helping me lift heavier and become stronger! I can't say enough good things about this gym!!

Todd's wife, Jacki, says: Orange Theory was a literal game changer for me. They know how to combine workouts with my personal fitness goals as an equestrian. They keep it fun and interesting, so I stay totally engaged. I love these guys.

Fantastic facility and the fancy new treadmills are amazing, so smooth!! The front desk staff always makes me feel welcome when I come in, even though it's not my home studio. Love the workouts, they're different every day, totally make the membership worth it! The coaches are top-notch. I wouldn't drive 35 minutes each way for just anyone, but I totally will for one of Head Coach Sydney's classes! She's the best! 100% recommend!

My experience at OTF Fulshear has been absolutely amazing. I’d always stayed away from traditional gym equipment. I never knew what to do, however being a seasoned at home workout girl using body weight and lighter dumbbells, after the pandemic I decided to join my local OTF to get out of my comfort zone. The awesome coaches cue the class pace and instruct on the sequences, with individual modifications if needed. It’s great for people who have no clue about what to do in a gym to regular gym goers and regular joggers. I think it’s suitable for any age and fitness level. Everywhere is clean and wipes are given out throughout the classes to have the stations wiped down. The location has ample parking too. The front office staff are really helpful and friendly and will get you going even if you don’t feel like working out. I highly recommend trying it out if you’re on the fence. The hardest part is showing up!

Outdoor pool is my favorite! they have underwater robot cleaner that cleans the bottom and I often see their staff cleaning the fallen leaves which I love about autumn, but not in the water. Equipments are new and up to date. Towels are sometimes folded into elephants and pup, little touch like that often makes my day. However, yoga rooms can use some air circulation before and after the previous class. Anytime I step in the women’s shower and locker room is always organized & clean, the cleaning lady is awesome! Probably the reason why I enjoy this location than Sugar land, never too overly crowded. InBody machine has a printer so you can be old fashioned and keep a paper copy to compare your rates! Oh and did I mention, their açaí bowl, is amazing! Perfect snack or a meal after training.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of security at this gym. It doesn’t matter the time of day—cars are constantly getting broken into, and clearly, nothing is being done about it. This is now the second time in just six months that my truck has been broken into while parked here. It’s clear that the management does not take the safety and security of its members seriously. If they cared, there would be proper surveillance, security patrols, or at the very least some visible deterrents to prevent this from happening over and over again. Instead, we’re left vulnerable every time we show up. I’m officially done with this place. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business somewhere that actually prioritizes the safety of its members. If you value your property or your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid this gym at all costs.

25 years ago I was a member, and the club is still just as nice! It's a country club atmosphere, with a great gym. The lockers are nice, big changing rooms, towels, etc... they have a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The weight rooms have everything, with enough for groups. There are lots of classes available as well. You could spend a while day there.

I went in today and although there was some minor issues with setting up my membership, Jordan, Maria & Carmen helped me through the whole process and made it easy and painless. They all have excellent customer service and are very friendly! I recommend this location to anybody needing a new gym or place to workout at.

I got to come here for the first time as my friend invited me here for pickle ball! I’ve never played pickle ball neither but I had a really fun and nice time there! The facility is nice and big and have many awesome amenities like swimming pools, gyms, work out/stretching space, rock climbing, basketball and pickle ball space! So much varieties and probably I didn’t mention everything anyways 😅 There’s a nice little cafe in the facility so you can grab something if you are hungry! I’d love to visit again! Come for those who are able 😆 Cheers 🥂

The YMCA has been an amazing experience for my family! The Child Watch program, led by Leanne and her wonderful team, provides a safe and fun environment where I feel completely comfortable leaving my little one while I focus on my workouts. My daughter is also loving the theater enrichment program, and it’s been incredible to see her excitement and confidence grow. The Y offers so many fantastic opportunities for kids, from enrichment camps to sports and aquatics, making it the perfect place for families to stay active and engaged. Highly recommend the YMCA for anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming community!

I love this place so much. It’s so nice being able to drop my little ones off into the kids club where they have sooooo much fun and I get to workout and relax. They have so much to offer for the price and I am just so happy that my kids love coming here.

Scott is an incredible trainer! He also has numerous certifications which allow him to work with diverse needs easily. I have a medical condition, and Scott was able to design a tailored workout plan accommodating my needs. After a few months of working with him, not only has it helped significantly with my medical situation, but I also feel in a better shape than I have been for many years! Much better results than some of the much more expensive options have provided me for sure. Scott truly cares about the well being of his clients; he has always worked to ensure the best for us without money in mind. Be warned though, he'll make you work! He often likes to say, "nothing gives me more pleasure than to see you suffer." It's what makes us love him, though, so don't bother wasting your money on the big expensive gyms, because Scott, and his team, are the best in the game!

Beware of the indoor swimming pools. There is overuse of chemicals. Both of my son’s bodies had their skin peeling off. One of my son’s bathing suits was navy before we went to the pool, when he went out and changed, the bathing suits were white. All of us felt chlorine all over our bodies for a couple of days even if you showered and scrubbed yourself all over. Also, we could see at least 2 feet ahead of us in the water. Never going to the indoor pool ever again.

I love this YMCA! The staff is so friendly, the facility is newly remodeled with newer machines, the pool is really nice inside and the outdoor pools are great during the summer. I love the classes- Body Pump is the best work out and the instructors are all class acts. The location is really great for where I live and very convenient. They have great hours and really great childcare! I’m so sad I’m moving away but when I get home in 3 years I will rejoin. Oh, and speaking of price- extremely affordable for my entire family to go!

I love Pure Barre Katy! Not only have I found a place to workout and get in shape, but I’ve found a great community of encouraging women who have become my friends. The instructors are the best and you know you will get a great workout from each of them. I definitely recommend Pure Barre Katy if you’re looking for a way to not only change and challenge your body, but connect with others who really do care about your journey to get there.

First, I will say that I am one that has always hated to exercise in that cardio/large gym format. Pure Barre is exactly what I needed in a place that can build community. Everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable to help me meet my goals.

PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I made, read this if you are considering a membership or going to take one of the “free” classes. This business conglomerate uses the same tactics as timeshare companies to reel you in and force you to stay for a period of time as set in the contract. First, the class will be free but just like a timeshare they will break you out into groups and explain their memberships to you - they are expecting you to sign up right then and now. They will start at the highest package offer and work their way down and throw in “a few classes free” so you feel like you’re getting an exclusive deal (they offer this to all new clients). When you try to walk away they hound you and pressure you, you could say “I’m not sure I have time to commit,” they will counter with “well how much are you willing to commit to your fitness goals or are you committed to reach your goals?” They do this to try and shame you into signing up. They gloss over the extensive contract and once you pay, you are locked in for three months. If you come across hard times and can’t pay, too bad. If you decide it’s not for you, too bad. If you weathered through a natural disaster, too bad-no exceptions. They expect you to come to the studio and deliver a handwritten note explaining that you would like to cancel and why. And don’t forget, when you are trying to cancel they will be nowhere to be found. They rush to get you signed up but when you decide you want to cancel they will pigeonhole you with three things. 1. It was in your contract 2. They will add on a late fee and send your bill to collections 3. You can cancel early but they will tack on an extra $100 to your bill. Essentially paying for the next bill cycle so they can run you dry effectively. Their business model is not meant to last, it is meant to lock as many people into a contract no matter how high the turnover rate. Please do not feel pressured and ashamed, tell them NO. And stay on your NO. You can get a more effective experience for less money and stress at a gym with a personal trainer. Any business that threatens you with sending a bill to collections sees you as an expendable resource. See them for who they are and don’t give them a chance to latch on. If you are taking the free class, remember this is all that comes with it. Check the Better Business Bureau before signing up with these here today, gone tomorrow businesses. Pure Barre is not BBB accredited but still has a lengthy list of complaints related to billing and predatory business practices. Mark my words, this business will not last another decade, especially not without a lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and check out the link for the complaints filed against a single location and don’t make the same mistakes I did: https://www.bbb.org/us/ga/decatur/profile/fitness-center/pure-barre-0443-91821359/complaints
