I’ve been with X3 Sports in the BJJ program for quite a few years (about 17 years as of 2024) and have been fortunate to have great instructors like Tony Tucci and Jason Duncan. The level of instruction is incredible. Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and are committed to the development of their students. Other classes like Fast Track and Kickboxing help to reinforce training aspects such as conditioning, proprioception, explosive power, and balance. All the classes work well together to help meet training goals. Most importantly, X3 Sports is a community. My classmates are my family. My instructors are my mentors. The culture is welcoming and inviting to everyone.

#impact. So glad I came back to one of the beat kickboxing martial arts gyms around. The trainers are amazing. The classes are challenging and the impact tool allows me to track my progress between classes. Great decision for my health and fitness 👍

My name is Malcolm Noel , I began training and working out with x3 February 2024 and haven’t stopped coming back since. I’ve learned new sets of skills and have had tremendous physical gains as a result of training here. The staff is very friendly and hands on when giving tours and explaining the program. This gym is not only my place to train and workout but a place where I feel at him wit such trainers like Tony Tucci, and Clint schwarzinger. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s serious about physical fitness and or martial arts ! Team x3 4ever

I’ve been on and off at X3 Sports since 2018. I love that the gym isn’t about hype or trends, it’s actual training. I’m currently working with Coach Marcus to learn strength training and it’s been great! He’s a good coach and motivates me throughout our sessions. We also have casual conversations throughout which is a nice distraction when you’re pushing yourself to complete a set. I’ve already seen great results working with him and I’ve learned a lot about form and best practices. Highly recommend!

The Refinery is an amazing gym, with amazing coaches, and an encouraging community of members. I have been a member since Jan 2024 and I have loved my time with the gym. The facilities are always clean, there are nice gym amenities, the coaches and staff are very professional. I participate in build & burn classes and pure strength classes. No one class has been the same since I started. I highly recommend this gym if any of the things I mentioned are important to you.

Great gym with all the equipment you need. The trainers are all extremely kind and motivating, especially Allysa, Shaun, and Wayne. I have the membership with open gym access and 5 build & burn classes - the “Fitness 5” membership. The open gym is straightforward, and it doesnt get too crowded. The classes are great and feel like good full-body workouts. This gym also has a great app that is easy to use to sign up for classes. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. They offer two free trial visits, so I’d recommend giving it a try!

Had two Build & Burn classes this week. One with Shaun and one with Eli. Different formats for each class, but both workouts were great! As always, the trainers were attentive and helpful. If you haven’t been to the Refinery yet you really need to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

The Refinery is a great gym to be a member of. The Build and Burn classes are always fun and challenging. The Pure Strength will push you to work hard. With the new updates, the Open Gym doesn’t feel as cramped anymore. The facility is modern, with great equipment, clean locker room/shower facilities, and most importantly, wonderful trainers and staff. A one of a kind gym in the area.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about STAT Wellness and how much they’ve had a positive impact on my health both internally and externally! I train here usually about 3-4 times a week — every instructor is amazing! They meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey and make sure you have proper technique so you don’t injure yourself in a way that isn’t intimidating even if you’ve never lifted weights. It’s a very friendly environment which makes a big difference as well! My favorite thing about STAT is the medicine side though — they have a holistic approach that takes into account so many different factors and they try to take a natural approach to help you improve your health and meet your goals. They educate you on proper nutrition and SO MUCH MORE! I truly can go on and on but all I have to say is just stop by and see for yourself. You will not regret it! I came in pre-diabetic and I’m not anymore and that’s just one of many positive changes that the team at STAT has been a catalyst of. Thank you guys so much!

I have been participating in their full program (wellness, nutrition, and movement) for the past year. I highly recommend all of the staff members at STAT. They make each part of their program feel personalized and never rushed. I used to enjoy the large exercise classes at other gyms but never felt that they were personal enough or careful to ensure that further injuries were not incurred. Here you don't ever feel judged while working out. You are encouraged to perform at your personal best. The classes are small which allows the instructors to ensure proper form while working out and they will modify exercises if you have a restriction or injury. The wellness staff takes the time to listen to you and looks at you as a whole complex being. They do not just try to "treat" a symptom. I am happy that I found this all inclusive wellness place.

This place is a gem. Until STAT, I had never been to a medical office that I felt was worth every penny. I have been working with Athena for a few years, and absolutely adore her. I moved away over two years ago, but continue to work with her simply because I haven’t found a new provider who is worth replacing her. She is so kind, thorough, listens to my concerns, stays on top of new research, and is very open minded to ideas that I bring up. Beyond that, everyone at this office is so friendly and accommodating. Love this place, and highly recommend to those seeking to improve their health.

I wanted to leave Stat Wellness a 5 star review for how helpful they have been for me. They make me feel heard and respected and also never make me feel judged. I have been seeing Kristin Oja regularly since 2020 and her intelligent yet compassionate approach keeps me feeling confident in her ability to guide me towards the healthiest version of myself! This group has helped me in times where they had to be overly flexible due to different things happening on my end and they ALWAYS have made me feel that they truly care and want what’s best for me. I feel extremely grateful for Stat Wellness and all they do for me! What an incredible community.

Had my first trial visit with the instructor Ryan. He was welcoming and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. Ryan seems extremely fit and knowledgeable. He had a very positive, friendly and encouraging attitude. The facility is well-maintained. The equipment was laid out and well organize for the class. Being able to follow the models demonstrating the exercises on the monitors and the countdown clock were very helpful. The 45 minutes seemed to pass quickly. I normally work out 4 to 5 times a week in a traditional gym. I think the F45 system will definitely be effective in helping me reach my goal of getting my body fat down to 10% or less.

Best F45 Effective exercise - great for conditioning and overall fitness. Very friendly and helpful staff - they step in and help you improve your forms during the sessions Great and fun energy onsite Super easy to park - in a shopping center right next to restaurants, Publix, CVS, Truist Bank. EV parking available and additional park spots available in the deck super easy to get to. Plenty of natural lights - corner unit Very easy to get to even during rush hours. Very accessible location and easy to avoid traffic.

Love it here. The coaches are encouraging and helpful. The workouts are for everyone, doesn't matter your fitness level. The class times work for me and I'm in and out in less than hour. I signed up in December 2023 after coming off a surgery and was able to ease back into it without feeling pressure from anyone, but amazing help from all the coaches. I wished I had discovered F45 sooner.

Love love love Stellar Bodies. It’s legit one of my favorite places now. I love the work out. It’s intense and challenging and I walk away feeling confident and stronger each week. It was intimidating during my first class because Lagree was new to me, but my favorite instructor Cori was so helpful and knowledgeable she made me feel really comfortable. I’ve taken many classes with different instructors and they are all fabulous. Although my favorite studio is The Works, the Buckhead studio is also awesome!

I just love the Pvolve Atlanta community! Every person I have met is super friendly and helpful. We had a great Members Only class this morning with Katie, after which we were treated to complementary beverages and swag bags with personal handwritten notes... thanks for spoiling us, Amber! I haven't exercised regularly (if at all) in at least ten years and I have been working this program consistently since I started. I love that it is low impact, high resistance, and you can see changes within the first month. I am thrilled with my results in only six weeks, and my energy level and motivation are at an all-time high! I love how I feel… I even took two classes this weekend and upgraded my membership!

Terrible experience with their membership cancellation process. They make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel, and even though I initiated my cancellation 15 days before my next billing cycle, they’re still charging me. I haven’t even been using the gym, but they’re forcing me to pay for another month. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out The Forum Gym or Crunch Fitness instead. They offer better facilities and, most importantly, fair and straightforward cancellation policies. Avoid this gym if you value flexibility and good customer service.

Went to a Y for the first time in about 10 years and I think I had the wrong expectations. I thought it would be a relaxed and welcoming and inclusive sort of community feeling with helpful staff to get you started. I had to work out an auto-renew issue with my account on my phone so I stood around the front desk for a while when I first got there and quickly had my expectations dashed. Not only were the five or so staff sitting behind the desk not being very friendly or helpful, but they were smack talking people’s appearances while I was standing right there. It was surreal...Then when I said hey it’s my first time, what do I need to know, one of the six people just pointed to the hallway signs behind him and just named off what the areas were. That was it. I didn’t see staff help anyone while I was there and the whole group was still just sitting behind the desk when I left. No one talked to me about classes or whatever holiday program they have right now or lockers or wiping down equipment or anything. I guess it’s fine, I’ll figure everything out one way or another, but what a different experience from when I went to a Y when I was younger. I guess I’m going to try going again, but feeling a less comfortable and a lot less confident about the whole experience…

I love this YMCA! The affordability compared to other gyms and classes got me in the door and I am so happy it did. I go about 5 days a week now and have been for the past 10 months and it has really changed my life. The group exercise classes are amazing and the machines and weights are all well kept. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The nationwide membership is also a great benefit and I have been able to visit different Ys and their classes around the country while traveling for work.

I thought this gym was finally getting better but new management is actually worse. Weights are all over the place as seen in this photo. Manager is very disrespectful in his response to member complaints. This is the worse gym in all the locations I’ve visited. Some staff are personable but others are completely rude. This out weighs any good. It’s such a shame how different this location is in comparison to other locations.

I started going to this gym because of the convince to my house and child’s school, but I have to say this gym is just GROSS!!! I mean from the bathroom to the workout floor. The sauna is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I pay almost $100 a month in membership fees and this is just not okay. One of the things I pay for is “kids club” the kids club is rarely open despite having people pay for it monthly. They have a new manager name Cam but I don’t think he’s doing a good job. Nothing has improved with this club in fact it has gotten worse. The gym needs more staff and a complete cleaning and sanitation. It’s always the clubs that have more “Black” members that have such low regard to sanitation and community. They need to do better. Especially with the kids club because lack of staffing has ALWAYS been a problem.

Based on the number of members this is probably the busiest location in Metro Atlanta; however, it's the worst maintained location. The amenities are always broken and the locker rooms are not cleaned often. Management seems to be of little concern.

I started going to this gym in April 2024 and recently froze my membership. The primary reason? They do not care about families here. I homeschool my kids and starting our day with a workout was crucial to our daily routine. I was paying an extra $30/month for the childcare and for the past few months it’s rarely open. Before that, it was never ever clean. Sticky surfaces and floors. Smudged windows. Peeling paint and drywall. Leaking ceilings. You name it!!! Completely neglected! The babysitter at that time was phenomenal, but they didn’t value her and treated her badly (yes right in front of the parents). In those eight months there’s been four different managers and no improvement to the facility. The equipment is old and rusted. Dust everywhere. Weights never on the racks! Bathrooms just yuck! Sanitizing wipes never available. I seriously don’t understand how this location is still open. It’s a disgrace to the brand’s reputation. They don’t even greet you when you walk in! You would think the staff is being held against their will because everyone always has an attitude and takes legitimate safety concerns and complaints personally. I tried my best to be patient and give the new managers time to implement positive changes but it’s no use. I hope the new manager Cam and the janitorial lead Tasha sees these reviews and for once take action to change things. I’m willing to resume my membership if they can start to do their jobs and get the place under control. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 mins to a different facility for basic accommodations and considerations. It’s so sad and unfortunate. Also watch out for Chris in sales. I was enrolled in a membership that wasn’t what he advertised to me. Found out when I tried working out in another state. I ended up canceling it and started over at that different club. Consequently I had to pay the initiation fee twice because Chris lied about what he sold me. Thankfully that new rep set me with an even better deal as a courtesy for the inconveniences caused by camp creek!

A caution for anyone reserving a pavilion. Though the listings like the one pictured below may claim that a pavilion has electricity, it is not guaranteed. I reserved a pavilion and found out upon arrival that the electricity didn’t work and there is nobility that maintains it to address the issue. I will note that electricity not being guaranteed is written in the contract when you pay, but I trusted the initial listing. I think they should remove electricity as included all together.

Pools closed, and the ladies at the desk have no customer service and an extremely cold towards people to be working in customer service. Maybe switching them to outside would be better for them so they don’t have to interact with people and can stay on their phones. However the park is larger, well kept and very beautiful. If the pool was open and better customer service, it would be a 10 stars
