Best Gym near Butler, New-jersey

I'm genuinely so confused why it is so hard for them to get the sauna situation right in the women's room. Thank you for finally fixing it but before it was broken, the temperature was barely hot at all, then broken for almost a year, and now it's fixed but it must have an automatic shutoff because it is always turned off. I come into the gym, turn it on so it is hot at the end of my workout and it's always turned off when I go in!! I'm so tired of this. The whole reason I joined this gym and pay $53 a month is for the sauna...there are definitely nicer gyms out there that don't have rust on their machines. The least you guys can do is just keep up with the amenities! Most gyms the saunas are turned on 24/7.

The women’s sauna has been broken since May and we are now in October. Every time you ask when it’s going to be fixed they tell you “they are waiting for a part.” It truly doesn’t seem like it’s getting fixed anytime soon… for a gym where you’re paying over $50/month this is unacceptable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THE SAUNA :( Sincerely, A girl who loves roasting in the sauna

if i could put 0 stars i would. place is trash, the equipment is old be ready to get rust all over you if you use equipment. the management is terrible, and if there is an issue it’s never resolved, managers are rude and disrespectful to their employees, sauna has been broken forever don’t waste your money

Favorite gym I have found for myself. Have tried a few gyms and always lost motivation or desire but this gym is keeping me motivated to get stronger and keep pushing. I look forward to coming to IFS during my weekly planning. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The owners are so friendly and also provide great seminars from time to time that are so eye opening and knowledgeable! My wife and I love this place so much after being recommended by our close friend who extolled it's greatest to us for months! Best decision we made!

IFS 24 is a great gym. I stopped in at their Main location which is IFS Premier and started with personal training, Robert the owner was cordial respectful and prompt with setting me up with a trainer. After a few private sessions i was ready to get back to it myself. Granted it had been over 10 years since i stepped into the gym they made me feel comfortable and like family. I have been coming almost every day for 6 months now and i couldn’t be happier with my results, Robert and his team have given me the desire and passion to better myself again, and i always feel like it’s a non judgmental zone when i work out, which is highly appreciated. Highly recommended IFS Premier or IFS 24.

IFS24 is the cleanest and most meticulously kept gym I have ever been a member of. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a private gym that has everything you need-consider joining IFS24.

I love IFS24. Have no problem getting on machines, the equipment is state of the art, and the gym is very clean. Most importantly the gym culture at IFS is encouraging and promotes positive fitness and goals. I’m glad we made the change from Planet Fitness to IFS.

As an existing member of IFS Premier, I was thrilled when a 24-hour sister location opened. As a full-time working mom, I needed the flexibility to train at very early hours. IFS 24 accommodates my busy schedule, provides an impeccably clean environment, and offers high-quality, well-maintained equipment. Due to the facility’s secure entry system, I feel very safe training solo during off peak hours. IFS 24 also offers Trainers who are always super knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful place to train, especially if you require extra schedule flexibility.

Hands down the beat gym in the area. Super private and never over crowded like corporate gyms around here. I was losing motivation going to a corporate gym because of the crowds but Robert and IFS have made going to the gym fun and motivating for the last 9 months for me! The staff is always super helpful and the gym is immaculately clean all the time. Great machines for everyone from beginner/casual to 5-day-a-weekers!

This is by far the best, cleanest, most comprehensive gym you will ever go to!! The trainers are top notch especially Robert - they go through the proper progression on helping you reach your wellness goals whatever they may be - the environment is welcoming, friendly and professional! I am so glad I found this gym and you should too!

The small training groups are excellent, hyper-focus and you see results! Even if you are there twice a week like I am, you still experiece changes in strength, agility and challenging yourself. We do hard things during training which makes other things in life easy!

Kevin is by far the best trainer both my boys have worked with. Kevin care about each kid, creates specialized programs that fit their needs. Kevin also provided insight to sports related injuries and how to manage post injury. I have and will continue to recommend Kevin to any parent looking for their kids to gain further insight to the appropriate strength training.

Coach Sampson is a great strength coach! He was able to get me a lot stronger in only 3 months and really prepared me for college. When I arrived at college, the workouts were very similar and I felt very comfortable in the gym because of Coach Sampson's preparation. Not only did he make me stronger but he also taught me a lot of life lessons that have helped me become a better person, player, and athlete.

Coach Sampson is a great strength coach. Not only teaches great technique with workouts, he helps out when it comes to advice or support towards his athletes. I was once a walk on at my school and he helped me get right in the off season, helped changed my diet, and gave me words of wisdom that I use as a motivation everyday. This past offseason I received a scholarship and it wouldn’t be possible without him.

Kevin Sampson is a GREAT trainer who knows a successful athletic require physical and mental toughness. Kevin trained my son, a college wrestler, whose strength and conditioning improved tremendously. He also trained my daughter, a college lacrosse player, and she won a national championship, was named an All American, and was recognized as Defensive Player of the Year. Kevin contributed to all these accomplishments.

We have been sending our son to Kevin for the past 4 years. During that time, not only did Kevin totally transform our sons body, he also got him physically and mentally prepared for the grind to play football for NJ football power Bergen Catholic. Besides training our son, Kevin has also been a great listener and an amazing mentor to him. Kevin has always done his best to help our son make smart life decisions. One of the best in the business!
