Coach Dylan was amazing with our birthday party! He was so attentive to all the kiddos, even remembering their names! The facility is clean, organized and has many options to ensure the kids don't get bored! Highly recommend for birthday parties or free play to release energy!

Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch. I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set. We will definitely be back!

A great place to let kids get out of the house and from off-games away from the TV and to get outside to play while adults can watch (assist or supervise) and let their kids play. It's a great place fie kiss birthday parties 🥳 🎉 or for kids just to go and have fun for an hour or more.

Not a very positive experience for Ninja class. The coach is not kid friendly at all. Never smiles or tries to talk to kids. My son went up to him and said hi and told him about his day before the class and all the coach said was hmm looking down fidgeting with stickers he’s supposed to give the kids after the class. The only reason we are continuing is because my son loves ninja class. Honestly Coach Brevan at all4prosper is a much better coach.

I want to address an incident that occurred during today’s class involving the distribution of stamps/stickers, which left several children visibly upset. It was explained that some children did not receive a stamp/sticker due to “not using their listening skills.” While I understand the importance of encouraging good behavior, I question how effectively one coach can monitor 8–10 three-year-old children to determine whether they are actively listening. Children at this age process and express their understanding in various ways, which may not always be immediately apparent to an observer. What may seem like a small matter to us as adults can have a profound impact on a child’s confidence. Today, children were left crying because they did not receive a stamp/sticker, and some returned home questioning their abilities, asking parents, “Am I a good listener?” When I raised these concerns with Coach Jasmine, her response—laughing at the mention of the children’s feelings—was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Considering her role and background within this program, I expected a more empathetic and thoughtful response. I urge the team to consider alternative approaches to behavior management that promote positive reinforcement without causing distress. These small moments can leave a lasting impression on children, and it is vital to handle them with care and understanding.

We have tried this place for tumbling and cheer jumps. I must say coach Savannah H. Is AMAZING! She takes her time with each child, she SHOWS the child how to do it not just tell them how! She comes over to catch me up on my daughter’s progress. She is FUN! My daughter looks forward to her class. I wish she had the next tumbling class up. Please give her more classes here at the Frisco location if she is willing to take them. Thank you coach Savannah!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym and their coaches and staff. We have been a part of the All 4 family since 2019, and both of my daughters have grown so much over our 4 seasons of cheer since being here. My oldest was in 5th grade when we decided to try tumbling classes here, and she knew right away that this was where she wanted to be. Soon after that, she decided she wanted to try out for one of their cheer teams. The rest is history! Fast forward to 4 years later, and here we are on our 4th season of cheer, and she honestly couldn’t be happier! My daughter had a very shy personality before coming to All 4, and I truly believe that the coaches she worked with and the friends she made along the way gave her the boost of confidence she needed to overcome her shyness. She’s now one of the captains on her high school cheer team, she is a leader & role model, and she is always up for a challenge. My youngest followed in her footsteps soon after and is also on her 4th season of cheer and loves knowing that her and her older sister can share the love and passion they both have for cheer. The coaches here are all nothing short of amazing and you honestly can’t go wrong with any of them. They all have your child’s best interest at heart and want nothing more than to see them succeed. Every coach my daughters have worked with over the years have made it their mission to get to know them, and I have personally seen them do this with all of their athletes, whether they be in a recreational class, or on one of their teams. If you want the feel of a small family owned gym that truly cares about your child, motivates and supports them & their goals, and wants what is best for them, than All 4 is absolutely the place to be. Tina and Eric (owners) have made this place feel like a second home for my girls, and I know for many other athletes as well because of the genuine coaches and staff they have here. What more could you ask for?

The best gym in the area! I love that my kids can have gymnastics, tumbling, cheer and ninja practices at the same time and there are so many options for classes. All 4 is the cleanest facility we have been to and they have a ton of new equipment. The coaches are great about giving attention to each student individually and being really supportive. In the future covered parking would be a great idea for when we don’t want to miss practice during storms.

My son really enjoys getting out of the house to come here. He says the staff are very nice and ready to help. I have used his pass to visit and i was very impressed with everything there is to do! From the class we took to the sauna! Beyond impressed! I really liked how the staff was ready to help and got us the equipment to try the pickle ball. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. If you forgot your lotion… no problem they have top of the notch bathroom stations nicely equipped. My som enjoys playing basketball in the indoor court. It’s huge and plenty of space! Many times he has engaged in fun matches with peers his age. Every one is friendly.

We are founding members at this gym and have been loving the operating hours but that’s about it. Unless you want to attend for 1 of the many class options, basically this GYM sucks (if you are a gym rat). They keep taking away actual work out areas to create more places for classes. The spacial configuration is mind boggling like the person in charge has never managed a gym before. Did I mention many of the classes are in the open space areas and all blast their own music?! For how much you pay (and try to raise fees multiple times a year) customers deserve better. The creepy men they allow with tripods filming don’t help 🫠 I will say that everyone that works here has been friendly!

I signed up as a founding member of this facility and I’ve just been so unimpressed as the years have gone by - they have oversold this facility but management will reply that they just have a high number of people who show up to the gym. With that logic, you oversold and should have seen the trends before continuing to sell memberships. This facility is so loud, between trainers screaming with 3 classes at a time and the music played for the facility and all 3 classes, my $609 noise cancelling headphones can’t complete. The staff overall are pretty nice but the facility is just so chaotic and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worse enemy.
Andrew Clark (Google User)

Clean, machines are always functional, great amenities, nobody is filming or blaring music out of their speakers on their phones. Personal training is fantastic - while not inexpensive, you absolutely get your moneys worth. (Angela and AJ are great to work with!) Classes are a great variety - coaches like Amy and Melissa who do the cycling and strength classes push you without demeaning you - it’s so much better to be encouraged than shamed. In the summertime the pool is clean and well-maintained, it’s a really easy-going atmosphere for training and relaxation. There is a waitlist, but get on it - it’s worth it .

You get what you pay for. Gym is OK for general purposes and is inexpensive, but this also means lots of wait times, long repair waits and minimal attentiveness from staff. Place is not usually picked up (weights/accessories scattered around, especially in the training area) and the water fountains are constantly broken on the first floor. Kids club is very small. Not a terrible deal if you don't need the kids club and can workout in non-peak hours, though.

Rude, disrespectful and harassment ; “Tapatha” (front desk) is beyond disrespectful. Outdated and filthy equipments. Bathrooms are disgusting . Spoke with the manager “faith perez” and alerted the new one “Michael” but they both ignored and have no care for the safety of the members .

Overall it's a great gym, there is some frustration with the patrons being inconsiderate. Like taking weights or items from one area to another and then just leaving it there or not racking their weights. But you start to go enough you start to meet people and make friends. The staff is really nice and always say hi to you, they even get to know you if you give them the chance. The Trainers are really cool and helpful- I also have been using the trainers there and it's been great; they are some of the biggest cheerleaders and they will invest in your goals. Overall the gym itself is nice, the staff are great, the patrons are what you'd expect in any gym you just notice them leaving trash or equipment poorly after use. So you know... People being people.

This gym is by far the worst gym I have ever been to in my life. The people at the front desk are incompetent and couldn't run a snowcone stand. They make you schedule a “appointment” a WEEK out in advance to redeem a guest pass for your guest that you PAY for annually or pay the $20 day pass fee that day even with a guest pass. The equipment is lackluster and sub par at best. It is extremely dirty and filthy and they do not care at all. I wouldn’t workout at this gym again if it was the last gym on earth, do not go here if you want a pleasant workout experience. I would give this place 0 stars if it let me.

For the context, I’m a very chill person and love the gym and how it is kept clean. However, when I visited the gym on November 20th at 7 AM, there was a blonde girl at the front desk who had her crocs up on the counter. She never really greets when I come in so that doesn’t really matter. But at least, don’t keep your shoes in the visitors faces? I understand you may not like your job but you don’t have to openly show it to everyone on their way in. I promise you that nobody wants to see the color of your crocs.

We are thrilled with our experience here! The coaches are well trained at working with kids and helping them reach their potential and the professionalism shows. They really have a desire for the kids to learn to do tumbling correctly! My daughter came from another local gym and her tumbling looked awful once we got here and saw the difference. She has improved so much and the coaches were very patient at working with her to correct her bad habits. She is only 10 yrs old but saying she is going to work at Express Cheer even after high school she loves the gym. We are thrilled to call Express Cheer our gym!

Best decision we ever made. Our daughter was at another gym before moving over to Express and experienced very little growth in her tumbling skills. Within 3 months of being with Express she improved enough to make the Impact team. This is her first season of All Star Cheer and we love it! So glad to be a part of the Express Cheer family!

We love our Express Family. For the past 2 years our daughter has participated in the Impact Elite program with is an Allstar Prep Program. They have a season that goes from September to May and they do not travel outside of the metroplex. They have had in the past 2 years that I've been involved 3 levels L1, L2, L3.2 so if you're not ready for the commitment or travel that Allstar brings it is a great way to get involved in competitive cheer. With your team fees you also get a tumbling class. Our daughter has been in tumbling at Express for a little over 3 years and she is a much stronger athlete because of it. We love the family aspect of the gym and everyone is super supportive of every team. The coaches are amazing as well as super supportive. We highly recommend you give Express a shot.

We have been coming to my gym for almost 4 years. Let me just say this has been our favorite place. It’s a weekly staple in our schedule. We have done a variety of classes over the four years and and each one has been age appropriate. The skills she has been taught are amazing and really helped build her confidence and strength over the years. The staff is AMAZING. I have had zero issue or complaints. The gym is always clean and kept up with. Each employee is always so kind and welcoming. They make sure it’s a safe place for your kiddos. If you have ever considered signing your child up you will not regret it.

Their Instagram & newsletter had a free class so I signed up for it for 3 of my kids, not just that but it stated if signed up that same free trial class there's an extra % discount. I did just that but the lady wasn't even aware of the discount, I showed her the email and she did fix it but a new comer shouldn't know more than an employee... Annoyingly by the next visit I noticed they put 2 of my kids starting a different date than my 3rd kid by accident, when I asked a different employee if she can make and end all my kids at the same time she was annoyed and confused and asked me to "prove" to her that it was their mistake and not mine? Next visit another issue, we are new here and no one explained the rules, different employee tends to scold my kids but let's everyone get away with. For example trampoline she tells us only one at a time but doesn't mention the adult dad and his little one that, another time my kid was playing with a ball outside of ball pit area but again allowed 3 other kids to take several balls out and even laughed with them but scolded with mine. Me & my kids enjoyed only 2 staff employees out of the 5? Here. I certainly cancelled after just a month.

Dear Planet Fitness Manager/Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Frisco location on Preston. On December 26, 2024, I visited the facility around 9:00 AM using a guest pass. I was warmly greeted by a staff member at the front desk, an African American gentleman, who kindly shared about his holiday and asked about mine as well. He checked our IDs, processed our guest passes, and mentioned that the pass might also work the following day, suggesting I check to confirm. On December 27, I noticed that the guest pass displayed the current date, so I assumed it was valid and attempted to visit the club again around the same time. Upon arriving, I successfully checked in and entered the gym. However, I had to step out briefly for a session. When I returned to retrieve my belongings from the locker (11am) I was confronted by a Caucasian staff member, who had assisted me the previous day. In front of other members, he told me I wasn’t supposed to be there. I tried to explain that I was simply retrieving my bags, but he persisted, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. This public confrontation left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. I understand the need for rules and policies, but the communication regarding the guest pass validity was unclear. The way the situation was handled could have been more professional and considerate, especially since I was not attempting to misuse the pass. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide clarity on your guest pass policies to prevent similar situations in the future. Additionally, I hope this feedback can help improve customer interactions for a more positive and welcoming experience.

We thought Planet Fitness will showcase more professionalism in terms of customer satisfaction but it looks Like Planet Fitness shown no respect to the members, there is complete messy environment for now including the machines Most of the machines they just dumped into and they are either Broken or not working, most of the treadmills just shakes. We asked for Paper towel they stopped providing and front desk just says they don’t have it Most importantly they keep the lobby locked until 0500 AM, they should keep lobby open so that we early riser can wait their to avoid chilling temperatures in the morning. Completely dissatisfied

Seems a good facility and staff. The posted phone number is useless however: you'll be punished with a 10-30 minute wait and a recorded "offer" to "text your question instead"...?! After reviewing membership terms I have a serious question concerning ongoing charges. They mention paying in full per year to avoid ongoing charges. But I see no way to do this. It seems they want to keep changing you, while putting a huge burden on you to cancel or stop membership if desired/ needed. This is deeply concerning.

I grew up active and have tried to keep up at the gym off/on, but had a really hard time losing weight or seeing progress despite several months at the gym doing my own inspired workouts. I knew I needed structure and to be pushed. I did one day of a free trial and signed up immediately. I love the station-style setup and variety, the coaches who motivate and push you, the upbeat music, the workout demos on the TVs at all times, and that the class ends 45 minutes on the dot. Love there are so many class time options as well. It’s expensive, but after 6 weeks and already seeing amazing results in tone, strength, endurance, and clothing size, it’s so worth it for me.

This place is awesome, great to see a place that pushes the development of young athletes. We came across this place when we followed Ashton here. Ashton is more than a trainer, he genuinely invests himself into his athletes and wants them to get to the top level. He helped my little brother this summer before he went off the start his college soccer career. His training put him in a much better position and ahead of the competition. Redline's facilities/equipment with Ashton's expertise is the best!

I moved to the north Dallas area back in November 2022, and after looking for several programs online for my kids to be a part of, I came across this location. It is conveniently located in Little Elm, close to my job and other major roads for faster commute. I have 12 year old twins and they were very much nervous to meet other kids because they were new but all the coaches made them feel welcomed. The atmosphere was very inviting, the place is always kept clean!! Although there is several athletes in the building, it never really feels crowded because of the way that the whole facility is structured. It also never smells like locker room, which is a big plus!! And to bring it all together they also offer classes for parents, which is a lifesaver if you’re trying to get your workout in but also have your child train at the same time. This saves me so much time, I can get it all done just by going to this one location. It’s never a hit or miss with the coaches. Very consistent professionalism and high energy. This is what every kid needs in their daily life. Oh, and don’t get me started on the owners. They are just wonderful local business owners trying to do their part to keep our children, and us as parents active, and healthy which can bring longevity to our lives. Highly recommend this place you need to come check it out for yourself!

Best gym and staff! Craig gets results. Allyn is positive and motivating. My daughter went from dance to making high school cheer in a season with their coaching. She appreciates the critical reviews on her performance which drives her to continue progressing. Will continue training here until we are done cheering!

We have been at TSI for over 2 years now. Coach Craig and his staff have made us not only feel welcome, but treat us as part of the TSI family. They are dedicated to teaching our girls the correct way to tumble and don't rush them through the process so they don't develop bad habits. My daughter loves coming to practice every week and even asks if I can sign her up for more. I also had Coach Craig put on a private stunting class for my FFL Cheerleaders and they have been asking to go back because they loved it so much! 10/10 highly recommend!

We love this place! My daughter is progressing more than she was at the all-star cheer classes. Her level 5 skills are coming along nicely now. Allyn and Craig have been such a huge help. Plus they make every class fun!

My daughter was enrolled in a tumbling class at her gymnastics and 2 years ago we decided to make the move over to TSI, per friends’ recommendations…. We are so happy we did!! The staff has all the knowledge and guidance to help their students grow and make it fun for the kids. Thank you all for everything you have taught my daughter! She would come every day if I let her💖

Things went from bad to worse with this place. We did a trial lesson for my boyfriend’s daughters (6 & 9 yr). None of the staff introduced themselves to us or explained what our girls would be doing that day. The 60 minute lesson was all drills, no breaks. They do not have a water fountain available… it’s a gym. Our youngest ultimately got sick from being run so hard by the instructor and her lack of attention to how sweaty and red in the face they were. There was an older class doing drills near us and the coach leading them was also horrible. Saying “I hate you” to the girls. That kind of coaching is never okay. Needless to say, we were glad to be out of there. 0/10 would recommend.
