Great facility, reasonable rates, and true 1:1 attention. You're literally the only person in the gym when training with the owner. The facility has a selection of brand new, state of the art equipment in a very clean atmosphere. They take the time to find out what your goals are and they tailor your workout to hit those goals and push you to excel further. Five stars! Great gym, great trainer, great results!

Evan is super friendly and positive! He takes into consideration what your goals are and creates a unique and completely personalized program to get you to your goal. He provides good insights into the how and why behind each exercise and motivates me to do my best! Love the one-on-one attention at a competitive price. Definitely worth the commitment to yourself if you are ready to level up and get away from the “big box” gyms!

This gym is fantastic. Everything is clean and organized, and the intimate mat room is decorated with the lineage and history of jiu jitsu. I will become a regular this year and have already recommended it publicly. The price/value is beyond fair and the community is one of integrity and honor. Highly recommended.

Firstly 36E fitness is not your franchise big box gym (which I do belong to). Rather it is a studio gym focusing on private gym sessions. It is a small business that will evaluate/plan/ teach/train each person for what results they are expecting. BUT as a member and a personal friend to company I will say it should be the go-to for ppl looking to either train or get into the fitness lifestyle. It could be a a fitness freak that wants to get one-on-one training and focus on there final goal OR it could be someone older that has never lifted a dumb bell and wants to get into working out for there health needs, privacy, etc. His equipment is new, sanitized every client, and during covid it is nice to know you are not sharing space with anyone else. I have been attending here for several years. I want to love the place- decent members, good location, helps community, etc. I enjoy the gym for the most part. The pool has declined in it's overall care and management in last few years. The water has become colder, dirtier, and the ladies shower needs work and proper cleaning. Also some of the lifeguards in evenings alook miserable, nor do they keep to the pool schedule. The pool is pretty much a free-for-all most nights after 6pm. Families and teens and youg adults infiltrate lap lanes. Lifeguards have friends come by. If there are no lap lanes due to a bunch if kids playing it it, many lifeguards tell you "you can talk to them about it if you want." I have been in there when kids are screaming for long periods on end and nothing is done. Shrill, piercing screams...not just kids playing. I wrote the director about this; she just does not answer. I know others have also complained- but nothing was done about any if it. I have since begun driving the 45 min round trip to the Easton pool, which is a completely different experience. The schedule is adhered to and the rules controlled. The lifeguards are attentive and present. Comments about the daycare are true; I have witnessed workers being crass with the children. The gym area is a bit better and people are generally nice. But since Covid I have seen an influx of people who refuse to wipe machines down, and young people having loud conversations laden with offensive words, people sitting on a machine on their phone for 20 mins or more, and people on FaceTime having loud phone conversations with the speaker on. I just put ear buds in and try to ignore. Also now they have some weird locker rule that changed several times. I saw some guy followed the rules and paid for his locker only to have the lock cut off anyway...last I heard nothing was done about that. On a Saturday I had to knock on the door at 3:28pm and the workers at the front desk ignored it. Another woman knocked too...I know they could hear it because once inside, I easily heard patrons knocking from the front desk! They said well we no longer let anyone inside once it is 30 minutes before close, and we begin rounding people up to leave at 3:50pm. I usually attend during the week and there have been times at 20 minutes to close they tell you you need to leave. Workers must want to get out of there at 1 minute after closing. They say it is not them, the corporate office makes the alarm go off no matter if everyone is out of the gym or not. Many people do not have the luxury of punching out the time clock the minute their workplace closes; give better customer service or you will lose your patrons who know better and whose memberships are basically paying for the place to keep running. If you say anything about any of these things, it gets blamed on the recent takeover by Bucks County. That is what happened when I (nicely) said something to the front desk about the new membership changes. The Y has signs all over talking about youth development and social responsibility and accountability, but patrons of the Y really do not need to follow any rules, which does not really make sense given their "doctrine." I suspect the management here is not managing from a position of strength, but one of weakness, so no one is making things better. I also wrote member services once and received no answer. I really wish things were different because I believe many of these issues could easily be improved with not much effort like the customer service aspect....I still enjoy the gym but do not attend the pool (3 mins from my house) any longer.

Great and friendly people , they have a pool ,steam room , sauna , which is very good for me , no private showers 🥴 (I’m not that confident lol) , you can get lost easily if you are not familiar with this facility . Some people use the sauna to dry their sweaty clothes 🤮. I have to say that this location needs some Work . The jacuzzi seems to have been broke for a long time, it looks disgusting and many rooms have a bad snell .

Had my son’s birthday party here. The doors to the locker room were left open which are connected to the rented room. It stank like a dirty sock and there were people walking in and out constantly to get to the locker rooms instead of using the other door. The pool was clean and nice though and overall not an awful place but even the vents in the locker rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in 20 years.

I started at KSP back in February. I was thrilled to have found this gym (through my Daughter Emily). This fitness center is the best I have ever been to. I have toned up quite a bit over the last several months and everyone at the gym is so supportive and kind. The structure and guidance was what intrigued me. They have a set of workouts planned and we do it together. They modify the workout if you can not do certain movements. (I have a bad shoulder and a bad knee). This is truly a wonderful community to get involved with if you are looking to get in shape. I needed to gain mobility and strengthen my core. I had been so sedentary before coming and I am so grateful for the flexibility I have gained. As a grandmother of 10, I am now able to walk up and down the steps carrying my my newest granddaughter without holding on. (It may seem like a small feat for some, but to me this is amazing.) Thank you Kyle and the staff at KSP!! You are all awesome!!

I have been working out with KSP fitness since last year and could not be more pleased with them as a company that puts their clients first and I am thrilled with the results! The first time I met with Kyle and Brian it was all about my goals and concerns. They did a thorough evaluation and put together a focused training plan specifically for me. I am about 4 months in and as I said, I am thrilled with the results. Every time I walk in their facility their first question is how do I feel, what is acting up, etc.. They are focused on ensuring a safe and effective workout that helps me move closer to my goals. The facility itself is awesome! I really enjoy the layout, the equipment, etc.. Absolutely top notch gym! I have spent my life working out at gyms in all the places I have lived and KSP would be at the top of my list.

KSP fitness is by far the best gym that anyone could ever join. KSP fitness is more then a gym it is a family. The owner, staff, and other members genuinely care, motivate, support and respect each other. I can not say enough of as to how wonderful the gym and overall environment is. Everyone wants each other to be successful! The workouts are incredible! The owner and staff put together challenging workouts while making sure everyone has the proper form to prevent injury. They also make sure there is modifications for those that need it. Going to KSP fitness is the greatest gift you could give yourself.

Such an amazing gym! The staff is always welcoming, smiling and making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, which helps me stay focused and push myself during my workouts. I have noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness level since joining this gym a little over a month ago. I honestly feel energized. Every day is something different, so you never know exactly what you are going to get. Which might sound intimidating but actually makes it fun. The trainers provide instructions along the way and plenty of modifications for exercises, making it accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels (which you will see in their members). I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey at this gym and seeing an even healthier version of myself along the way

I really enjoy this gym. Great staff, lots of equipment, clean and positive environment. They have a fridge area where you can purchase frozen meals if you're on the go and want a healthy meal, protein shakes, and so much more. They also have a vitamin/nutrition shop where they sell protein shakes, supplements and much more. When you first join the gym a personal trainer will meet with you to do a body analysis that measures your weight, bone and muscle mass and other things. Overall a great gym.

Best Gym on the East cost. Pat did an amazing job starting this gym near the beginning of COVID and continues to improve. Shane does a great job at the front desk. Theres a physical therapy segment inside Run by Taylor Foster, who does an amazing job with manual therapy and is super knowledgeable. This is the best gym I’ve been to on the East cost. Very blessed to live near it. Check it out!!!

Unfortunately I had an uncomfortable situation with the manager Hunter Russiano regarding to my contract with my trainer. I will not play the game “customer always right” because I don’t believe on that but when I went to the gym since the beginning he gave me a vibe of he was not there to support or help me out to understand my concerns about the contract. He was acting like he was too busy to help out in the lobby or front desk. After I explained to him I’m no longer need the trainer for the moment because my work schedule changed, he make me feel like I didn’t have any other option but keep paying for the trainer (he didn’t explain for how long) so I can be able to access to the gym. I requested the paperwork I signed up, was looking for the paperwork and after a couple minutes he said he didn’t found it because that’s not he’s job. He never provided it info of cancellation, didn’t gave me any option to resolve my problem. So I left the gym very disappointed. On my way home I realized I signed couple papers, so I decided to call back the gym to request copies of everything I signed up to take it to a lawyer that can actually help me to understand and see if in effect I do not have options like Hunter said and I let them know I will pass by the Friday at 4pm so he can have the time to find the documents he was not able to find earlier. When I came back to gym, Hunter was very hostile and said that my lawyer can do the request of all documents on court, and Luis Hardenber told me I was not welcome to gym I was not longer a member at gym and had to leave, so I asked him if I’m not longer a member that’s meant I will not see any payment on my bank account for the gym because I’m not longer a member? And he responded my question saying that I am a member, but because I mentioned a lawyer now the gym lawyer has to resolve with my lawyer in court. I can’t explain how uncomfortable and the intimidation vibe they gave me. In that moment Justin stated talking to me explaining things that Hunter didn’t, in my opinion Justin have a better understanding and respect to deal with hard situations then the manager Hunter. Justin helped me out to understand the situation the options that I actually had to end my contract and made me feel way more comfortable and Justin with less then 5 minutes was close to make me stay in the gym and not do any legal actions, but the looks Hunter and Luis were giving to us when Justin was doing his job made me uncomfortable and unwelcome to the gym so I decided to leave the place. I will not said I WAS RIGHT but there’s ways of how to communicate with customers. Manager need to have the patience to explain customer concern about the billing. Especially if the customer is not being loud or rude.

I joined ISFS in January 2015 when a friend suggested we do a weight loss challenge. I didn't realize everything I would get out of this new adventure in my life! ISFS is not just a fitness studio, it is a place for all to feel welcome, a place to meet new people and make great friends & a place of support while learning how to balance healthy eating & exercise. Wendy, Shanen and all instructors are well trained and make sure to show all forms of impact during classes. They are always open to suggestions for new classes and are great at communicating what's new at the studio. I have joined many gyms in the past and always lost interest after a few months. I have been going strong with ISFS for almost two years! In all honesty, when I made a recent move, I was sure to find my new home close to ISFS.

Facility is clean and organized. Nothing flashy and overly trendy...it's a very functional gym where you can complete workouts...what I want! Price is right and the owner is extremely responsive and accessible. Chain facilities have their place, but this is what I chose to continue my health journey.

I don’t usually give out bad reviews, but in this case I have to. Horrible customer service. completely unprofessional. I was taking two weeks off from work a week prior. I called multiple times throughout the day. Went onto their website and filled out contact forms three times. Not once did anybody contact me. I was inquiring about their free two week pass, and then their yearly fee after that. I was looking forward to doing this on my two week vacation and resetting my goals. Totally disappointed in them and would never recommend them.

PROS: The studio is very clean and the heated room is great. Most of the instructors are fantastic with the exception of the owners. CONS: My advice to the owner is for her to take some business and communication classes as I've experienced her talking bad about other instructors and clients during class. The same goes for her husband, as he can seem rude to his clients. However, the main issue is that classes are canceled with no reason given. It's sad because they could have a great business in the community. I left for another studio that has a more positive atmosphere and with a more consistent schedule.

Hands down, Boomfit is one of my favorite places to be! I've been working with John for almost three years now, and I've seen huge gains in my strength and mobility, that carry over to my everyday life. I've been an athlete my whole life and love working out, staying active and feeling strong- at Boomfit you get a little bit of everything. You'll get mobility work, strength training and fitness/cardio work- and if you're looking for it, guidance on lifestyle and nutrition choices to help you reach your goals. I don't think I've done the same workout twice; and while you will get stronger and fit, John's programming is designed to improve movement and functional everyday activities. Best of all, the atmosphere and community John has nurtured at the gym is safe and fun for all levels of fitness. Just come ready to learn, work and have some fun and you'll fit right in! I can't recommend John or Boomfit highly enough!!
