Laveen Yoga offered an intimate, clean and beautiful atmosphere for yoga. The value was amazing at only $10 per class. I was provided a mat and any items I would need for the session. The instructor on Sundays is amazing. She led me through body flow yoga poses that were perfect for a beginner and finished with restorative yoga and sound baths. The whole experience was relaxing and empowering. I will be back. Highly recommend this new studio.

I attended my first-ever Yoga session with Agnes and it was so much more than I anticipated. It was called Restorative Yoga, and I certainly felt restored. Agnes gently guided us through intentional meditation and Yoga positions. I felt like I had truly taken care of myself for that hour. True self-care was achieved. I am totally looking forward to the next class. It was not too aggressive nor too easy, but just right for someone seeking peace and a return to well-being, like me.

Yoga Laveen is a great studio, and we're so lucky to have such a great studio here in Laveen. Come as you are no frills, no judgment. Mats, bolsters etc provided but you're free to bring your own supplies.
