Love the atmosphere in the gym. Owner/coach is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. No better place to learn the ins and outs of boxing. A true gem.

Did a session with Coach Miguel today and it was awesome. Old-School training at it's finest and at very affordable prices compared to other boxing gyms in the area.

Clean gym with a great atmosphere for 1 on 1 training. You get hands on coaching and a heck of a workout. The trainer works well with all age levels.
