This is my favorite mental and emotional refuge. I come to unload all my daily stresses and work out to recharge my endorphins. There is a great vibe at this club. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's always cool when they greet my by name. The maintenance staff are on their game keeping the place clean. The juice bar is top notch, probably the best I've been to in town. Best slow time to work out is 12:30 - 3:30.

Love this gym!!! Great atmosphere, clean, and great equipment. We'll maintained, killer staff, and decent prices. Sauna, steam room, pool, free weights, basketball court, racketball court, small Cafe, child's care, and safe locket rooms. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to be happy and healthy. Wish they could tell the difference between active gym members who want to work out and the people who practically live there, charging their stuff and loitering in the locker room. I think they should nightly be checking that the lockers are empty so they don't have people storing their property there. It would be way cool if they opened earlier on the weekends or had one location that was open 24hrs

I left LifeTime because it was getting too pricey… and I found this gym close by my home. Very clean, easy to make friends, and staff is friendly and helpful. If Mindy is working, you will surely be greeted with a smile every time.

The staff has always been good but with the addition of Mindy, it went a level higher. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all clients have a great experience with her great customer service. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a clean gym with superior customer service.

New to Arizona and this gym is pretty great! The facility is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Lots of cardio machines and there’s even a power station to grab a protein shake when you’re done with your workout! Also, women have their own sauna!
