I really enjoy this gym. Great staff, lots of equipment, clean and positive environment. They have a fridge area where you can purchase frozen meals if you're on the go and want a healthy meal, protein shakes, and so much more. They also have a vitamin/nutrition shop where they sell protein shakes, supplements and much more. When you first join the gym a personal trainer will meet with you to do a body analysis that measures your weight, bone and muscle mass and other things. Overall a great gym.

Best Gym on the East cost. Pat did an amazing job starting this gym near the beginning of COVID and continues to improve. Shane does a great job at the front desk. Theres a physical therapy segment inside Run by Taylor Foster, who does an amazing job with manual therapy and is super knowledgeable. This is the best gym I’ve been to on the East cost. Very blessed to live near it. Check it out!!!

Unfortunately I had an uncomfortable situation with the manager Hunter Russiano regarding to my contract with my trainer. I will not play the game “customer always right” because I don’t believe on that but when I went to the gym since the beginning he gave me a vibe of he was not there to support or help me out to understand my concerns about the contract. He was acting like he was too busy to help out in the lobby or front desk. After I explained to him I’m no longer need the trainer for the moment because my work schedule changed, he make me feel like I didn’t have any other option but keep paying for the trainer (he didn’t explain for how long) so I can be able to access to the gym. I requested the paperwork I signed up, was looking for the paperwork and after a couple minutes he said he didn’t found it because that’s not he’s job. He never provided it info of cancellation, didn’t gave me any option to resolve my problem. So I left the gym very disappointed. On my way home I realized I signed couple papers, so I decided to call back the gym to request copies of everything I signed up to take it to a lawyer that can actually help me to understand and see if in effect I do not have options like Hunter said and I let them know I will pass by the Friday at 4pm so he can have the time to find the documents he was not able to find earlier. When I came back to gym, Hunter was very hostile and said that my lawyer can do the request of all documents on court, and Luis Hardenber told me I was not welcome to gym I was not longer a member at gym and had to leave, so I asked him if I’m not longer a member that’s meant I will not see any payment on my bank account for the gym because I’m not longer a member? And he responded my question saying that I am a member, but because I mentioned a lawyer now the gym lawyer has to resolve with my lawyer in court. I can’t explain how uncomfortable and the intimidation vibe they gave me. In that moment Justin stated talking to me explaining things that Hunter didn’t, in my opinion Justin have a better understanding and respect to deal with hard situations then the manager Hunter. Justin helped me out to understand the situation the options that I actually had to end my contract and made me feel way more comfortable and Justin with less then 5 minutes was close to make me stay in the gym and not do any legal actions, but the looks Hunter and Luis were giving to us when Justin was doing his job made me uncomfortable and unwelcome to the gym so I decided to leave the place. I will not said I WAS RIGHT but there’s ways of how to communicate with customers. Manager need to have the patience to explain customer concern about the billing. Especially if the customer is not being loud or rude.

Paid $8 to come workout with my dad who has a membership and it’s a great gym that‘s well equipped with all different types of weights and machines along with some cardio equipment. We there from around 8:30-10 on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t crowded and no wait for any machines.
