I'm genuinely so confused why it is so hard for them to get the sauna situation right in the women's room. Thank you for finally fixing it but before it was broken, the temperature was barely hot at all, then broken for almost a year, and now it's fixed but it must have an automatic shutoff because it is always turned off. I come into the gym, turn it on so it is hot at the end of my workout and it's always turned off when I go in!! I'm so tired of this. The whole reason I joined this gym and pay $53 a month is for the sauna...there are definitely nicer gyms out there that don't have rust on their machines. The least you guys can do is just keep up with the amenities! Most gyms the saunas are turned on 24/7.

The women’s sauna has been broken since May and we are now in October. Every time you ask when it’s going to be fixed they tell you “they are waiting for a part.” It truly doesn’t seem like it’s getting fixed anytime soon… for a gym where you’re paying over $50/month this is unacceptable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THE SAUNA :( Sincerely, A girl who loves roasting in the sauna

if i could put 0 stars i would. place is trash, the equipment is old be ready to get rust all over you if you use equipment. the management is terrible, and if there is an issue it’s never resolved, managers are rude and disrespectful to their employees, sauna has been broken forever don’t waste your money

I have been part of this team for the past 3 months I’m a spin instructor at Kinnelon club, everyone has been great to me all the staff, members and owner are all amazing always good vibes I feel like I’ve been there for years 💪🤗🥰🔥happy training!
