If your not prepared to be sweating buckets & pushed to the ultimate limit then this gym is not for you 💯 I’ve been following boxing ever since I was 6 years old & this is the most authentic & old school style of boxing training I’ve ever seen & encountered. You seriously feel like your in a rocky movie. Their hour class feels like eternity. You go through so much workouts in just a short amount of time. Not only are you getting a great workout during the class but the instructors actually teach you boxing fundamentals & technique. Everything from proper form, footwork, defense, mitt work, speed bag & heavy bag work. It’s a great experience. The decor & memorabilia in the gym also gives it such a nostalgic feel & really motivates you to do better. They treat everyone the same here it doesn’t matter if your a kid, adult, amateur boxer or even pro. I’ve seen everyone treated with the same respect 🤝 this is not one of the best boxing gyms in the city it’s one of the best boxing gyms in the entire country & I mean that very seriously. Montell Griffin did a great thing by opening up this gym. Much respect champ

They offer many different boxing classes. Youth, bootcamp, FITE club, etc. As a hobbyist I really enjoyed the bootcamp class. All trainers I've had were awesome; they tailor the training to your skill and conditioning level. Jessica has exceptional people skills - I recommend her to beginners. Overall an outstanding organization.

I LOVE it here!! I attend the boxing boot camp classes. I had never done boxing before and it was intimidating at first but now it has become my favorite workout. All the trainers are friendly and are always willing to help you improve your form and technique. I 100% recommend to everyone (they have opportunities for all age groups).

Matt is a fantastic boxing coach/trainer. If you just want to get in great shape for beach season, he's got you. But if you want to master the fundamentals, practice the finer details & nuances, and hone your overall grasp of the Sweet Science, he's got you there, too! Sign up for a Private Training Session - I guarantee that you won't regret it🥊

I used to come here and I remember they trained me for the first week and then after that no coach would approach me. Idk if it was personal but who cares now. The speed bags would also tear and be unusable but the replacement wouldn't come in for weeks at times. I'm spending $25 for this?? I'm going somewhere with coaches who have an actual passion to teach new members.

Where do I even start, ever since my first day walking into this gym my life has changed in ways you can't even imagine from mental health to physical, I walked in there limping with a cane, with intense pain from having multiple surgeries and still to this day a herniated disc, I remember walking around and literally everyone was so friendly and felt amazing energy being there. The place is great, the people are super friendly, the trainers are amazing, and Sam feels like a father that's cares for everyone. I never really told him but he is the reason I left my cane for good and now I don't limp, I run, and I believe in my self so much. Thank you Sam and your amazing gym, I can tell you now that I will never leave this place.

FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR CLASS HOURS/DAYS: Classes are great, the coaches help with every small detail. It’s really cheap as well with a military discount 80$/mo. I’m signing up now. Their website is not updated so decided to post this for everyone Update... changing my review to 3 stars. I enjoyed their classes initially but I began to lose interest in the material they taught. The instructors are knowledgeable but due to group classes it's not too involved. It's mainly cardio for 20 minutes and techniques for 20 mins and then stretching for 10 minutes. It's good for beginners but I'm joining a different gym now.

Classes are great but had to cancel membership for my child because of safety. In the Parking lot my girl got exposed by an older man, constantly old men being disgusting and disrespectful . If your a women I highly consider not to take your child around here alone.
