Fantastic Workouts at Orangetheory! Orangetheory has been a game-changer for me. The workouts are challenging yet achievable, combining cardio, strength training, and endurance in a way that keeps things fresh and exciting. The coaches are amazing—motivating, knowledgeable, and always there to guide you through the workout or offer modifications if needed. The facilities are always clean and well-organized, and I love the heart rate monitor system that helps track my progress in real-time. It’s a great way to stay accountable and push myself to new limits. Every class is different, so it never feels repetitive, and I leave each session feeling accomplished. If you’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven workout, Orangetheory is the place to be! Highly recommend!

We've been members here for nearly 5 years! We were never "gym" people, but the atmosphere here is truly one of a kind. The staff, the coaches, they all truly care about you and are there to help you get the most out of your experience while having a great time! Worth the time and every penny.

I love OT Ballantyne! I started there a little over a year ago and I can’t imagine ever leaving. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and fun! They push you when needed and celebrate you. I have been to many Charlotte area OT but OT Ballantyne always feels like “home”

The Ballantyne studio is full of amazing people who genuinely care about you. I love every single person who works there, and every class brings me such joy. I’ve been recovering from an injury that requires PT, and every coach has remembered my limitations and has given me modifications that still challenge me without exacerbating my injury.

We just had both our daughters’ birthday party there and we were blown away with how much fun EVERYONE had! The parents enjoyed it! All the kiddos and the two birthday girls loved it ALL!! Abigail and Jonah rocked it!! So grateful for them and how they love playing with our girls and their high energy for kids is phenomenal! Highly recommend a birthday party there!! The structured obstacle courses mixed in with free time play was so great for all ages of the party! The other parents kept commenting on how great this party was and how unique this was!! Thank you so much for such a memorable birthday party for my girls!!

We had a birthday party at the Blakeney location on 12/28 for my daughter’s 7th birthday and I can’t say enough great things about the hosts, Isabella and Emma. They were so intentional with all of the kids (15ish) and made the entire party so fun and engaging for them. They made my daughter feel so special and she has already asked for another party at this location next year! We really appreciate the attention to detail and going above and beyond to help us set everything up, play all Taylor swift music (party theme) and made the experience a true 10/10. We will tell everyone we know to book a party here! Can’t thank you girls enough!!

We recently had our son's birthday party at this place. In all honesty, I was a bit skeptical, thinking it'd be quite boring with not that much to do. I will say I was very wrong; this place was great! The staff had adjusted all the equipment to gear more towards the party goers age, and they were great with the kids. I figured this would be a 90 minute crazy kid fest with children bouncing off the walls like racket balls, but it wasn't. The kids got to play for about 30 minutes; like racket balls, then the staff had a whole bunch of organized games which lasted about an 45 minutes or so. The kids really enjoyed the games and it really kept them all very involved. At the end we did pizza and cake --which we had to provide; they provided paper products and juice, and the kids had about 20 minutes or so to eat. We were the last party of the day and to my surprise, we weren't being pushed out the door. The staff were very patient with us getting everything out and didn't seem to mind that we were there 20 minutes after the party was supposed to finish. I was really pleased with this overall, and would certainly recommend it for a party location.

Lovely studio, it’s my first time doing Barre. Today was my third class. The staff seems pleasant. The space is nice well kept. The classes are not crowded, which is great. With that being said scheduling well in advance is recommended, at times even waitlisted. I personally rather that than an overcrowded room. Restroom, cubbies and lockers available. Some items for purchase and class equipment included. Location is ideal with ample parking. Charlotte

I can’t say enough good things about Pure Barre Ballantyne! Every single instructor and front desk associate has gotten to know me by name & is always so friendly & helpful! Going to class is always the highlight of my day!! They have also made it so easy to add a class into your day by having lots of class time options every day of the week! If you’re interested in taking a class don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it!!!

I am going on 4 months of being a member at Pure Barre located in Rea Farms at the end of August! I absolutely love this place. Every single instructor to the front desk and the owner are amazing people. People who care about their members and are passionate about their job. I consider this place my temple of healing. Just amazing!!! I just committed to another three months!!!

I absolutely love this place. I first tried it by purchasing a Groupon to ensure it was a good fit for me. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing a membership. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is. The instructors remember your name and will be intentional about using it to provide encouragement by saying great job, (name). The only part that can be a little intimidating is the participants. They aren't as friendly, but that plays no role in how wonderful this place is. I'm used to a more welcoming environment when it comes to the participants, but again, this has nothing to do with the business itself. I love coming here!

I really liked this place until I had a very unpleasant experience cancelling my membership. I went after my class to cancel it for the following month since I was leaving town and the employee said she left a note and the manager would cancel it and I asked if I needed to sign anything and she told me no. The next month comes around and my card was charged 150$ for my unlimited membership that I was assured was canceled. I was very frustrated since I was told it was cancelled and called and spoke with the manager who was very unpleasant and essentially told me I could not get my money back and the employee who “cancelled my membership” did not follow the correct protocol. I was frustrated because this was a mistake on the employees end and not mine and was charged 150$ for a membership I could not use once that month. I felt like the manager would not listen to anything I said and that was also very frustrating. If you decide to get a membership here, be careful when cancelling because they will not make things right if they mess up on their end.

THE most fun way to get movement into your schedule, especially if you struggle to stay motivated when exercising solo. I recommend trying a theme ride if you’re a first-timer—the energy in the studio is great.
