F45 Training Tempe Town Lake

I absolutely love the workouts here! I never thought I would be the person to pay for a membership at a group fitness gym like this, but after doing trials of several different gyms throughout the valley, I knew that I wanted to continue going to F45 out of them all. The workouts are only 45 minutes which goes by quickly, and the workouts are efficient full body workouts, alternating between cardio and resistance, so you get a little bit of everything. The coaches are very helpful in making sure you have correct form and encouraging in increasing weight when you are ready. I recommend this gym to everyone!

This is a great way to switch up your regular workouts at the gym. It contains full body workouts that personally give me more body movement than my traditional workouts at the gym. The community at F45 is great! Worth every penny!

I’ve been doing F45 for a few weeks and I absolutely love it here ! The coaches are extremely supportive and will guide you through the workout as a newbie. I can already see noticeable improvements in strength and insurance!

I joined Tempe town lake F45 in March of 2021 and I have absolutely loved my experience there, as i write this 2.5 years later, in November 2023. I signed to join this gym because it was such a great fit and gym family for me. Not only are the workouts incredible with killer results, but the coaches are professional, knowledgeable, caring and motivational. My favorite coaches are coach Karynn and coach Eboni for always pushing me with heavier weights or progressions to ensure I’m driving the best results for my health. I workout 6 days a week so I get exposure to all of the different coaches on staff and every single one of them cares about me as a person/my mental and emotional health in and out of the gym, and ensures my physical health is top priority with correcting my form to ensure I do not hurt myself. Karynn, as head coach, does a fantastic job leading the team and planning fun gym events - her and the studio manager Haley just planned an awesome rooftop workout on Sunday that was fantastic. My experience everyday in this gym is a great one, and a very sweaty one :)

I can’t say enough about how much I love this studio! The vibe is always on fire. I’ve met so many friends here. It’s welcoming and such a little community. The workouts are killer, always changing, always helping me evolve. I’ve completely changed my body composition with every 8 week challenge I’ve done with them. Not to mention it’s in a BEAUTIFUL new area of Tempe right in the lake. Plenty of covered parking in the garage. They do discounts for army, healthcare and public servants too! I’ve been a member for years, and will be for years to come. Come take a class with me! You won’t regret it!
