The Y in Brentwood is a great place for some summer fun. It has 2 lap swimming pools, one outdoors alongside a set of slides and regular pools, and one lap pool inside. The basketball courts, though we're a bit of a letdown. They are dusty, and the lighting is not the greatest for shooting. There is a lounge area with lots of tables and 2 vending machines as well, though. The gym is small, though, but has an outdoor workout area. The outside looks very nice and refinished. However, you can tell the inside is worn and older.

My two daughters and myself absolutely love the YMCA!! A place to meet some friends and workout or just relax. So many options for everyone to enjoy. Whether it’s the tred-mill to the pool or the sauna to the aerobics rooms, you have so many things to do and have lots of fun.

We were visiting from our of town and able to use our national Y pass. Tena and Angie at the front desk were so cheerful, warm, and welcoming! They are the epitome of Southern hospitality. Beautiful facility. This Y offers so many great classes and programs for all ages. Group fitness classes had good instructors and were fun and challenging with appropriate modifications.

Would share concerns raised by many others. Way too overcrowded. Age limits not enforced and the exercise floor gets overwhelmed by the population of Brentwood’s middle schools. The leadership seems more interested in responding to online reviews than actually addressing the overcrowding. Continue to miss Maryland Farms. This was a predictable consequence of closing multiple locations in a city experiencing massive growth.

Great facility. Love the pool and the locker room showers are adequate 2 suggestions to management: 1. Post on the website and/or on the message machine the hours when the pool is setup to swim long course 50M. 2. The lifeguards should allow adult lap swimmers to use all available lanes when the pool is setup for the 50M format. Currently they restrict lap swimmers to a few lanes when the other lanes are not being used. For people who roughly swimming the same speed it is not a big deal to have 2 and even 3 swimmers in a lane (50M setup), but for swimmers who swim significantly faster than a slower swimmer it is uncomfortable for both the faster swimmer and the slower swimmer to be in the same lane. The last time I swam there in the 50M format there were 4 lanes unused, but the lifeguard mandated I swim in a lane with a swimmer who was swimming at half my speed or less. It made me feel bad every time I had to swim past him. It was a completely unnecessary mandate with half the pool sitting empty.

We love this outdoor splash pad. They have stuff for toddler and kids. My kids love the slides. There's 4 different slides. There's other splash toys and things they can play with. Most of the seating is in the sun. I wish there was more shaded umbrellas however.

My daughter had her birthday party at My Gym, and it was perfect! Stacey and Callie went above and beyond to make sure the party went smoothly and the birthday girl felt celebrated and special. They quickly memorized every child’s name and ensured each of them felt comfortable and had fun during the party. They played with the kids and did little fun games throughout the party. The birthday girl left saying this was the best party ever - and she is right! You will be so happy to have a birthday party here. 10/10

My family’s experience has been so positive over the years attending My Gym for a variety of classes, parties, and special pop-ups. The staff is always warm, friendly, quickly learns the kids names, is very involved, and makes every experience unique and fun. We’ve worked most with Ms Lindsey, Ms Sheila, and Ms Tiffany and could gush about all of them. We were first introduced through a birthday party when my oldest was about two and a half. The party was great so we visited a couple of times for drop in gym and then hosted a joint party for my older two boys when they were 3 and 5 and had THE BEST TIME. My youngest was able to attend weekly classes this past year beginning in August when he was 13 months and not yet walking. Though he was reserved for the first few classes and not completely willing to participate in all of the activities he warmed up and became a huge fan. He is a very strong climber, runs everywhere, has learned several gymnastics skills, and is totally involved in all of the activities. We also take advantage of some of the pop-up events that sometimes bring in a small business like sensory play or art, the zoo, and story time. My Gym has become a highlight of the week for us and we’ll be attending for years to come.

My daughter is 9 and has taken gymnastics and cheernastics at MyGym for 3 years. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience there. The coaches are all so kind and encouraging. The performance at the end of the year is fun and impressive. My daughter had the most amazing Taylor Swift themed birthday party and no detail was missed. Mrs. Chelsea made her feel so special! I also love the fitness aspect of the classes. My daughter has built so much strength from the exercises they practice. Definitely check it out!

My son has been going to a MyGym class since he was 8 months old. He is 6 years old now. Through the years, MyGym staff have become like family to us! They have been there for all of his developmental milestones but have also been there to see him grow and love him even on his worst toddler emotion-filled days too! We couldn’t love our MyGym family more or be more grateful for the impact they have had on our son’s life. We can’t wait to start our youngest there soon too!

Absolutely love this gym for kids! I come here with my nanny child and the teachers have always been so welcoming and sweet! They engage with each child and have great activities planned for them each week! My nanny child looks forward to this class each week! I would definitely recommend sending your little one here!

I like the coaches in this location, but I decided to cancel my membership and they charged me an extra month. I messaged them and asked why, and they never responded. When I cancelled my membership, it was the middle of December. They usually charge me on the first of every month, but they said I also have to pay in January. It’s ridiculous that they didn’t even respond to my message when I asked why. My overall experience with orange theory was ok, but I personally don’t think it’s worth the price. First of all, the class times are awful. This isn’t anything particular to this location specifically, but it’s the same in every orange theory across the US. For $170 a month, the weekend classes only go to 12pm. This is ridiculous considering the fact that most people want to relax on their mornings off. If you sign up for a regular gym like lifetime fitness, you can have access to similar HIIT classes and other classes, nice gym facilities, spa services, etc for the same price. I only wish I didn’t waste 6 months of my time and money at this gym because I wasn’t able to attend some times when I wanted to due to their lack of class times. And their classes filled up pretty quickly too. Seems they have too many members in this location. Another thing, is that they will not let you in to the class if you are like 5 minutes late. This isn’t the type of quiet class environment like a yoga class which you would be disturbing everyone if you entered late. Everyone is doing their own thing and they won’t even notice someone walking in late with the loud early 2000s music blaring over the speakers. Therefore, I don’t understand with that policy and I completely disagree with it. They never explained this to me when I signed up for this gym and I once came a few minutes late and they didn’t let me in. It was the rude female brunette manager. This is not a job where you need to clock in at a specific time, nor should it feel that way. For the price I’m paying, I should be allowed to walk in five minutes late after wasting my time to get there. Not to mention, this location is in a very high traffic area next to the freeway where it’s usually very difficult to find parking, and they should have some level of understanding. I should have cancelled my membership right after that due to the lack of respect. Edit: looks like I got a response from the owner. First of all, including my personal information such as contracts that I signed on a public google review is highly unprofessional, and I am alarmed that this information was shared to the public. Please do better. Secondly, I signed up for the membership online, but your staff never took the time to explain these policies to me. As these are not policies in most other gyms in the country, I was taken aback by this. It is their job to explain these policies and they failed to do so. So no, there is “no confusion caused” just a lack of competency and accountability from your end. And the “warming up” thing doesn’t make any sense. The only times we have ever had a warm up routine is for the weight lifting classes. If I start on the rower or the treads, there is technically no “warming up.” Lastly, you never addressed the fact that your staff never responded to my text message. Completely absurd.

A great place for workout! Excellent coaches! Love that it’s a variety on the floor so you train different muscles every day. I’ve been going 5 days a week for almost a year! And this is the best decision I’ve made for my health. I used to get intimidated seeing super fit athletes, achieving top percentile results. But now I see improvement in myself and it’s a Great feeling 😊 In addition, they have different challenges and activities every month. And the coaches are super fun 🤩

Been a part of this OTF location since early 2022. I have loved every minute of it. It has helped with all the "issues" I had with working out post college. I am now working out with friends and have a coach telling me what to do, letting me put my phone down and enjoy an hour of simple hard work. You won't regret joining this gym. Feels like family.

I was a $100 member for 9 months. Once the new management took over the instructors changed and so the the quality. There is zero community. They canceled the 6:30pm class, the only one I could attend with my schedule, so I went to the 7:30am class and was 2 minutes late due to a long stop light and was locked out of the BUILDING. That is why I give this place a 1

I love everything about this Maryland Farm's location! It is very spacious, clean and filled with amazing staff! I did a 7am class and everyone was so happy to see me and genuienly kind, even that early in the morning! Kenna gave me so much encouragement to do a class and I'm so glad Olympia was my first instructor! She was very supportive, made me comfortable throughout the class, allowed for variations so that you could choose how far you pushed yourself and never once made you feel like you weren't trying hard enough or that you weren't doing it right. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to tryout cycling! Go have fun; you won't regret it!

I attended F45 Brentwood for a couple months in 2024. I really enjoyed the workout structure that they offer at these studios, it was challenging but also doable for anyone at any fitness level. The coaches are friendly and always available to lend their expertise. I would have continued attendance but due to location and schedule I had to find something that was a better fit for my schedule. Thank you F45 Brentwood!

Great atmosphere, great members, great owners / staff, everyone wants to get in and push themselves to get better each session. Great motivators and coaches, that help with managing the workouts (pacing) and safety (motions). As each session finishes, there’s a lot of congratulations and a few social conversations creating a nice atmosphere where one wants to return for the group dynamic. The exercises vary enough to keep your body challenged but with enough consistency to note progress. Recommend for those that have done a lot of fitness (sports, etc.) previously, probably have taken a break, and are now looking to get back into that type of environment but with exercises that are more mindful of long term body impacts.

I’m visiting Resilient Health & Performance for several months now as a part of my recovery program after the rotation cuff surgery. That was the best decision I’ve made. Very professional and caring staff. Simple to say, it’s a great Center or Office experience. My therapist, Erin is all what I mentioned and above that; professional , knowledgeable and caring. It’s place to go and I highly recommend it.

I love the Iron Tribe community. It is well known that exercise is good for us. However, what is not as well known is the more social the exercise, the better. Iron Tribe offers a strong community with very knowledgeable coaches and caring members that provide motivation and accountability to be consistent and push for short and long term goals. I have seen significant improvement in my overall fitness thanks to comprehensive approach ITF offers. It has been a perfect fit for me.

Iron Tribe was exactly what I needed after having 3 babies. As a previous college athlete, I was looking for something that would be challenging every day, but also provide coaching & a team like environment. It has become a consistent part of my day and has helped keep my energy levels up. I can chase down 3 kiddos a lot easier now that I've been working on power cleans and deadlifts at Iron Tribe! The people at the gym are great as well - it doesn't feel like competition, but is more encouraging to show up and do your best each day! I can't express how wonderful this place has been for me, my health, family and life. If you are thinking about trying it out, DO IT! You won't regret doing it for yourself and your fitness!

The people, process, and coaching are what separate Iron Tribe from everything else. I am not one who has ever enjoyed working out in a gym. I had not been in a gym for 15 years before joining. I underestimated the value of the team atmosphere and top notch coaching you receive. I have met a lot of great people going through the 101 class and enjoy seeing them succeed. The coaching I received during the 101 classes prepared me and produced amazing results quickly. I truly appreciate the attention to detail the from coaches. They are positively encouraging and have created a welcoming culture, no matter your fitness level. I can’t recommend this team at the Iron Tribe Brentwood highly enough (Caleb, Kasper, Kari and Lindsey).

Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Leist and his office staff! This was not my first visit but I knew he would help me as I had a near fall on a concrete floor and pulled something in my knee area.
